INTERACT CABINET 2020-21 This club has the potential to transform anyone into a completely different personality. In my entire journey as an Interactor, this club has groomed me a lot, Every activity which our club undertakes teaches us that even the smallest act of giving has a positive impact and those priceless smiles on the faces of others, motivate us and push us to work even more for the betterment of the society. The best thing about this club is that each member of the club is always ready to shoulder responsibilities and put in all their efforts to make each of the activities a great success. The club would not have been doing so well for so many years, had there not been our Principal ma’am and such wonderful teachers always by our side to support and guide us! INTERNATIONAL LABOUR DAY Interact Club of M L Khanna DAV Public School, Dwarka celebrated International Labour Day to commemorate the hard work and contribution of the workforce of the nation. Various interesting programmes like speech, song, skit, and poem were presented in a live assembly by the students to express their gratitude and admiration for the workers. Video presentation expressing gratitude to the workforce of the school was also showcased in the virtual event. “No work is insignificant. All laboUr that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance and should be undertaken with painstaking excellence.”

FIGHT THE BITE Live Assembly 'Fight the Bite' was organized by the Interact Club of the school. Devoted Interactors presented motivational speech, self-composed poem, and administered pledge to spread awareness about viruses and infections. The Fight the Bite Campaign winners were also felicitated during the event. Principal Ms. Monika Mehan applauded the efforts of Team Interact. IT ALWAYS SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE UNTIL IT'S DONE.

NUTRITION AND WELLNESS IN PANDEMIC To empower students with tips and tricks to maintain good health, Interact Club of M. L. Khanna DAV Public School, Dwarka organized a session 'Nutrition and Wellness in Pandemic'. Guest Speaker, Ms. Vaishali, Health and Nutrition Expert and founder of FeelRyt urged the students to take good care of their health and provided the students with some useful tips to maintain good health. CAREER IN ARMED FORCES Interact Club organized a career counseling session on 'Careers in Armed Forces' for students of classes X to XII. Guest Speaker for the session was Lt. Col. Vivek Singh Panwar, Tedx speaker. Students were apprised of the eligibility criteria to join armed forces. Queries and doubts related to joining armed forces were dealt by the speaker effectively.

HOW TO BECOME A TOP STUDENT A webinar on 'How to Become a Top Student' was organized in association with Rotary Interact District 3011. Guest Speaker Rtn. Anant Kasibathla, mind and memory coach and a Limca Record Holder empowered the students with tips and tricks to strategize their studies to excel in academics. Queries and concerns of students were effectively dealt with by the resource person. PEACE CAMPAIGN “Working ifnisortwhpoeerapkcrineegsienfnottr.h” e future peace Interact Club of M.L. Khanna DAV Public School, Dwarka organized Peace Campaign to promote the message of peace and harmony among children. Activities such as Slogan writing and Logo Designing on the theme 'Peace' were conducted for students. Students submitted beautiful and creative entries to showcase their ardent desire of spreading peace and harmony in the world.

GLOBAL HANDWASHING DAY FOUUTORUURRHEANDS, The Interact Club of M. L. Khanna DAV Public School, Dwarka celebrated Global Handwashing Day to sensitize people about the importance of washing hands and water conservation. A unique initiative by the interactors in the form of a video was a small step sensitising people towards adopting hygienic habits and promoting happier lives.

WASTE MANAGEMENT AND SEGREGATION PLANS Interact Club of M. L. Khanna DAV Public School, Dwarka, as a part of World Interact Week Celebrations organized Waste Management and Segregation Plans - a green initiative towards sustainable living. Green warriors of the school sent creative entries showcasing their novel ways to manage waste and adopting the policy of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. “The greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it.”

WOOLLEN DONATION DRIVE WE CARE FOR OUR COMMUNITY Interact Club of M. L. Khanna DAV Public School, Dwarka organised Woollen Donation Drive as a part of the World Interact Week Celebrations. Warm clothes were donated to the construction workers. Parents of students and teachers of school wholeheartedly participated in donating woollens for the needy with the thought that 'Your one small generous act can light up the lives of others.'

FIGHT THE BiTe CAMPAIGN To spread awareness about preventive measures to keep oneself protected from virus and infection during monsoon season, the Interact Club of the school organized 'Fight the Bite campaign. Activities like poster making, acronym designing, advertisement enactment were conducted under this campaign. Winners were felicitated with e-certificates.

