ﺍﳊﻤﺪ ﷲ ﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﳌﲔ ،ﲪﺪًﺍ ﻛﺜﲑًﺍ ﻃﻴﺒًﺎ ﻣﺒﺎﺭﻛًﺎ ﻓﻴﻪ ،ﻭﺃﺷﻬﺪ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﺇﻟﻪ ﺇﻻ ﺍﷲ ﻭﺣﺪﻩ ﻻ ﺷﺮﻳﻚ ﻟﻪ ،ﻭﺃﺷﻬﺪ ﺃﻥ ﻧﺒﻴﻨﺎ ﳏﻤﺪًﺍ ﻋﺒﺪﻩ ﻭﺭﺳﻮﻟﻪ ،ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺁﻟﻪ ﻭﺻﺤﺒﻪ ﻭﻣﻦ ﺗﺒﻌﻬﻢ ﺑﺈﺣﺴﺎﻥ ،ﺃﻣﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ: ﻓﺈﻥﱠ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻓﻀﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻘﻀﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺪُ ﻋﻤﺮﻩ ،ﻭُﻳﺸﻐﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺃﻳﺎﻣﻪ ،ﻃﻠﺐَ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢِ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻲ ،ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻌﻲَ ﰲ ﲢﺼﻴﻠﻪ ،ﻭﻣِﻦ ﺍﻟﻮﺳﺎﺋﻞ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻳﺴﱠﺮَﻫﺎ ﺍﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ ﻟﺬﻟﻚ :ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﻴﺔ ،ﻭﺍﻟﺪﱡﺭﻭﺱ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻴﺔ ،ﻭﺍﻟﱵ ُﻳﻘﺼﺪ mﺎ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﻪ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ،ﻭﺗﻌﱡﻠﻢ ﺍﻟﺴﱡﻨﻦ ﻭﺍﻵﺛﺎﺭ؛ ﻭﻻ ﺳﻴﻤﺎ ﰲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﺯﻣﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺿﻌﻔﺖ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﳍﻤﻢ ،ﻭﺯﺍﺩ ﺍﻧﺸﻐﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﰲ ﺃﻣﻮﺭ ﺩﻧﻴﺎﻫﻢ. ﻭﺇﻥﱠ ﻣﻦ ﻧﻌﻤﺔ ﺍﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺴﱠﺮ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﱵ ﳚﲏ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺎﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﻼﺩ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺎﺭ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﻓﻌﺔ ﻭﺍﳌﺼﺎﱀ ﺍﻟﱠﻨﺎﺟﻌﺔ ،ﻭﳌﺎ ﰲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻋﻮﻥٍ ﻟﻄُﻼﺏِ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﺰﺍﺩﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ، ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻌﻲ ﰲ ﺳﻠﻮﻙ ﺳﺒﻴﻞ ﺃﻫﻠﻪ ﻭﺣَﻤَﻠَِﺘﻪ. ﻭﺩﻭﺭﺓ ﺍﻹﻣﺎﻡ ﻣﺎﻟﻚ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﺳﻌﺔ ﺗﺄﰐ ﰲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻡ ﻣُﻜﻤِﻠَﺔ ﻟﻠﺪﻭﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻴﺚ ﺍﻟﺘﺪﺭﱡﺝُ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﻲ ،ﻭﻣﺮﺍﻋﺎُﺓ ﺍﻹﻓﺎﺩﺓ ﻟﻄﻼﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ ﰲ ﺍﺧﺘﻴﺎﺭ ﺍﳌﺘﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﻓﻌﺔ ،ﻭﺍﻟﱵ ﺩَﺭَﺝَ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺎﻳﺔ mﺎ ﺃﻫﻞُ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ. ﻭﺇﻥﱠ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﺭﺍﺕ ﻻ ُﺗﻐﲏ ﻃﺎﻟﺐَ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﺪﱡﺭﻭﺱ ﺍﳌﺴﺘﻤﺮﺓ ،ﻭﺇﳕﺎ ﻫﻲ ﲟﺜﺎﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻔﻴﺰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻄﻠﺐ ،ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻨﺸﻴﻂ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﺼﻴﻞ ﻣﻊ ﻣﺎ َﻳﺤُﻒﱡ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺋﺪﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﱠﻨﻔﻊ. ﻓﻨﺴﺄﻝ ﺍﷲ -ﺟﻞ ﻭﻋﻼ -ﺃﻥ ﻳﺒﺎﺭﻙ ﰲ ﺍﳉﻬﻮﺩ ،ﻭﺃﻥ ﳚﻌﻞ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﱠﻔﻊ ،ﻭﺃﻥ ﻻ ﳛﺮﻡ ﺍﳉﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻷﺟﺮ ،ﻭﺷَﻜَﺮَ ﺍﷲ ﳌﻦ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺳﺒﺒًﺎ ﰲ ﺇﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﻭﺭﺍﺕ ،ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻨﺎﻳﺔ mﺎ ،ﻭﺗﺴﻬﻴﻞ ﺃﻣﺮﻫﺎ، ﻭﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﳒﺎﺣﻬﺎ ﻭﺍﺳﺘﻤﺮﺍﺭﻫﺎ ،ﺇﻧﻪ ﺍﻟﻮﱄﱡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺎﺩﺭ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ. ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﺭﻳﺎﺽ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﳊﲔ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﺩﰊ -ﺍﻹﻣﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ ﺍﳌﺘﺤﺪﺓ

دورة اﻹﻣﺎم ﻣﺎﻟﻚ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﺎﺳﻌﺔ 4 ﺑﺎﺏ َﺗﻘْ ِﺪﱘ ﺑِ ﱢﺮ ﺍﻟﻮﺍِﻟ َﺪْﻳﻦِ ﻋََﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺘﱠ َﻄﻮﱡ ِﻉ ﺑِﺎﻟ ﱠﺼﻠَﺎِﺓ ﻭَ َﻏﻴْﺮِﻫَﺎ -١٦٥٤ﺣَﺪِﻳ ُﺚ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ُﻫ َﺮْﻳ َﺮَﺓَ ،ﻋ ِﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﱠِﺒ ﱢﻲ ﷺ ،ﻗَﺎﻝَ» :ﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﺘَﻜَﻠﱠﻢْ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﳌَﻬْﺪِ ﺇِﻟَﺎّ ﺛَﻠَﺎﺛَﺔٌ :ﻋِﻴﺴﻰ. َﻭﻛَﺎ َﻥ ﻓِﻲ َﺑِﻨﻲ ِﺇﺳْ َﺮﺍﺋﻴﻞَ ﺭَﺟُ ٌﻞ ﻳُﻘَﺎﻝُ َﻟُﻪ :ﺟُ َﺮﻳْﺞٌ ،ﻛَﺎﻥَ ﻳُﺼَﻠﱢﻲَ .