STUDENT GUIDE BOOKING PROCESS 1.When a student wishes to book a class, he/she will be redirected to @B0OKINGSBOT. 2.The student will need to provide details such as the name and the desired class period for the tutor to reserve the slot in the timetable. 3.After choosing their desired class period, the student will need to provide a screenshot of their payment and the Gcash or Paypal Account that they used for verification. 4.After booking and paying for the class, the student will just wait for the tutor to confirm his/her class. 5.For SVIP classes, the student will need to provide the topic or course they want to focus on. The tutor will contact the student right after the booking attempt.

STUDENT GUIDE CLASS DETAILS 1.There will be 25 minutes per class. 2.The class can be individual or by pair, depending on students’ desired category. 3.For individual classes, each student shall pay an amount of PHP 80. 4.For group classes, each student shall pay an amount of PHP 50 5.There are three (3) types of classes namely: Trial Class, VIP Class, and SVIP Class. 6.For Trial Class, there will only be one (1) class intended for each student. Both are applicable in individual and group classes. The courseware will be constant for trial students and is decided by the tutor. 7.For the VIP Class, students will get to experience a full VIP service on the chosen course they would like to take. It will be a total of 14 days of tutoring.

STUDENT GUIDE CLASS DETAILS 8. For SVIP Class, students will get to ask for a customized course, according to their goal of learning. For example, a student wants to study Geometry itself, then the tutor will create a customized course tailored for the student’s needs. More details about the kinds of classes can be found here. 9. At the end of each class, the tutor will provide a constructive remark to assess the students’ learning and attitude to the class. 10. At the end of each course, there will be an Achievement Test to measure the students’ retention of knowledge from the course taken.

CLASS CATEGORIES TRIAL CLASS 1.The student will have to pay an amount of PHP 80 for individual classes; and PHP 50 for group classes. 2.The class will last for 25 mins. 3.There will only be one courseware to use and one class only. 4.This class is intended for those interested clients who are still reluctant to sign up for a full course. This will let them experience an actual class, but limited to only a single time.

CLASS CATEGORIES VIP CLASS The student will pay a total of PHP 800 for individual classes; and a total of PHP 500 for group classes. The class will last for 25 mins. There will be a total of 14 days for them to finish 1 course. In short, there will be a total of 350 mins per VIP class. This class will be intended for those students who signed up for VIP tutoring service.

CLASS CATEGORIES SVIP CLASS 1.The student will pay a total of PHP 1000 for individual classes; and a total of PHP 700 for group classes. 2.The class will last for 25 mins. 3.There will be a total of 14 days for them to finish 1 course. In short, there will be a total of 350 mins per VIP class. 4.The student is able to require specific and customized courses. For example, a student requests an SVIP Class about Geometry only. Any course is possible as long as the tutor agrees to it.

RULES AND REGULATIONS Note: Amendments to the rules and regulations may be possible. The tutor shall inform the clients if such circumstances happen. FOR STUDENTS 1.The student has the right to plot their own schedule depending on their desired time. 2.The student has the right to reschedule their plotted bookings given that this rescheduling takes place 48 hours before the plotted schedule. If failure to inform the tutor to reschedule the class, the student shall be marked as ABSENT. 3.The students should check the timetable first and choose which time slot is best suitable for their class lesson. 4.The student shall pay for their classes first and wait for the tutor to message them confirming that the desired time of class is booked.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR STUDENTS 5. During the class, the student is encouraged to participate in class while turning on their cameras and having their mic unmuted. However, this is not compulsory. 6. After the class, the student is required to rate the tutor from 1 star to 5 stars and leave comments, as this would help the tutor improve her teaching strategy. 7. The student is entitled to use which teaching software he/she prefers to use. Either Zoom or Class In. More details can be found here.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR TEACHER 1. The tutor shall be reachable at any time within 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. This is to make sure that all booking attempts are being catered to and entertained. 2.The tutor has the right to reschedule the plotted schedule of the student due to valid reasons. If failure to inform the student 48 hours before the plotted schedule, the tutor shall provide extra classes as compensation for the skipped class. 3.The tutor shall update the timetable accurately and timely. This will serve as the basis for the students to book schedules for classes.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR TEACHER 4. During the class, the tutor shall be professional in all aspects and build rapport with the students as much as possible for better communication and learning. 5. After the class, the tutor shall provide constructive feedback to the student on which areas are possible for improvement and give notes to the students, if possible. 6. The tutor shall be subject to flexibility as to which classroom tools to be used. This is because the student will choose which platform he/she will be most comfortable with.

REFERRAL SYSTEM FOR VIP AND SVIP STUDENTS 1.This is applicable to VIP class students and SVIP Class students. 2. A student with a previous class session is eligible to invite or refer this tutoring system to a friend, the student will be able to receive one (1) free class session. 3. If a student is able to refer 5 and above new students, the referrer will be able to receive three (3) free classes.

FAQS What are the two (2) classroom tools that the students can use? Answer: The students can use Zoom and Class In. For recommendation, the tutor prefers using Class In as this platform is more interactive than Zoom with its reward system. Zoom - is the most familiar platform for most Filipino students nationwide with a variety of functions such as whiteboard, annotation, and etc. Class In - an online classroom tool capable of meeting the needs of teachers in a range of disciplines. Its features include note-taking, screen-sharing, collaborative document editing, and more. BOTH ARE AVAILABLE ON DESKTOP, ANDROID, AND IOS.

FAQS Why is SVIP Class more pricey than VIP Class? Answer: SVIP classes are intended for students that are in need of special customization of coursewares and tailored lessons.
