Preface Can you recall a time where you genuinely felt that life could be a dream? Where bunnies are capable of dancing with you, where rockets can fly with just a singular thought, and where you can become royalty, just like that? Maybe you have forgotten how the skies seem to always hold rainbows, how the stars shine brighter than the moon, and how the sun is warm enough to feel like a hug. Perhaps, in the process of growing up, we have forgotten that life is our own wonderland, where there is always something marvelous to be found at every turn. We have forgotten how to dream big, our imaginations eaten up by the problems that life has thrown at us. The way we were raised, the struggles we faced... they really are capable of eating away the sense of adventure and thrill that this “wonderland” is supposed to give us. Nevertheless, this sense of hopelessness should not hinder us from seeking and reliving our imaginations. It may not exist as a state of mind anymore, not like when you were a child, but it grows to exist as fragments of our life, which we may have taken for granted, remaining unappreciated. We long for wonderland to materialize right in front of our eyes, for us to feel a sense of peace and fulfillment that we desired. To finally come back to the time where life was a dream, where the sun is a chariot, the stars are a bridge through the heavens, and the moon is a palace. Yet, we can’t just long for it to appear. How you view every fragment of your life affects how you live your life. Good moments and bad moments... we have to build these pieces of our life up to create something marvelous. Know this, your life is your wonderland! The Panorama Editorial Board hopes to show you how whimsical life can be, in spite of the struggles we face in reality. Go on, and live life as a wonderland, with its sudden ups and downs, spiraling twists and turns, and colorful places and people. You never know when a bunny with a pocket watch can appear to take you for an interdimensional ride!
