PROMOTE U.S. HOSPITALITY STANDARDS AND FRIENDSHIPS AROUND THE GLOBE  Welcome and thank you for your interest in Hosting a J-1 program at your resort. . My name is Richard Skinner and I founded our company in 2013 after spending nearly adecade in the U.S. hiring and training hundreds of J-1 students while working for a visasponsor. My US experience started as a J-1 intern in Orlando in 2004, training at a large IHG GolfResort, After finishing my studies in the U.K. I was hired as an Event Manager at thesame resort in Orlando; overseeing a team of   J-1 students and US team members. In2007, I went on to become a Program Manager and later a Director of Recruitment for aUS Visa Sponsorship company. My journey in the U.S. has given me the experience to know what is important inarranging internship programs, and also what benefits it can bring to a Host Organizationand local communities. My journey has also inspired me to found Training 4 Hospitality. The biggest lesson I learnt in ten years was that relationships are key to any successfulJ-1 program, hotel's operations team and magnificent guest experiences. As aHospitality focused Intern and Trainee-ship provider, growing and maintaining greatrelationships with our partners is at at the core of everything we do.We would love to get in touch with you if you are a hotel looking for excited, motivatedyoung professionals to join your hotels current J-1 program or if you are looking to learnmore about the life long benefits of setting up a J1 Cultural Exchange program!Best regards,Richard Skinner CONTACT ME DIRECTLY AT [email protected] OR VIA

HOTEL PARTNER REQUIREMENTS The J-1 Visa program is overseen by the U.S. Department of State and the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Hotel Partners need to abide by some important rules: Your hotel and team are seen as US ambassadors promoting globally US culture through planned activities and events while encouraging students to share their culture with your guests and team. More than 25 employees and annual turnover exceeding $3 million Sign a completed and approved training plan (form DS7002). We help you complete this if you haven't hosted J-1 candidates before. The hotel needs to evaluate each candidate at least one time every six months and report this evaluation to the sponsoring organization. The hotel has to provide continuous on-site support and has to have sufficient resources in place to successfully host a J-1 candidate. Ensure there is a full-time training position (min 32 hours/week) The hotel has to ensure that candidates obtain skills, knowledge, and competencies through structured and guided activities such as classroom training, seminars, rotation through several departments, on-the-job training, attendance at conferences and similar learning activities, as appropriate in specific circumstances. When determining the total program compensation, host organizations should include housing, transportation and other living expenses covered as part of the program The  DoS launched the J-1  Program  to foster global understanding through educational and cultural exchanges. All T4H participants are expected to return to their home country upon completion of their program to share their experiences and promote global friendships! \"IT IS AMAZING TO WORK WITH PEOPLE FROM AROUND THE WORLD AND ACHIEVE NEW THINGS EVERY DAY.\" LEONARDO TOLENTINO FROM CAMARINES SUR, PHILIPPINES

J1 PROGRAM FEESWe are committed to giving as many qualified students and graduatesgreat opportunities to increase their chances of having a successfulcareer. Therefore we aim to keep the program fees for our students as lowas possible, while maintaining the quality of the program. The fees don'tinclude airfare or housing costs. This is one of the reasons why it's soimportant we deliver a quality program in cooperation with our partners!6 MONTH LENGTH 7-12 MONTH LENGTH $ 2,495 $ 3,080MAKING A HOTEL'S PROGRAM COMPETITIVEThe standard payment method is for students or in some occasionsschools to pay all program fees up front to Training 4 Hospitality. No feeshave to be paid by hotel partners. There are however simple steps you cantake to help to students be financially secure as part of your internshipprogram Pre-Financing of Program Fees; some hotels ( sometimes T4H) choose to part finance the students Program Fees so they have less upfront expenses. The hotel then deducts the program fees from the students pay in biweekly/monthly installments. Pre-Financing of Flights; some hotels choose to finance the flights to reduce the upfront expenditure for students. The flight is then paid back by the student through payroll deductions.  Housing: We ask Hotel partners where possible to offer on-site housing deducted or included as interns training stipend ( this greatly helps with intern financial security). However, we understand this is not always possible and so in those cases we ask you work with our team to set up a local, affordable and safe housing option for future candidates. MAKE INTERNATIONAL CONNECTIONS!We want you, your team and our candidates to be able to enjoy all thebenefits of being part of a J-1 program, so why not contact us to find outmore, set up your next Skype hiring event or Recruitment Fair at a foreignuniversity?