ﺟﺎءَْﺗﻪُ ﺃُﻣﱡﻪُ ﻓَ َﺪ َﻋﺘْﻪَ ،ﻓﻘَﺎﻝَ :ﺃُﺟِﻴﺒُ َﻬﺎ ﺃَﻭْ ُﺃﺻﻠﱢﻲ؟ َﻓﻘَﺎﻟَﺖْ :ﺍﻟﻠ ُﻬﻢﱠ! َﻟﺎ ُﺗﻤِْﺘﻪُ َﺣﱠﺘﻰ ﺗُ ِﺮَﻳﻪُ ُﻭ ُﺟﻮَﻩ ﺍﳌُﻮﻣِ َﺴﺎﺕِ .ﻭَ َﻛﺎ َﻥ ﺟُﺮَﻳْ ٌﺞ ِﻓﻲ ﺻَﻮْﻣََﻌﺘِﻪَِ ،ﻓَﺘَﻌﺮﱠﺿَ ْﺖ َﻟﻪُ ﺍ ْﻣﺮََﺃٌﺓ، َﻭﻛَﻠﱠ َﻤﺘْﻪَُ ،ﻓَﺄﰉ .ﻓَﺄََﺗﺖْ َﺭﺍﻋًِﻴﺎ ،ﻓَﺄَ ْﻣﻜَﻨَْﺘُﻪ ﻣِ ْﻦ َﻧﻔْ ِﺴﻬَﺎَ ،ﻓ َﻮﻟَﺪَ ْﺕ ُﻏَﻠﺎﻣًﺎ .ﻓََﻘﺎَﻟﺖِْ :ﻣ ْﻦ ﺟُﺮَﻳْ ٍﺞَ .ﻓﺄَﺗَﻮُْﻩ ﻓَ َﻜﺴَﺮُﻭﺍ َﺻ ْﻮﻣََﻌﺘَُﻪَ ،ﻭَﺃْﻧ َﺰُﻟﻮُﻩَ ،ﻭﺳَﱡﺒﻮُﻩَ .ﻓﺘَ َﻮﺿﱠﺄَ ﻭَ َﺻﱡﻠﻰ .ﺛُ ﱠﻢ ﺃَﺗﻰ ﺍﻟﻐُﻠَﺎ َﻡَ .ﻓَﻘﺎﻝََ :ﻣ ْﻦ ﺃَﺑُﻮ َﻙ ﻳَﺎ ﻏُﻠَﺎ ُﻡ؟ َﻗﺎ َﻝ :ﺍﻟﺮﱠﺍﻋِﻲ .ﻗَﺎﻟﻮﺍ: َﻧْﺒِﻨﻲ َﺻ ْﻮَﻣﻌََﺘ َﻚ ﻣِﻦْ َﺫﻫَﺐٍ .ﻗَﺎ َﻝَ :ﻻ .ﺇِﻻﱠ ِﻣ ْﻦ ِﻃﲔٍ. ﻭَ َﻛﺎَﻧ ِﺖ ﺍﻣْﺮَﺃَﺓ ﺗُﺮﺿِﻊُ ﺍْﺑﻨًﺎ ﻟَ َﻬﺎِ ،ﻣﻦْ َﺑِﻨﻲ ﺇِ ْﺳﺮَﺍِﺋﻴﻞَ .ﻓَﻤَ ﱠﺮ ﺑِ َﻬﺎ ﺭَﺟُﻞٌ َﺭﺍﻛِ ٌﺐ ﺫﻭ ﺷَﺎﺭَﺓٍ. َﻓﻘَﺎﻟَﺖ :ﺍﻟﻠ ُﻬ ﱠﻢ! ﺍﺟَْﻌ ِﻞ ﺍْﺑِﻨﻲ ِﻣﺜَْﻠُﻪ .ﻓَﺘَ َﺮ َﻙ َﺛﺪَْﻳﻬَﺎ َﻭﺃَْﻗﺒَ َﻞ َﻋَﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺮﱠﺍ ِﻛ ِﺐَ ،ﻓﻘَﺎﻝَ :ﺍﻟﻠ ُﻬ ﱠﻢ! َﻟﺎ َﺗ ْﺠﻌَْﻠﻨِﻲ ﻣِﺜْﻠَﻪُ .ﺛُﻢﱠ َﺃﻗَْﺒﻞ ﻋَﻠَﻰ ﺛَ ْﺪِﻳﻬَﺎ ﻳَ َﻤﺼﱡﻪُ«. َﻗﺎﻝَ ﺃَﺑُﻮ ﻫُﺮَْﻳ َﺮﺓََ :ﻛَﺄﻧﱢﻲ َﺃﻧْﻈﺮ ﺇَِﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﱠﻨِﺒﻲﱢ ﷺ ،ﻳَﻤَﺺﱡ ﺇِﺻْﺒَﻌَﻪُ. »ﰒﱠ ﻣُﺮﱠ ﺑِﺄَﻣَﺔٍ .ﻓَﻘَﺎﻟَﺖْ :ﺍﻟﻠﻬُﻢﱠ! ﻟَﺎ ﺗَﺠْﻌَﻞِ ﺍﺑْﻨِﻲ ﻣِﺜْﻞَ ﻫﺬِﻩِ .ﻓَﺘَﺮﻙَ ﺛَﺪْﻳَﻬَﺎ ،ﻓَﻘَﺎﻝَ :ﺍﻟﻠﻬُﻢﱠ! ﺍﺟْﻌَﻠْﻨِﻲ ِﻣْﺜَﻠ َﻬﺎ ﻓَﻘَﺎَﻟ ْﺖ: ﻟِﻢَ َﺫﺍ َﻙ؟ ﻓَﻘَﺎ َﻝ :ﺍﻟ ﱠﺮﺍ ِﻛﺐُ َﺟﱠﺒﺎ ٌﺭ ِﻣ َﻦ ﺍ َﳉَﺒﺎِﺑ َﺮِﺓَ .ﻭﻫ ِﺬِﻩ ﺍ َﻷَﻣُﺔَ ،ﻳُﻘﻮُﻟﻮ َﻥَ :ﺳ َﺮْﻗﺖَِ ،ﺯَﻧْﻴﺖَِ .ﻭَﻟ ْﻢ َﺗ ْﻔَﻌ ْﻞ«. ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﰲ – ٦٠ :ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻷﻧﺒﻴﺎء – ٤٨ :ﺑﺎﺏ ﻭﺍﺫﻛﺮ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ ﻣﺮﱘ. ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................
ﺑﺮﻋﺎﯾﺔ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ رﯾﺎض اﻟﺼﺎﻟﺤﯿﻦ اﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﺑﺪﺑﻲ 5 ﺑﺎﺏ ِﺻﻠَِﺔ ﺍﻟﺮﱢﺣِﻢِ ﻭَﺗَﺤْﺮِ ِﱘ َﻗﻄِﻴﻌَﺘِﻬَﺎ -١٦٥٥ﺣَﺪﻳ ُﺚ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﻫُﺮَْﻳﺮََﺓ ﺭﺿﻲَ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ ،ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﻟﱠﻨِﺒ ﱢﻲ ﷺ ،ﻗَﺎﻝَ» :ﺧَﻠَﻖَ ﺍﷲُ ﺍ َﳋْﻠ َﻖَ .