OUR VISION Our vision is to offer girls in Crawley and the surrounding areas, a fun and challenging environment where they can reach and exceed their potential while providing a pathway into senior women’s football. MISSION To promote, administer, develop, encourage opportunities and foster an environment for the participation of female footballers and staff to actively be involved in recreational, social and competitive football, while maintaining a community and family environment through the concept of ‘football for all‘. OUR CORE VALUES Co-operation between all at the club, with the willingness to work together using individual strengths and skills to combine behaviours and attitudes to achieve the club’s aims, objectives and goals. We will demonstrate sound moral and ethical principles that ensure we work to our values. We will strive to work hard at all times as a club and expect players to do so as well. We will always play with respect, desire and teamwork.

YDOEVUENLOGPWINAGSPS We will aim to develop a growth mindset in all players, supporting them to continually learn and progress in an environment which helps them to reach the best of their ability. Players will always be encouraged to be expressive without fear of failure. Our coaching methods will be focused on Long Term Player Development (LTPD) based around on the FA’s four corner mode approach: Technical, Psychological, Physical and Social areas of the game. Players will have reviews twice a season, analysing how their progress in the four corners. We will develop girl’s confidence and ability by ensuring all our sessions and practices are safe, fun and challenging, focused on the maximum amount of ball rolling time as possible.

PFOHUANSED8A–T1IO1 N All of our sessions in the foundation phase age groups will be positive, enjoyable and memorable where players will play every position in games. We recognise this is a crucial age where girls learn their core technical and physical skills as players. Therefore our sessions will all be focused around: • Ball mastery • Technical ability • 1v1s, 2v1s, 2v2s, 3v2s, 3v3s, 4v3s and 4v4s • Decision making

DPHEVAESLEO1P2M–1E6NT Once the players have mastered their technical skills in the foundation phase, we move onto the development phase where players will start to develop positional awareness for where they might want to play in the coming years. While the foundation phase focuses ‘on the ball’ we will now coach ‘off the ball’ focusing on the following: • Tactical & formations • Attacking principles of play • Defending principles of play • Playing through the thirds

PCORIANCCHIPINLEGS We aim to mirror the FA Regional Talent Centres in all aspects of our club. This includes coaching excellence and dedication to what we do. Players will be coached by FA and UEFA licensed coaches. All staff members are DBS/CRB checked and have up to date FA Safeguarding and Emergency First Aid qualifications. Our coaches take regular CPD sessions and dedicate themselves to continuous learning away from the game. Our coaching principles will always be player focused and we will always consider: • Who we’re coaching • How we’re going to coach • W hat are we trying to achieve every session and why are we doing it
