Looking forward to your continued patronage, we are pleased to announce Silver Scheme for US 362 hybrid for the upcoming Kharif 2021 sales season as under, Quantity Gift Silver Scheme – On US 362 Quantity Slab (Kgs) Silver Scheme 150 -299 15 GM Silver 300 -599 35 GM Silver 600-999 75 GM Silver 1000-1499 140 GM Silver 1500 & Above 225 GM Silver Terms and Conditions: • Silver prices are considered @ Rs 70/gram, final silver quantity will be disbursed for the proportionate slab benefit on current silver price (Rs. 70/Gm) • Hybrid quantity scanned in the US Agristar App will be considered final, no other claim about the sales quantity will be entertained. • In this scheme no credit note will be issued against scheme benefits, retailer will be given eligible silver quantity only as a scheme reward. • The Company reserves the right to withdraw this scheme from the market at any time of its choosing. • This scheme is applicable to retailers for SeedWorks sales during Kharif 2021 season only. • This scheme is only applicable for retailers who are purchasing stocks from authorized distributors of their area only. • Decision of the Company in relation to this scheme will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by SeedWorks International Pvt. Ltd. • Decision of the Company in relation to this scheme will be final & Disputes if any will be subject to jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad only.