ﻓَﻠ ﱠﻤﺎ َﻓ َﺮ َﻍ ﻣْﻨُﻪَ ،ﻗﺎَﻣ ِﺖ ﺍﻟﺮﱠﺣِﻢُ ،ﻓَﺄَﺧَﺬَﺕْ ﺑِﺤَﻘُﻮِ ﺍﻟﺮﱠﺣْﻤﺎﻥِ ،ﻓَﻘَﺎﻝَ ﻟَﻪُ :ﻣَﻪْ .ﻗَﺎﻟَﺖْ :ﻫﺎﺫَﺍ ﻣَﻘَﺎﻡُ ﺍﻟﻌَﺎﺋِﺬِ ﺑِﻚَ ﻣِﻦَ ﺍﻟﻘَﻄِﻴﻌَﺔِ .ﻗَﺎﻝَ :ﺃَﻻ َﺗ ْﺮﺿَْﻴﻦَ َﺃ ْﻥ َﺃ ِﺻ َﻞ ﻣَ ْﻦ َﻭﺻَﻠَﻚَِ ،ﻭَﺃﻗْ َﻄﻊَ ﻣَﻦْ ﻗَﻄَﻌَﻚِ؟ َﻗﺎَﻟ ْﺖَ :ﺑﻠﻰ ﻳَﺎ َﺭﺏﱢ! َﻗﺎﻝَ :ﻓَﺬَﺍﻙِ«. ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺃَُﺑﻮ ُﻫﺮَْﻳﺮَﺓَ :ﺍﻗْﺮَ ُﺅﻭﺍ ﺇِﻥ ﺷِْﺌﺘُﻢْ }َﻓﻬَ ْﻞ ﻋَ َﺴْﻴﺘُ ْﻢ ِﺇﻥْ ﺗَﻮَﱠﻟْﻴﺘُ ْﻢ َﺃﻥْ ﺗُ ْﻔ ِﺴﺪُﻭﺍ ﻓِﻲ ﺍ َﻷ ْﺭ ِﺽ َﻭﺗُﻘَﻄﱢﻌُﻮﺍ ﺃَﺭْﺣَﺎﻣَﻜُﻢْ{ ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﰲ – ٦٥ :ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺴﲑ -٤٧ :ﺳﻮﺭﺓ ﳏﻤﺪ -١ :ﺑﺎﺏ ﻭﺗﻘﻄﻌﻮﺍ ﺃﺭﺣﺎﻣﻜﻢ. -١٦٥٦ﺣﺪِﻳﺚُ ﺟُﺒَﻴْﺮِ ﺑْﻦِ ﻣُﻄْﻌِﻢ ،ﺃَﻧﱠﻪُ ﺳَﻤِﻊَ ﺍﻟﻨﱠﺒِﻲﱠ ﷺ َﻳﻘُﻮ ُﻝَ » :ﻻ ﻳَﺪْﺧُﻞُ ﺍ َﳉَﻨﺔَ َﻗﺎ ِﻃﻊٌ«. ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﰲ – ٧٨ :ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻷﺩﺏ – ١١ :ﺑﺎﺏ ﺇﰒ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﻃﻊ. -١٦٥٧ﺣَﺪِﻳ ُﺚ ﺃََﻧ ِﺲ ﺑْﻦِ َﻣﺎِﻟﻚٍ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪَ ،ﻗﺎﻝََ :ﺳ ِﻤﻌْﺖُ َﺭ ُﺳﻮﻝَ ﺍﷲ ﷺ ﻳَﻘُﻮ ُﻝ» :ﻣَ ْﻦ ﺳَ ﱠﺮُﻩ َﺃﻥْ ُﻳْﺒ َﺴ َﻂ َﻟُﻪ ِﺭﺯْﻗُﻪَُ ،ﺃﻭ ُﻳﻨْﺴَﺄَ َﻟُﻪ ِﻓﻲ َﺃﺛَﺮِﻩَِ ،ﻓﻠْﻴَ ِﺼ ْﻞ ﺭَﺣِﻤَُﻪ«. ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﰲ – ٣٤ :ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﻮﻉ – ٣١ :ﺑﺎﺏ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﺒﺴﻂ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺮﺯﻕ. ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................

دورة اﻹﻣﺎم ﻣﺎﻟﻚ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﺎﺳﻌﺔ 10 -١٦٦٣ﺣَ ِﺪﻳ ُﺚ ﻋَﺎِﺋﺸَﺔَ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻬﺎَ ،ﺯﻭْ ِﺝ ﺍﻟﱠﻨﺒِ ﱢﻲ ﷺ ،ﻗَﺎﻟَﺖْ :ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝُ ﺍﷲ ﷺ» :ﻣَﺎ ﻣِﻦْ ﻣُﺼِﻴﺒَﺔٍ ُﺗ ِﺼﻴﺐُ ﺍﳌُ ْﺴِﻠ َﻢِ ،ﺇَﻟﺎّ َﻛﱠﻔﺮَ ﺍﷲ ﺑِﻬَﺎ ﻋَﻨْﻪَُ .ﺣﱠﺘﻰ ﺍﻟﺸﱠ ْﻮﻛَِﺔ ُﻳﺸَﺎﻛُﻬَﺎ«. ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﰲ – ٧٥ :ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﳌﺮﺿﻰ -١ :ﺑﺎﺏ ﻣﺎ ﺟﺎء ﰲ ﻛﻔﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﳌﺮﺽ. -١٦٦٤ﺣَ ِﺪﻳ ُﺚ َﺃﺑِﻲ ﺳَﻌِﻴﺪٍ ﺍﳋُ ْﺪﺭِﻱﱢ َﻭَﺃِﺑﻲ ُﻫﺮَﻳْ َﺮَﺓ ،ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﻟﱠﻨﺒِﻲﱢ ﷺ َﻗﺎﻝََ» :ﻣﺎ ُﻳ ِﺼﻴﺐُ ﺍﳌُﺴْﻠِ َﻢ ﻣِ ْﻦ َﻧﺼَﺐٍ، ﻭَﻟَﺎ َﻭ َﺻ ٍﺐ ،ﻭَﻟَﺎ َﻫﻢﱢَ ،ﻭَﻟﺎ ُﺣ ْﺰ ٍﻥ ،ﻭَﻟَﺎ َﺃ ًﺫﻯ ،ﻭََﻟﺎ َﻏﻢﱢ ،ﺣَﱠﺘﻰ ﺍﻟﺸﱠﻮْ َﻛِﺔ ُﻳ َﺸﺎﻛُﻬَﺎ؛ ﺇِﻟَﺎّ ﻛَﻔﱠﺮَ ﺍﷲ ﺑِﻬَﺎ ﻣِﻦْ ﺧَﻄَﺎﻳَﺎﻩُ«. ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﰲ – ٧٥ :ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﳌﺮﺿﻰ -١ :ﺑﺎﺏ ﻣﺎ ﺟﺎء ﰲ ﻛﻔﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﳌﺮﺽ. -١٦٦٥ﺣَ ِﺪﻳﺚُ ﺍْﺑ ِﻦ َﻋﺒﱠﺎﺱٍَ .ﻋﻦْ َﻋ َﻄﺎءِ ﺑْﻦِ ﺃَﺑِﻲ َﺭﺑَﺎ ٍﺡَ ،ﻗﺎ َﻝ :ﻗَﺎ َﻝ ﻟِﻲ ﺍْﺑﻦُ ﻋَﺒﱠﺎ ٍﺱ :ﺃَﻟَﺎ ﺃُﺭِﻳ َﻚ ﺍﻣْ َﺮﺃَﺓً ِﻣﻦْ َﺃﻫْﻞِ ﺍ َﳉﱠﻨِﺔ؟ ُﻗْﻠ ُﺖَ :ﺑَﻠﻰَ .ﻗﺎ َﻝ :ﻫﺎ ِﺫِﻩ ﺍَﳌ ْﺮَﺃُﺓ ﺍﻟ ﱠﺴ ْﻮ َﺩﺍ ُءَ ،ﺃَﺗ ِﺖ ﺍﻟﱠﻨِﺒ ﱠﻲ ﷺ ،ﻓَﻘَﺎﻟَ ْﺖ :ﺇِﻧﱢﻲ ُﺃ ْﺻ َﺮﻉُ ،ﻭَِﺇﻧﱢﻲ ﺃَﺗﻜَ ﱠﺸﻒَُ ،ﻓﺎ ْﺩﻉُ ﺍﷲ ِﻟﻲَ .ﻗﺎ َﻝِ» :ﺇ ْﻥ ِﺷْﺌ ِﺖَ ،ﺻَﺒ ْﺮ ِﺕ؛ َﻭَﻟ ِﻚ ﺍ َﳉﱠﻨُﺔَ .ﻭِﺇ ْﻥ ِﺷْﺌ ِﺖَ ،ﺩ َﻋ ْﻮ ُﺕ ﺍﷲ َﺃ ْﻥ ُﻳَﻌﺎِﻓﻴ ِﻚ« َﻓَﻘﺎَﻟ ْﺖَ :ﺃ ْﺻِﺒ ُﺮ. ﻓََﻘﺎﻟَ ْﺖ :ﺇِﻧﱢﻲ َﺃﺗ َﻜ ﱠﺸﻒُ :ﻓَﺎ ْﺩ ُﻉ ﺍﷲ ﺃَﻥْ ﻟَﺎ ﺃَﺗ َﻜ ﱠﺸﻒََ .ﻓﺪَﻋَﺎ ﻟَ َﻬﺎ. ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﰲ – ٧٥ :ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﳌﺮﺿﻰ -٦ :ﺑﺎﺏ ﻓﻀﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻳﺼﺮﻉ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﻳﺢ. ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................
ﺑﺮﻋﺎﯾﺔ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ رﯾﺎض اﻟﺼﺎﻟﺤﯿﻦ اﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﺑﺪﺑﻲ 11 ﺑﺎﺏ ﺗَﺤْﺮِ ِﱘ ﺍﻟ ﱡﻈﻠْﻢِ -١٦٦٦ﺣَﺪِﻳﺚُ ﻋَﺒْ ِﺪ ﺍﷲ ﺑْ ِﻦ ﻋُ َﻤﺮَ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻬﻤﺎ .ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﱯ ﷺ ،ﻗَﺎﻝَ» :ﺍﻟﻈﱡﻠْﻢُ ﻇُﻠُﻤَﺎﺕٌ ﻳَﻮْﻡَ ﺍﻟﻘِﻴَﺎﻣَﺔِ«. ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﰲ – ٤٦ :ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﳌﻈﺎﱂ -٨ :ﺑﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻢ ﻇﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﻳﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﻣﺔ. -١٦٦٧ﺣَﺪِﻳﺚُ ﻋَْﺒ ِﺪ ﺍﷲ ﺑْﻦِ ﻋُ َﻤﺮَ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻬﻤﺎَ ،ﺃ ﱠﻥ َﺭﺳُﻮﻝَ ﺍﷲ ﷺ ﻗَﺎ َﻝ» :ﺍﳌُﺴْﻠِﻢُ َﺃ ُﺧﻮ ﺍﳌُﺴْﻠِﻢَِ ،ﻟﺎ ﻳَﻈِْﻠﻤُُﻪَ ،ﻭَﻟﺎ ُﻳﺴِْﻠ ُﻤﻪَُ .ﻭَﻣ ْﻦ ﻛَﺎ َﻥ ﻓِﻲ ﺣَﺎﺟَﺔِ َﺃﺧِﻴﻪِ ،ﻛَﺎ َﻥ ﺍﷲ ِﻓﻲ ﺣَﺎ َﺟِﺘﻪِ .ﻭَﻣَﻦْ َﻓﺮﱠﺝَ ﻋَ ْﻦ ﻣُ ْﺴﻠِﻢ ﻛُﺮْﺑَﺔً ،ﻓَﺮﱠﺝَ ﺍﷲ َﻋْﻨُﻪ ُﻛ ْﺮَﺑًﺔ ِﻣ ْﻦ ُﻛ ُﺮَﺑﺎ ِﺕ َﻳ ْﻮ ِﻡ ﺍﻟِﻘَﻴﺎَﻣِﺔَ .ﻭَﻣ ْﻦ َﺳَﺘﺮ ُﻣ ْﺴِﻠ ًﻤﺎ ،ﺳَﺘَﺮَﻩُ ﺍﷲ ﻳَﻮْﻡَ ﺍﻟﻘِﻴَﺎﻣَﺔ«. ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﰲ – ٤٦ :ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﳌﻈﺎﱂ -٣ :ﺑﺎﺏ ﻻ ﻳﻈﻠﻢ ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻢ ﻭﻻ ﻳﺴﻠﻤﻪ. -١٦٦٨ﺣﺪِﻳﺚُ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﻣُﻮﺳﻰ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ ،ﻗَﺎﻝَ :ﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝُ ﺍﷲ ﷺ» :ﺇِﻥﱠ ﺍﷲ ﻟَﻴُﻤْﻠِﻲ ﻟﻠﻈﱠﺎﻟِﻢِ ،ﺣَﺘﱠﻰ ﺇِﺫَﺍ ﺃَ َﺧ َﺬُﻩ ﻟَﻢْ ﻳُﻔْﻠِﺘُْﻪ« َﻗﺎﻝَ :ﰒﱠ َﻗﺮََﺃ }ﻭَﻛَﺬِﻟ َﻚ ﺃَ ْﺧ ُﺬ َﺭﱢﺑﻚَ ِﺇ َﺫﺍ ﺃَ َﺧ َﺬ ﺍﻟﻘُ َﺮﻯ َﻭ ِﻫ َﻲ ﻇَﺎﻟِﻤَﺔٌ ِﺇﻥﱠ ﺃَﺧْﺬَُﻩ َﺃﻟِﻴﻢٌ ﺷَ ِﺪﻳ ٌﺪ{. ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﰲ -٦٥ :ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﺴﲑ -١١ :ﺳﻮﺭﺓ ﻫﻮﺩ -٥:ﺑﺎﺏ ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺃﺧﺬ ﺭﺑﻚ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺃﺧﺬ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﻯ. ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................
دورة اﻹﻣﺎم ﻣﺎﻟﻚ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﺎﺳﻌﺔ 12 ﺑﺎﺏ َﻧﺼْﺮِ ﺍﻷَﺥِ ﻇَﺎِﻟﻤًﺎ ﺃَ ْﻭ َﻣ ْﻈﻠُﻮﻣًﺎ َ -١٦٦٩ﺣﺪﻳ ُﺚ َﺟﺎِﺑﺮِ ْﺑ ِﻦ َﻋﺒْ ِﺪ ﺍﷲ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻬﻤﺎ .ﻗَﺎ َﻝ :ﻛُﻨﱠﺎ ﻓِﻲ ﻏَ َﺰﺍﺓٍ ،ﻓَﻜَﺴَ َﻊ ﺭَ ُﺟ ٌﻞ ِﻣﻦَ ﺍُﳌ َﻬﺎ ِﺟﺮِﻳﻦَ َﺭ ُﺟﻼً ِﻣ َﻦ ﺍ َﻷﻧْﺼَﺎﺭ .ﻓﻘَﺎﻝَ ﺍﻷَﻧْﺼَﺎﺭِﻱﱡ :ﻳَﺎ ﻟَﻸَﻧﺼﺎﺭ! ﻭَﻗَﺎﻝَ ﺍﳌُﻬَﺎﺟِﺮِﻱﱢ :ﻳَﺎ ﻟَﻠْﻤُﻬَﺎﺟِﺮِﻳﻦَ! ﻓَﺴَﻤِﻊَ ﺫَﺍﻙَ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝُ ﺍﷲ ﷺ ،ﻓﻘَﺎﻝَ» :ﻣَﺎ َﺑﺎ ُﻝ َﺩ ْﻋ َﻮﻯ َﺟﺎﻫِِﻠﱠﻴٍﺔ؟« ﻗَﺎُﻟﻮﺍ :ﻳَﺎ َﺭﺳُﻮ َﻝ ﺍﷲ! َﻛ َﺴ َﻊ ﺭَﺟُﻞٌ ِﻣﻦَ ﺍُﳌﻬَﺎﺟِ ِﺮﻳﻦَ ﺭَﺟُﻼً ِﻣ َﻦ ﺍ َﻷﻧ َﺼﺎ ِﺭَ .ﻓَﻘﺎ َﻝَ » :ﺩ ُﻋﻮ َﻫﺎَ ،ﻓِﺈﱠﻧ َﻬﺎ ُﻣْﻨِﺘَﻨٌﺔ«َ .ﻓ َﺴ ِﻤ َﻊ ِﺑ َﺬِﻟﻚَ َﻋْﺒ ُﺪ ﺍﷲ ْﺑ ُﻦ ُﺃَﺑ ﱢﻲَ ،ﻓَﻘﺎ َﻝَ :ﻓَﻌﻠﻮ َﻫﺎ؟ َﺃَﻣﺎ َﻭﺍﷲ! َﻟِﺌ ْﻦ َﺭ َﺟ ْﻌَﻨﺎ ِﺇﱃ ﺍﳌَﺪِﻳﻨَﺔِ ﻟَﻴُﺨْﺮِﺟَﻦﱠ ﺍﻷَﻋَﺰﱡ ﻣِﻨْﻬَﺎ ﺍﻷَﺫَﻝﱠ. ﻓَﺒَﻠَﻎَ ﺍﻟﻨﱠِﺒﻲﱠ ﷺ .ﻓَﻘَﺎﻡَ ﻋُﻤَﺮُ ،ﻓَﻘَﺎﻝََ :ﻳﺎ َﺭﺳُﻮ َﻝ ﺍﷲ! ﺩَﻋْﻨِﻲ ﺃَﺿْ ِﺮ ْﺏ ُﻋُﻨ َﻖ ﻫﺬَﺍ ﺍُﳌَﻨﺎِﻓﻖِ. ﻓَﻘَﺎ َﻝ ﺍﻟﱠﻨ ﱡﱯ ﷺ» :ﺩَﻋْﻪُ .ﻟَﺎ ﻳَﺘَﺤَﺪﱠﺙُ ﺍﻟﻨﱠﺎﺱُ ﺃَﻥﱠ ﻣُﺤَﻤﱠﺪًﺍ ﻳَﻘْﺘُﻞُ ﺃَﺻْﺤَﺎَﺑُﻪ«. ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﰲ – ٨ :ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ -٨٨ :ﺑﺎﺏ ﺗﺸﺒﻴﻚ ﺍﻷﺻﺎﺑﻊ ﰲ ﺍﳌﺴﺠﺪ ﻭﻏﲑﻩ. ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................

