Financial Incentive for Online Marketing Terms And Conditions Application to Participate 1. This application is open to all past participants (by company) of MTC’s Digital Marketing Entrepreneurship Programme (DMEP) – Learning Module. Financial Incentive 2. An eligible company or its subsidiary from a related group of companies from MTC can claim up to a maximum of RM1,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: One Thousand) only per company for the implementation of paid digital marketing under this Incentive. 3. Scope of incentive paid for digital marketing services from search marketing and social media marketing to advertise across digital marketing platforms which the Applicant Company learned through DMEP – Learning Module namely online advertising, SEM, pay-per-click based advertising activities and E-platform registration. 4. Reimbursement claim for this Financial Incentive will be on a first come-first-serve basis, subject to the availability of funds. 5. All documents for reimbursement must be duly completed and submitted to reach MTC before or latest by end of the business day, on 15th December 2022. Any late submission will not be accepted. 6. In the event the applicant company is found to have submitted false documentation and/or submitted multiple claims and when such information comes to the knowledge of MTC, the Applicant Company shall be required to refund and or return to MTC the incentives granted by MTC within fourteen (14) days. Other Applicable Guidelines 7. Applicant Company shall abide by all the terms and conditions (T&C) and any written directions given by MTC. 8. MTC reserves the right to amend the T&C of this Incentive at any time without any prior notice. 9. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any of the provisions of these T&C shall not affect the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these T&C. 10. Financial Incentive for Online Marketing Audit 11. MTC, or a person(s) appointed by MTC will conduct a random audit at the premise(s) of the applicant companies. The applicant company shall allow MTC or its appointed person(s) to view the premise(s) as well as gather information related to the Incentive. Force Majeure 12. MTC shall not be held liable for any delay in the performance or failure to perform its obligations under these T&C due to Force Majeure Events. \"Force Majeure Events\" shall be defined as any war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, strike, lock-out, Act of God, fire, storm, flood, sabotage, earthquake, subsidence, infectious disease or by reason of any matter or factor beyond the control of MTC or its counterpart that renders it reasonably or practically impossible from performing its obligations. Indemnification 13. The Applicant Company agrees to hold harmless, release and indemnify MTC, its officers, representatives, employees and members (the \"Indemnified Parties\") from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses, including legal fees (on a full indemnity basis) and costs of settlement, arising out of, in connection with or due to the Applicant’s Company’s participation in the Incentive, the use of any information or material supplied to MTC, the Applicant Company’s withdrawal from the Incentive for any reasons whatsoever or any acts and omissions of the Applicant Company or its staff. 14. Notwithstanding the foregoing, MTC shall not be responsible and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from any delay, failure, interruption or unavailability of the Incentive or any failure to transmit or receive or loss of application/registration information or loss of any other data due to network failure, Internet failure or any breakdown in telecommunication links. https://mtc.com.my/FIOM

Financial Incentive for Online Marketing Reimbursement 15. The Applicant Company must forward either by email or courier the following-coloured scanned documents to reach MTC before or latest by the end of the business day on 15th December 2022. Below is the list of supporting documents required: i. Original/certified true copies of invoices and receipts/proof of payments from Service Provider. All supporting documents must be under the exact name of the Service Provid- er and the eligible Applicant Company. MTC reserves the right to reject and decline reimbursement to the Applicant Company in the event that there is a failure to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions or any guidelines or written directions given by MTC, I/We have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
