Ltd.] Work from Home Policy Effective Date: [1-June,2023] Purpose The purpose of this Work from Home (WFH) Policy is to establish guidelines and procedures for employees who wish to work remotely. This policy aims to ensure a productive and efficient work environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for employees. Request and Approval Process 1.1 Employees interested in participating in the WFH program must submit a written request to their immediate supervisor. 1.2 Requests should include the desired frequency of remote work (e.g., specific days of the week), the duration of the arrangement, and any other relevant details. 1.3 Supervisors will evaluate each request based on factors such as employee performance, job responsibilities, team dynamics, and the company's operational needs. 1.4 Approved requests will be communicated to employees in writing, specifying the terms and conditions of the WFH arrangement. Termination or Modification of WFH Arrangement 2.1 The company may terminate or modify the WFH arrangement if operational needs change or if it is deemed necessary for business reasons. Process, Salary and Leaves: 3.1 WFH STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. But in some emergency cases, it would be allowed as per following conditions: - Employees would be allowed to take WFH after supervisor/admin approval only and in Urgent Emergency cases only. It should be approved in written and applied via Email. Upto first 5 days, full per day salary would be given in a month. More than 5 days, would be penalized with deduction of 25% per working day amount. - Employees would not be entitled to get any monthly leave if he doesn’t have at least 15 working days at office each month.

Ltd.] Work from Home Policy Effective Date: [1-June,2023] - if due to some circumstances, company decided to allow any Employee to do WFH for long time, then it would be paid purely on task basis. No fixed salary or increments or leaves applicable in that case. 3.4 Employees need to work using ANYDESK on their office PC while at WFH while maintaining in and out time as per office hrs. Security and Confidentiality 4.1 Employees working remotely must adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding the security and confidentiality of information. 4.2 Employees must secure their remote work environment, ensuring that sensitive company information is protected from unauthorized access, loss, or theft. 4.3 Remote workspaces should be free from distractions and maintained in a professional manner to ensure confidentiality. Performance Management and Evaluation 5.1 Remote employees will be evaluated based on their job performance and adherence to company policies and procedures, similar to on-site employees. 5.2 Supervisors will conduct regular performance discussions and provide feedback to remote employees, addressing any concerns or areas for improvement. 5.3 The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the WFH arrangement if performance or conduct issues arise. Eligibility: Business Development Managers would not be allowed to work from home. Certain Managers/Team Leads/ BDM would also not allow to do WFH. Compliance with Laws and Regulations 6.1 Remote employees must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including those related to data protection, confidentiality, and security.

Ltd.] Work from Home Policy Effective Date: [1-June,2023] Policy Violations 7.1 Any violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, based on the severity of the violation and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Policy Review 8.1 This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness. 8.2 Changes or updates to the policy will be communicated to all employees.
