SITE ISSUE Hickory is a great hidden gem for hideout from hectic lifestyle. however, there are some improvements that can be made to improve the ambience of the site to maximise the comfort of occupants living in it. the issues mainly is from ergonomic and flaw in circulation which can be undone throughout this project. DESIGN STATEMENT Tranquil retreat A tranquil retreat refers to a peaceful and secluded place where one can find respite, relaxation, and inner calm away from the busyness and stress of daily life. It is a space or environment that promotes serenity, tranquility, and a sense of harmony. A tranquil retreat offers an opportunity to disconnect from external distractions, unwind, and rejuvenate both the body and mind.The purpose of a tranquil retreat is to restore and revitalize one's energy, find inner peace, and foster a deep sense of well- being. 2
