The Director wrote \" Although this award may not be significant to anyone not employed by the judiciary, I can assure you that we view it with high regard and as very prestigious and those receiving the award as exemplary. \" Kowalski reported not being aware he was even nominated for this award and stated \"It's important to note this was a team effort\" acknowledging the Hudson County Probation Department and NJ State Parole officers.
