Objectives: • Upgrade the present quality of academic programs 1 through collaborative undertakings; • Strengthen educational, cultural, socio-economic, and 2 political ties between the University and foreign universities overseas; and • Promote and facilitate international mobility of faculty 3 and students to enhance international experience and exposure of the university.