دورة اﻹﻣﺎم ﻣﺎﻟﻚ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﺎﺳﻌﺔ 28 ﺑﺎﺏ ﻓﻀﻞ ﻣﻦ ﳝﻮﺕ ﻟﻪ ﻭﻟﺪ ﻓﻴﺤﺘﺴﺒﻪ -١٦٨٩ﺣﺪﻳﺚ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﻫُﺮَﻳْﺮَﺓَ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ ،ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﻟﻨﱠﺒِﻲﱢ ﷺ َﻗﺎﻝَ» :ﻟَﺎ َﻳﻤُﻮ ُﺕ ِﻟ ُﻤ ْﺴِﻠ ٍﻢ َﺛﻠَﺎﺛَﺔ ِﻣﻦَ ﺍْﻟ َﻮﻟَﺪِ ،ﻓَﻴَِﻠﺞُ ﺍﻟﻨﱠﺎﺭَ ،ﺇِﻟَﺎّ ﺗَﺤِﻠﱠﺔَ ﺍﻟْﻘَﺴَﻢِ«. ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﰲ – ٢٣ :ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﳉﻨﺎﺋﺰ – ٦:ﺑﺎﺏ ﻓﻀﻞ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺎﺕ ﻟﻪ ﻭﻟﺪ ﻓﺎﺣﺘﺴﺒﻪ. -١٦٩٠ﺣﺪﻳﺚ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﺳَﻌِﻴﺪٍ ﺍﻟْﺨُﺪْﺭِﻱﱢ ،ﻗَﺎﻝََ » :ﺟﺎءَ ِﺕ ﺍ ْﻣ َﺮَﺃﺓ ِﺇَﻟﻰ َﺭ ُﺳﻮﻝِ ﺍ ِﷲ ﷺ ،ﻓَﻘَﺎﻟَﺖْ :ﻳَﺎ ﺭَﺳُﻮﻝَ ﺍﷲِ ﺫَ َﻫ َﺐ ﺍﻟ ﱢﺮﺟَﺎﻝُ ﺑِ َﺤ ِﺪﻳِﺜ َﻚ ،ﻓَﺎ ْﺟَﻌ ْﻞ َﻟﻨَﺎ ﻣِ ْﻦ ﻧَ ْﻔﺴِﻚَ َﻳ ْﻮﻣًﺎ ﻧَﺄْﺗِﻴﻚَ ِﻓﻴِﻪ ،ﺗَﻌَﻠﱢ ُﻤﻨَﺎ ﻣِﻤﱠﺎ َﻋﻠﱠ َﻤﻚَ ﺍ ُﷲ َﻓﻘَﺎ َﻝ :ﺍﺟْﺘَ ِﻤﻌْ َﻦ ﻓِﻲ َﻳ ْﻮﻡِ ﻛَ َﺬﺍ ﻭَﻛَ َﺬﺍِ ،ﻓﻲ َﻣ َﻜﺎﻥِ َﻛﺬَﺍ َﻭﻛَﺬَﺍ ﻓَﺎ ْﺟَﺘ َﻤ ْﻌ َﻦ ﻓَﺄََﺗﺎﻫُﻦﱠ َﺭﺳُﻮﻝُ ﺍﷲِ ﷺ ،ﻓَﻌَﻠﱠﻤَﻬُﻦﱠ ﻣِﻤﱠﺎ ﻋَﻠﱠﻤَﻪُ ﺍﷲُ ﺛُﻢﱠ َﻗﺎ َﻝ :ﻣَﺎ ِﻣﻨْ ُﻜﻦﱠ ﺍ ْﻣ َﺮﺃَﺓٌ ُﺗَﻘ ﱢﺪﻡ ﺑَْﻴﻦَ ﻳَ َﺪْﻳ َﻬﺎ ﻣِﻦْ ﻭََﻟ ِﺪ َﻫﺎ َﺛَﻠﺎَﺛًﺔ ،ﺇَِﻟﺎّ َﻛﺎ َﻥ ﻟَﻬَﺎ ِﺣ َﺠﺎﺑًﺎ ِﻣﻦَ ﺍﻟﱠﻨﺎﺭِ ﻓََﻘﺎﻟَ ِﺖ ﺍ ْﻣ َﺮَﺃٌﺓ ِﻣْﻨﻬُ ﱠﻦ: َﻳﺎ َﺭ ُﺳﻮ َﻝ ﺍ ِﷲ ﺍْﺛﻨَﻴْ ِﻦ ﻗَﺎ َﻝ :ﻓَﺄَ َﻋﺎﺩَﺗْ َﻬﺎ ﻣَ ﱠﺮَﺗْﻴﻦِ ُﺛ ﱠﻢ َﻗﺎ َﻝ :ﻭَﺍْﺛﻨَْﻴ ِﻦ ،ﻭَﺍْﺛﻨَﻴْﻦَِ ،ﻭﺍْﺛَﻨﻴْ ِﻦ«. ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﰲ – ٦٩ :ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻻﻋﺘﺼﺎﻡ – ٩:ﺑﺎﺏ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﻨﱯ ﷺ ﺃﻣﺘﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎء. -١٦٩١ﺣﺪﻳﺚ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﻫُﺮَﻳْﺮَﺓَ ﻋَﻦْ ﻋَﺒْﺪِ ﺍﻟﺮﱠﺣْﻤﻦِ ﺑْﻦِ ﺍﻷَﺻْﺒَﻬَﺎﻧِﻲﱢ ،ﻋَﻦْ ﺫَﻛْﻮَﺍﻥٍ ،ﻋَﻦْ ﺃَﺑِﻲ ﺳَﻌِﻴﺪٍ ﺍﻟْﺨُﺪْﺭِﻱﱢ ﻋَﻦِ ﺍﻟﻨﱠﺒِﻲﱢ ﷺ ِﺑﻬ َﺬﺍ .ﻭَ َﻋ ْﻦ ﻋَﺒْ ِﺪ ﺍﻟﺮﱠﺣْﻤﻦِ ْﺑﻦِ ﺍ َﻷ ْﺻﺒَﻬَﺎﻧِﻲﱢَ ،ﻗﺎ َﻝَ :ﺳ ِﻤﻌْﺖُ ﺃَﺑَﺎ ﺣَﺎ ِﺯ ٍﻡ ،ﻋَﻦْ ﺃَِﺑﻲ ُﻫﺮَْﻳ َﺮَﺓ ،ﻗَﺎﻝَ» :ﺛََﻠﺎﺛًَﺔ ﻟَﻢْ ﻳَﺒُْﻠﻐُﻮﺍ ﺍ ِﳊْﻨ َﺚ«. ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ ﰲ – ٣ :ﻛﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ – ٣٦ :ﺑﺎﺏ ﻫﻞ ﳚﻌﻞ ﻟﻠﻨﺴﺎء ﻳﻮﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﺪﺓ ﰲ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ. ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................

