It is a registered entity with PACRA and is registered with a Company Registration Number of 76868. We have also made registrations with Zambia Development Agency and Zambia Revenue Authority to ensure that we work hand in hand with the people of Zambia in adding infrastructure development to our land. Our primary focus is to develop property, provide facility leasing and management, project management and real estate development and consultancy. We pride ourselves in the delivery of high quality professional services while ensuring minimum total life cycle cost. With our team of creative and hardworking management ,we are able to access global best practices, systems and standards to deliver best value to our eventual customers leveraging our knowl- edge, properties and expertise of the local operating environment. AKRASI PROPERTIES LTD | Creating real value in property and places Projects OUR CURRENT PROJECTS | NKANA MALL Nkana Shopping Mall One of the first modern commercial centers in Kitwe, Zambia. The mall is erected on a ground floor area of 6791 square metres and will be segmented as follows: Basement Floor- Office, substation and parking lot of 120 vehicles Ground Floor will comprise hypermarket, two banks, eight shops (food and beverages), twenty retail shops and eight terraces. The first floor will house a Restaurant , department store, twenty retail shops, fourteen shops (food and beverages), two terraces and an open area. The second floor will have a cinema, restaurant, department store, twenty retail shops, fourteen shops (food and beverages), two terraces and open area. The basement will be the underground parking lot for 120 vehicles. The project has so far seen an investment of over $11m and has an annual turn over of $3.174m. The project is located on the corner of Obote road and Independence Avenue in town centre. This location for the facility has many advantages as it is within the Central Business District with tarred road frontages on both sides. The location is already serviced with electricity and water from a borehole. Construction of this project has reached an advanced stage. Flame Construction Ltd has continued to work according to our specifications for the project. Our desire is to erect structures that will be secure, eco- friendly, long-lasting and beautiful in order to improve the image of the city and beyond. Sherwood Greene has also been contracted for the purposes of property valuation and management of the same infrastructure once completed in 2015. Page 4

AKRASI PROPERTIES LTD | Creating real value in property and places Our Sister Companies G and G Bakery G & G Bakery Ltd is one of the earliest businesses initiated by Mr George Voyiatzis. It was incorporated in 1995 and has grown massive over the years. It is a family business but run with professional ideas and insight. G and G now boast of having more customers than any other bakery in the province. G and G bakery has in the recent past introduced a variety of healthy wheat products on the Zambian market. It is located on plot 8081 along Jambo drive, Riverside, Kitwe. Our annual turnover has increased over the years and currently stands at K22m. Products include White Bread, Milk Bread, Round Bread, Butter Bread, Special Bread, Brown Bread, Hamburger rolls, Doughnuts, Cup Cakes, Scones, Bread Sticks and Buns . With professional and technical expertise, we as G and G will continue to provide the best for mother Zambia in terms of healthy, nutritious and energy giving food for the whole family. Market We supply our products to all supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, eating places and corner cafes through out the Copperbelt province and parts of Central and North Western Provinces. We also supply to the mines and many other organizations across the province. Machinery, Equipment and Vehicles Our cost estimate of our machinery stands at $11m. We have from 2007 upgra- ded our operations by erecting a new plant for our production. We manage a transportation fleet of over 100 branded delivery vehicles and maintain a work force of 280 employees both in the production and dist- Page 10

It has slowly been rising as a bakery with now an annual turn over of K3m and now employs about 120 individuals. It is growing in capacity and has installed with latest technology to boost its operation .Top Bake is located on plot number 8080 along Jambo Drive, Riverside -Kitwe. Products include Our main produce is white and brown bread and buns. Market Having been on the market for over 5 years, we have explored new markets for our quality bread across the region. Machinery, Equipment and Vehicles Our newly installed modern ovens are now able to produce more quantity of bread on a daily basis. The equipment has been invested for an amount of US $1.5m and has since taken the potential of the company to a new level. We maintain a number of vehicles for our delivery of our products. Page 10

AKRASI PROPERTIES LTD | Creating real value in property and places Our Sister Companies Lake View Estate Employing about between 90 to 300 individuals, Lake View Estate Ltd has risen to a new level in farm crop production. With an initial investment of US $6.5m, it now has an annual turnover of K9.15 from the sale of maize and wheat only. Located along Mufulira road on plot 8724, and covering area of 1800 hectares bordering the Kafue river, Lake View Estate has widened its capacity in food production. Crops grown The main cash crops grown include Yellow maize, White Maize, Wheat and Soya Beans. Our Livestock section of the farm now has a herd of 182 cattle, 75 goats , 52 Pigs, 75 Sheep and over 40 rabits. These numbers are expected to rise over the coming months. Lake View Estate also has a citrus orchard which has fruits including oranges, lemons, tangerines, mangoes, grape, leaches and strawberries. Market Lake View Estate supplies to surrounding poultry companies and supermar- kets across the Copperbelt. Its market is expected to rise once it completes its current projects. Machinery, Equipment and Vehicles The following constitutes our collection of machinery: - +A Dozer +An Excavator +5 Center Pivots +5 Tractors Other investments are in a Pump house, newly constructed weighbridge and a Reservoir dam. Corporate Social Responsibility Besides employing the local people of Mufulira and surrounding areas, we as Lake View Estate have been running a free training programme agriculture in Mufulira for all small scale farmers. This is in a bid to equip farmers in the region with better farming tactics that shall improve yields and also help conserve our natural resources. These farmers also acquire crop chemicals at reduced prices. This programme is done in collaboration with Agric Chem Ltd. Page 12

It has kept on providing employment to the local people under different sections of the company. It also provides employment opportunities to other companies via offering them business contracts which in turn, provide employment to other locals in an indirect way. FUTURE PROSPECTS After the delivery of the Nkana Shopping Mall Project in 2015, AKRASI Properties Ltd has laid out plans of building an estimate of 70 to 100 ultra modern flats just next to the Copperbelt University in Riverside.
