Unit 2 That’s personal Personal Information

Vocabularies -Immigration (n.) : the process of entering another country in order to live there (การอพยพจากต่างประเทศเขา้ มาอยู่ในถน่ิ ใหม่) -immigration control (n.): the place at an airport, seaport, etc. where officials check the documents of everyone entering the country (ดา่ นศุลกากร - immigrant (n.): someone who comes to live in a country from another country (ผู้อพยพหรือยา้ ยถนิ่ ไปอยู่ตา่ งประเทศ)

- institute (n.): an organization that has a particular purpose such as scientific or educational work, or the building where this organization is based (สถาบนั ) - college (n.): BrE a school for advanced education, especially in a particular subject or skill, AmE a school for advanced education where you can get a bachelor’s degree (วทิ ยาลัย) -university (n.):an educational institution where at the highest level, where you study for a degree (มหาวทิ ยาลัย)

- chef (n.):a professional cook, especially the head cook in a hotel, restaurant (พ่อครัว) - pilot (n.):a person who flies an aircraft: an airline pilot (นักบนิ ) - single (n.):people who are not married and do not have a romantic relationship with somebody else (เป็ นโสด)

- salesperson (n.): a person whose job is selling things to people, especially in a shop (พนักงานขาย) - economics (n.): the study or principles of the way money, business and industry are organized (เศรษฐศาสตร)์
