Foreword I am excited to bring forward and share the first-ever quarterly sustainability report. We have come a long-way since inception of yearly sustainability charter in 2019. We wanted to make sustainability the core of our business in Viet Nam. Progressing on this mission for last over two years, we are strongly marching ahead and cover a wide range of issues we feel deeply for – farmers, employees, community & environment. The CS&R team of Edible Nuts Vietnam has initiated various meaningful initiatives helping more than 5000 farmers families, 3500 employees, and many community members. Farmer Livelihood & Sustainable Supply Chain On track Project need Implementation scale • EN VN had run a pilot activity few years ago, to increase the income prospects through premium pricing for cashew farmers. In 2020, we implement this project in all buying station in VN, Cambodia. • Organic farming was the first step for this initiative. We have expanded same approach through Fairtrade farming in 2018 and Activities AtSource in 2020. We are kept on increasing the number of farmers and their incomes continuously. Jan Feb-Mar Q2 • In 2021, Olam Cashew will inculcate the new certifications like Organic Organic Audit for AtSource Naturland, Demeter. Employees, Community & Environment A commitment to better future

In 2020-21, this project will be implemented in all EN VN factories, namely Quy Nhon, Phu Yen, Pleiku, BH, TN, CPC, and Ducati. • Education is the first most basic right of the children. Team - CSR Edible Nuts Vietnam – combined team experience of over 50 years Shajan Thomas Shajan has worked in the SE-Asia region for about 25 years now, working in multiple Agro-commodities. He has been involved in Cashew Operations for a more than 15 years within Olam International. Dang Thi My Chau Chau has been an integral part of Cashew Operations of Olam Vietnam since 2010. She has actively worked with the farmers in central Vietnam to bring about multiple benefiting initiatives. Nikhil Chaudhary Nikhil has spent about 5 years working in Olam across various nuts. He works closely with the initiative pertaining to the employees & community sustainability. Kulhans Singhvi Kulhans leads the operations for procurement and farmer sustainability for about three years now, and has been a key change-maker on how sustainability can be an focal point of our procurement operations. Duong Van Thanh Thanh is an sustainability expert majoring his education in agriculture. He has been working with Olam for over two years now and spends most of his time connecting & supporting the farmers.
