My father-in-law was in the lobster fishery for years and years and years so this made sense to us. I used to work at other things, but I didn’t get to see enough people. Marc was put on the witness stand and denied that he had ever purchased arsenic. He confessed only to loving Cynthia Taylor and having an intimate affair with her for two years. There you have it. It was never proven that Marc had purchased arsenic, never proven that he ever had arsenic in his possession, and never proven that he had ever administered any to his wife. STRONG MOTIVE Conversely, he had a strong motive for committing the murder – he had the opportunity to commit the crime and had access to the poison which took his wife’s life. He was returned to Leavenworth Prison in Kansas to serve his sentence.
