Gulf Indian High School, Dubai Department of Physical Education M/S Dubai Fitness Challenge 2018 2nd EditionThe Dubai Fitness Challenge, DFC, the flagship fitness initiative launched lastyear by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid AlMaktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai ExecutiveCouncil, will return with a wider public programme in 2018. This year, Dubaiis continuing its mission to be the most active city in the world,this citywideprogramme encourages all of us to do one easy, simple thing: 30 minutes ofexercise a day, for 30 days (30x30).
It will also offer its participants the opportunity for self-discovery, socialinteraction and enjoyment, as well as to experiment with new and excitingways to improve their fitness levels and experience a wide range of sports andexercise programmes that they have not previously participated in.
Why Dubai Fitness Challenge?Being active is not just about moving; it’s about turning the simple into the challenging anddreams into achievements. Dubai Fitness Challenge goes beyond building an ever-evolving cityinto an inspirationally active one – it is about creating champions out of challengers, and asociety of happy, global citizens.
It all starts with 30 minutes of exercise, for 30 energizing days.
Getting fit has never been so easy or so much fun. From 26 October-24 November we took in energizingschool hours 30 minute challenge, explore dedicated 'Fitness event all most students participated in thechallenge last year, and this year is set to be even bigger count of students.