DONATION Drive GIVING IS NOT JUST ABOUT MAKE A DONATION, IT'S ABOUT MAKING A DIFFERENCE 'Interact Club of M. L. Khanna DAV Public School, Dwarka, as part of World Interact Week Celebrations, donated items of daily needs to Apna Ghar Ashram, a home for the homeless females, located at Budhpur, Delhi. Washing powder, phenyle, and toilet cleaners were donated for the inmates of Apna Ghar with the very thought of contributing to provide safe and hygienic living conditions for them.

MISSION MASK MAKING WPORORAEFTVNHECNOUATURINEPTOCOEUNNODIFS Small acts when multiplied by millions transform the world. Interact Club of M L Khanna DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL initiated Mission - Mask Making to provide masks to the needy people. Interactors enthusiastically participated in this mission and made masks under the guidance of their parents.

MASK DISTRIBUTON A kind gesture can reach a wound that only compassion can heal. The dedicated team of the Interact Club of M.L. Khanna DAV Public School, Dwarka is always at the forefront to extend its helping hand to the needy whenever the need be. Acknowledging the hard work of the strong-willed workers around us, the Interact Club of M L Khanna DAV Public School, Dwarka on the occasion of International Labour Day, distributed homemade masks to police personnel, the support staff of the school, and the labour engaged in the construction of school building. Masks were also donated to Don Bosco Orphanage for Boys and Girls. These masks were prepared by students under Mission Mask Making launched by the club as an effort to help society in combating covid.

NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS Interactors of M L Khanna DAV Public School, Dwarka resolved to create a better future by recording their new year resolutions in the form of a video.

INTERACT DISTRICT COMPETITION TOPIC - What does freedom mean to me? Freedom means the opportunity to be what we never thought we would be Determined interactors of M L Khanna DAV Public School, Dwarka participated in a video making competition on the theme ' What does independence mean to me?' organised by Rotary District 3011. We take pleasure in sharing that the videos of Interactor Aryan Shakti and Interactor Anshika Uniyal were among the best five videos selected by the district from the various schools of Delhi and NCR.

INTER DIstrict DEBATE COMPETITION Cvhaillduraebhnloeparereefsootruhretcheweoafrnulddt'uistrsme.obesstt Interactor Anshika Uniyal and Interactor Swagat Kumar Pandal participated in Model United Nations (MUN) on 15th & 16th August 2020 organized by Rotary, Rotaract, and Interact Club of Mumbai Western Elite. Future leaders represented themselves as delegates of Tunisia and Japan to the United Nations. Interactor Swagat and Interactor Rohan also participated in District 3011 Debate Competition \"Voice Your Opinion\".

RECOGNITION BY ROTARY INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT 3011 serdTvihsiceteinhtcigothioeonsttsheoirsfs. Interactor Mansi Jha of class XI and Interactor Swagat Kumar Panda of class IX were honored in a glittering virtual District Thanksgiving Ceremony of Rotary International District 3011 for being the Warriors of COVID Services Update Campaign initiated by the district. These two students of the Interact Club of the school received a trophy in recognition of their sincere efforts in reaching out to help the community in the difficult times of COVID. Kudos to these young changemakers!!!

DILS District Interact LeadersHIP Summit To reward and recognize the interactors for their deeds of altruism and benignity towards mankind, Interact District 3011 organized District Interact Leadership Summit (DILS). Itr. Mansi Jha and Itr. Swagat Kumar Panda from Interact Club of M L Khanna D A V Public School, Dwarka represented the club in this district event. They expressed their ideas on being interactors during this pandemic on the platform. Both the interactors of the club placed the idea of promoting incentive-based work in front of the district and gave solutions to the problems opined by other Interact Representatives. Itr. Swagat Kumar Panda gave a brief outline of all the events organised by the club in a short duration.

ACHIEVEMENT IN 'EACH ONE PLANT ONE' CAMPAIGN TO PLANT TREES IS TO GIVE BODY AND LIFE TO ONE:S DREAMS OF A BETTER WORLD. Committed interactors of M. L. Khanna DAV Public School, Dwarka participated in the Each One Plant One initiative organized by Rotary District 3011. Interactors carried out a plantation drive at their homes and recorded their green acts. It's a delight to share that the compiled video of the green brigade begged the THIRD POSITION among the schools of Delhi and NCR in the district.

'OPPORTUNE MOMENT' PARTICIPATION IN 'MIND KI CARE' Committed interactors Swagat Kumar Panda, Misthi Gupta, and Rishabh Jain participated in a workshop ‘MIND KI CARE’ organized by the Interact Club of Aligarh in collaboration with the Aatma Prakash foundation. The enriching workshop mainly focused on mental health. It had the potential to bring forward a sense of serenity into an individual's lifestyle. It gave a strong message to invest in ourselves in uncertain times. Mental health is not a destination, but a process. It’s about how you drive not where you’re going
