Add or remove columns (report content) by selecting the ellipsis (…) next to the report filters, then selecting Add/Remove Columns… Saving & Sharing Reports Once a report has been modified to the specifications and parameters you would like, it can be saved to your reports and shared with others for their use. Standard Naming Conventions Ensure you are following the standard naming conventions that are company policy when saving reports. See below document for additional information. IMPORTANT: The report default to All Employees, ensure you are selecting the drop down next to Share With Others and choosing just those that should have access 6. Continue to the same steps to add anyone additional if needed 9. Once everyone has been “added to selection”, select Apply 10. Save the report 11. Manager/Supervisor Training | Last Modified: 02/04/2020 Creating Charts & Graphs There is a little used feature attached to most reports that will allow charting or graphing of the results. Although not highly utilized, managers should feel free to test and use this feature as much as they feel comfortable. This document will only touch on charts/graphs briefly, feel free to reach out to HR to discuss in more depth. 1. Open a saved report 2. Select the Viewing Data Only icon next to the report filters 3. The below options are available, all reports default to Data Only 4. For this example, we are selecting Charts & Data 5. Initially it will display as No charts to display, you must add in the chart options you want by selecting the ellipsis (…) 6. Select Add Chart Franklin Building Supply | Human Resources Page | 55

Manager/Supervisor Training | Last Modified: 02/04/2020 7. From here you will be able to select the chart type, the report category you would like charted, etc… 8. You may need to play with this a bit to get the result you would like, select Save to view the result 9. Your chart will display 10. To add additional charts, select the Add Chart option again and build the new report parameters 11. To remove or edit a chart, select the ellipsis next to chart and Remove or Edit Franklin Building Supply | Human Resources Page | 56

Manager/Supervisor Training | Last Modified: 02/04/2020 Automating Reports Once you have created and saved a report you can schedule it to automatically email to yourself or others. Note: This can only be done on reports in which you are the “report owner” 1. Open the saved report 2. Select the ellipsis (…) next to the report filters on the right-hand side 3. Select Manage Email Schedule… 4. Select Add Schedule in the Manage Email Schedules pop-up window Franklin Building Supply | Human Resources Page | 57

Set up the emailing schedule (see below for additional information) Creating an Email Schedule If sending weekly: 1. Leave the Schedule Type as Weekdays 2. Chose the day(s) of the week 3. Manager/Supervisor Training | Last Modified: 02/04/2020 If sending other than weekly: 1. Select the drop-down next to Schedule Type, select Days Profile 2. Select the magnifying glass next to Days in Days Profile 3. The various defined emailing schedules will display 4. Manager/Supervisor Training | Last Modified: 02/04/2020 5. Enter the time of day you want the report to be issued in the Schedule field 7. Scroll down to Recipients 8. Send to Me will automatically be selected, uncheck if you do not want to receive the report 9. Enter additional recipients if needed 10. Scroll down to the Email field 11. Manager/Supervisor Training | Last Modified: 02/04/2020 Note: If selecting PDF, ensure you remove any entry in the Optional Password field, or the recipient will not be able to open it without a password 12. Enter your email in the From Email Address field 13. Enter the Email subject line in the Message Title field 14. Include any needed additional information in the Message Body field 15. Change the Maximum Rows To Send field to 3500, select Save Franklin Building Supply | Human Resources Page | 61

Follow steps 1-3 under Automating Reports to open the email schedules 2. Select the ellipses next to the email schedule 3. Select Edit 4. Click on the Enable Schedule at the top of the window to disable the email schedule It will move from a Check Mark to an X From: To: 5. Once the employee has completed their portion and selected Submit, you will receive a bell item that looks like the below 2. Select Modify in the lower right-hand corner of the to do item 3. Answer Questions 1 – 3 ➢ Note: Clicking on the form will direct you to the completion fields on the right hand of the screen. The flow takes a few clicks to get used to. 6. Once all three questions are answered, the form in the Supervisor Date field ➢ This is very important. The form cannot be accepted without a date Franklin Building Supply | Human Resources Page | 64

Manager/Supervisor Training | Last Modified: 02/04/2020 7. Click Sign and enter your Kronos password to sign the form 8. Select Save & Sign in the pop-up 9. Enter Kronos password, select I Agree Franklin Building Supply | Human Resources Page | 65

Manager/Supervisor Training | Last Modified: 02/04/2020 10. FINALLY; select MODIFY in the upper right-hand corner of the form ➢ This final MODIFY is what submits the form. Do not select it until the form is complete, however, once complete it MUST be selected in order to finalize the form and process Deleting an Incorrect DSR If a form has been completed incorrectly it will need to be deleted before issuing a new form to the employee. 1. Type Other Forms in the Search bar and select Other Forms, HR > Forms OR Page | 66 2. Go to My Team > HR > Forms > Other Forms Franklin Building Supply | Human Resources

Locate the Driver Status Report and select the ellipses (…) next to it on the right-hand side 9. Select Delete 10. Manager/Supervisor Training | Last Modified: 02/04/2020 Reassigning a DSR Once the incorrect DSR has been deleted, you will need to assign a new one to the employee 1. From the same screen in which you just deleted the form, select Available 2. Next to Driver Status Report, select Assign 3. The form is now available for the employee to complete under My Info > MY HR > Forms > Other Forms > Open Franklin Building Supply | Human Resources Page | 70
