Vol- I Issue- I 2017-18Hello Readers, Chief EditorWarm welcome to you. This is a very fortunate to serve as editor of theofficial news bulletin of RAC Ranchi City. 4 years in Rotaract provided me the Rtr Shubham Tanmayeditorship of 2 years and one year in Director (Professional Development). Ijoin Rotaract in 2014 as member at Rotaract Club of Karim City College but Joint Editorseveryone know that I was least active during those days. In 2015 I becamethe editor of Rotaractivity, the newsletter of RAC Karim City. The beginning Rtr Yash Jalandays were fully influenced by Rtr Neha Ojha (Former President, RAC KCC) & Rtr Rahul RajgadiaRtr Lubna Nashit (Former Secretary, RAC KCC) and I came to understand the Rtr Nandini Bangaressence of writing, designing and report making. In 2016-17, I designated asthe director in professional development and worked with Tasneem for 3Rotaractivity under the tenure of Rtr Rinku Kumar & Rtr Anjali Singh. I stillappreciate Tasneem's session for introducing the Rotaractivity in multi pages. Then in this year, I migrated to RAC Ranchi City to continue my service andthanks to team RAC Ranchi City for posted me as Editor of 'Rotaware' in thedebut year. Rtr. Rahul Rajgadia (IPP, RAC Ranchi City) and Rtr Nandini Bangar(President, RAC Ranchi City) are continue providing me the support forRotaract. It's a very pleasure to design this Newsletter when you have theexperience of District 3250 PR team, of-curse Rtr Aalekh Singh (DRS, RID3250) and RAC KCC too. The first challenge begins for the title of thismagazine. I suggest 'Rotaware' & 'Rotainfo' to Nandini Di but the first titlewas coined in my mind was 'Rotaspirit' and the credit goes for this title to RtrLubna Nashit when she told me this term in 2015 during prepareation of thepresentation of Rtr Neha Ojha for DG visit. I thought that it won't be good toadopt this term without her permission and someone may coined this termbefore her which I really don't know. There may be other magazine ornewsletter publish as 'Rotaware' but we use this title only to make peopleaware about 'Rotaractivity' and the 'Rotaspirit' of RAC Ranchi City as well asRID 3250. Here is the first ever edition of the quarterly newsletter of RACRanchi City in your hand and digital devices. The editorial board is fully triedto stay away from fake news of fake projects and the all the projectmentioned in this newsletter is done by RAC Ranchi City with full ofenthusiasm. The adopted meterial on this newsletter contains the resourcesof third party and RAC Ranchi City will not not be respoonsible for anycopyright claim although we mentioned the parent sources of third partymetarial. It is just an extension of my experience in RAC KCC and in DistrictPR team. Good wishes for readers and good wishes for the members of eachevery Rotaract community. Rtr Shubham Tanmay Chief Editor,

Vol- I Issue- I 2017-18 Winner Snap Story 2017-18 Disconnect To ConnectOur lack of intimacy with our own selves is quite often due to our refusal to disconnect from thematerial world and from others. The winds playing with the hair, green grass everywhere, andsunshine on a cloudy day, we disconnected from the technologically chaotic world andreconnected with each other and with our own selves and soul. Being in the company of nature isthe best, they say and we and clearly see and feel the feeling of content, peace, happiness and thepositive vibes in the picture. It s only when you disconnect from the rest and connect to yourself, to the Supreme Power thatyou realize who you are. You won t find any range in the hills, but you ll definitely find a better anda strong connection there. In today s world, it is extremely essential to take a break and be insolitude with our selves. In solitude, there is a connect, a connect with the heart and soul. In thesilence, you find all the answers. Breathe in the midst of nature, in the midst of the creation of Godand reach out to your soul. We are so busy building relationships with other, that we forget ourrelationship with the heart.True bliss lies in solitude, in the midst of nature. The world is a beautiful place, go out, explore, findyourself and embrace yourself the way you are. In the hustle-bustle of the world, take time out foryourself and just connect with yourself and you will be unstoppable. The climb to life is a difficultone but remember, difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations. Leave your minds with the roads, and go to the hills, the forests, the seas to find and be one with your soul and when you connectwith your soul, you ll find your paradise.
