It is an honor to witness their growth and guide them in their quest for knowledge and self-discovery. At G.D. Goenka School, we believe in providing holistic education that goes beyond textbooks. We strive to create an environment that nurtures not only academic excellence but also develops character, critical thinking and emotional well-being. I express my heartfelt gratitude to our teachers for their tireless efforts and dedication to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment. I invite you all to actively engage in the vibrant school community that we have built together. Attend our. events, participate in extracurricular activities, and collaborate with us to create an enriching educational experience for our students. Let us work hand in hand to provide them with the tools they need to excel academically, develop strong character, and become responsible global citizens. As we sail through this exciting journey, let us remember that success is not defined by grades alone. It is a combination of personal growth, resilience, compassion, and the ability to make a positive impact in the world. Together, let us create a generation of young minds who will shape a brighter future I extend my warmest wishes to all the students and parents of G.D. Goenka School. Fun Day ! \"Welcome back the smiles that we missed, Welcome back the sparkling tiny eyes, Welcome back the innocent quests, Welcome back the tireless chattering and Welcome back the life of the schools! “ With these positive affirmations, the new members of the Goenkan family were accorded a heartening welcome amidst the beautifully and attractively decorated school campus. The FUN DAY of the new academic session began with a brief induction followed by scintillating sessions at different activity venues. The young buds had an exhilarating experience while they indulged in games, music, magic show, puppet show and got themselves their favourite tattoos while relishing some of the delectable servings. The day proved to be a magnificent start to the new journey of the children.

Curious about Colours. The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination; and this imagination is the reality of the dreamer. The little ones enthusiastically displayed their creativity while they coloured the given picture aced on the theme, Mother Earth. These little artists are surely making little masterpieces of wonder.

Curious about Colours. (Children Work:)

Rhythmic Fervour. \"Rhythm is the only gift from heaven which keeps us moving. Which remains close to us in the form of our heartbeat.\" Our very own talented Goenkans, enthusiastically celebrated the rhythm in our life while they participated in the event, Rhythmic Fervour. The poise, the confidence, the fluency and the intonation with which the students presented their poems is commendable!

Nanhe Kavi. The magic of poetry was spread through the unmatched and some of the most brilliant performances of our little ones, while they presented their poems on 'Garmi ka Mausam', during the event 'Nanhe Kavi'. The confidence and zest that our participants have displayed is no less than a reason to make the mentors and facilitators feel proud! Keep it up, Goenkans!

Workshop on Circle Time. \"Learning is not the product of teaching. Learning is the product of the activity of learners.” -John Holt An Enriching session on 'Circle Time' was conducted by Junior school Incharge, Ms. Shilpa Bhatia to familiarize the pre-primary teachers with the significance of using this engaging activity in the classrooms. Innovative circle time ideas & techniques like, sing a song with actions and gameplay, calendar review, weather and week's agenda, revision of concepts using interactive props, etc. were shared through engrossing games and activities. Music and dance were used as fun tools to help the mentors engage and interact with each other just as they would in the classroom with their students.
