TENANT’S GUIDEBOOK

PREFACE DEAR OUR VALUED GUEST, Welcome to Blue Arch! At Blue Arch, it is our mission to build a home for you in every city you visit. We seek individuality and experiences, not just another cookie-cutter room. Our spaces are beautiful, dynamic, and designed for comfortable living. Our spaces are where you belong - a home away from home. We wish you a sensational stay in Saigon and we look for- ward to hosting you on many other future trips! FAQs 1. HOW TO TURN ON HOT WATER? Hot water mode is turned on before every stay. If not, please turn on the Hot Water switch in the master bathroom. The water shall be ready in 15 minutes. 2. HOW TO DO MY LAUNDRY IN THE SUITE? A combined washer & dryer is available in every suite for your convenience. Iron and ironing board are available in the utility room. We also o er laundry and dry cleaning service with an additional fee. Please contact your host for the Laundry Service slip. 3. CAN I SMOKE IN MY SUITE? We have a strict NO-SMOKING policy inside all Blue Arch properties. A fine of 2,000,000 VND will be issued for any incident without exception. 4. HOW TO USE THE SAFETY BOX? TO SET YOUR PERSONAL CODE WIFI PASSWORD Open the safe door. staybluearch On the door back cover, use a pin to press the reset button inside the hole. When the green indicator light is on, enter 3-to-6-digit customised combination to set your personal code and press *ENTER*. TO USE THE SAFE WITH YOUR PERSONAL CODE Enter your personal code and press *ENTER*, then turn the knob anti-clockwise to open. NOTE: Please make sure to open the safe deposit box before your departure for the next guest. [email protected]

SERVICEs & FACILITIEs 1. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE Our housekeeping sta are scheduled to service your room between 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM twice per week from Mon - Sat (for booking over 3 nights). Should you require service at a specific time during your stay, please contact us in advance. Extra cleaning service and changing/ extra linens are provided upon request for an additional fee. Quick cleaning & refresh towels: 235,000 VND (US $10) Cleaning, refresh towels & bed sheets: 350,000 VND (US $15) 2. AIR-CONDITIONING There are A/C remotes provided in each suite for your convenience. Please adjust them to your own comfort. The living room AC is controlled by the wall panels while each bedroom has a remote control. 3. FITNESS ROOM The Gym is located on the 7th floor and available 24/7. All guests must adhere to the Rules & Regulation of the Gym. Proper fitness attire is required. People using the equipment in the Gym are responsible for their own safety. 4. HOUSE RULES 1. OCCUPANCY & VISITORS Visitors are required to leave the room by 10:00 PM and must not stay overnight UNLESS properly registered with Blue Arch. Should you wish to invite your guests to join you at the suite, please notify us in advance. If the actual occupancy exceeds the standard quantity or the registered number of guests, an additional charge will be applied at 400,000 VND/ pax. 2. NO PARTY, EVENT OR GATHERINGS A fine of 3,000,000 VND will be issued for any incidents. However, our suites are located in the city center where you can easily access Ho Chi Minh City's amazing nightlife scenes. 3. QUIET HOURS Building quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please be respectful of other tenants within the building by reducing the noise on our property during this period. 4. PARKING The parking lot for motorbikes is situated in the basement. Advance notice is required to reserve your slot. We DO NOT o er car parking on our property. However, we have a very central location with many parking areas nearby. 5. BREAKAGES & MISSING ITEMS Please note that you will be held responsible for any breakage and/ or missing items in your room and will be charged accordingly. [email protected]
