EMPLOYEE ANNUAL NEWSLETTER (Inspectorate Griffith India In-house Newsletter 2021) From HR Desk Before we turn the last page of 2021 and open a new chapter of 2022, lets take time to look back once to thank those who have crossed our paths and left us with good memories , to those events or situations which might be Ms. Nibedita Mondal sad or bitter but left us with immense experience to sail over any waves in life. Now we are skilled sailors  For the last two years, we have seen our employees, across India, working in Field, Vessels, Ports, Rakes, Laboratories, doing sampling, Inspections, testings’ during those toughest times of Covid-19. We have also seen our employees who came out of their comfort zone and extended their full support in helping other employees, who were affected by Covid-19, in getting medicines, hospital support and many more. A big salute to them. Our organization is loaded with such good human beings. I take this opportunity to THANK each one for extending their support and kept the organization moving and growing with their Human Touch. Sometimes Growth requires being uncomfortable only to unlock the real growth and potential (Frank Levesque) Years will come and go, goals will keep on changing but one thing that the last two years have taught us is to keep our Mental and Physical health on Priority. Only when we take care of our Health, we can achieve any goals, be it Professional or Personal. STAY FIT, BE HAPPY & HEALTHY!!! BEST WISHES FOR 2022.

Ms.Sagar Sarkar EMPLOYEE ANNUAL NEWSLETTER Kolkata Completed 22 years (Inspectorate Griffith India In-house Newsletter 2021) Down The Memory Lane “Can you join from tomorrow?” Going down the memory lane to my interview day at IGI, I can still feel that moment when my heart leaped with joy on hearing this from one of the interviewers. With a prior work experience of just two months and shaky on my 1st day at this organization, it’s been quite a memorable journey of over two decades. Finally, when it comes to penning down my thoughts, plenty of images framed in nostalgia are constantly flitting across my mind. Without extensive support and cooperative advice from my seniors & fellow colleagues, I would not have succeeded in accomplishing any feat, whatsoever, that shaped the present- me. They are the ones who stayed beside me through thick & thin. Apart from professional relation, there exists a personal bonding as well – a bond that stood the test of time and enabled me to share any problem of mine. Such an open-minded organisation is IGI – nourishing & nurturing its every employee. I feel proud indeed to be a member of this wonderful family.