ﺑﺮﻋﺎﯾﺔ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ رﯾﺎض اﻟﺼﺎﻟﺤﯿﻦ اﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﺑﺪﺑﻲ 39 ﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﻴﻪ ﺍﳌﺠﺘﻬﺪ ﳏﻤﺪ ﺑﻦ ﻋﻠﻲ ﺑﻦ ﳏﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺸﻮﻛﺎﱐ -ﺭﲪﻪ ﺍﷲ ﺗﻌﺎﱃ:- ﺑﺴﻢ ﺍﷲ ﺍﻟﺮﲪﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﺣﻴﻢ ،ﺍﳊﻤﺪ ﷲ ﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﳌﲔ ،ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻴﺪ ﺍﳌﺮﺳﻠﲔ ،ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺁﻟﻪ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻫﺮﻳﻦ ﻭﺻﺤﺒﻪ ﺍﻷﻛﺮﻣﲔ. ﺍﻋﻠﻢ ﺃﻥ ﻛﺜﲑًﺍ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺻﺮﻳﻦ ﻳﻌﺘﻘﺪ ﺃﻥ ﻣﻦ ﻃﻠﺐ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻘﻮﻡ ﲟﺎ ﻳﻐﻨﻴﻪ ﻭﻣﻦ ﻳﻌﻮﻝ ،ﻭﺩﺧﻞ ﰲ ﺍﻷﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻳﺘﺤﺼﻞ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺫﻟﻚ ،ﺧﺎﺭﺝ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﳊﲔ ،ﳐﺎﻟﻒ ﳍﺪﻱ ﺍﳌﺮﺳﻠﲔ ،ﻣُﺒﺎﻳﻦٌ ﳌﺴﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﺰﺍﻫﺪﻳﻦ. ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﻭﻫﻢٌ ﻋﻈﻴﻢ ،ﻭﺟﻬﻞٌ ﻛﺒﲑ؛ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻗﺪ ﻃﻠﺐ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺳﻴﺪ ﺍﻷﻧﺒﻴﺎء ﷺ ،ﻭﺳﺄﻝ ﺭﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﻐﲎ ﻛﻤﺎ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺤﲔ ﻭﻏﲑﳘﺎ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ\" :ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺇﱐ ﺃﺳﺄﻟﻚ :ﺍﳍﺪﻯ ،ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻘﻰ ،ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻔﺎﻑ ،ﻭﺍﻟﻐﲎ\" ،ﻭﺍﻷﺣﺎﺩﻳﺚ ﰲ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻛﺜﲑﺓ ﺟﺪًﺍ ،ﻭﺍﻣﱳ ﺍﷲ ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻧﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﻐﲎ ،ﻓﻘﺎﻝ} :ﻭَﻭَﺟَﺪَﻙَ ﻋَﺂﺋِﻠًﺎ ﻓَﺄﻏْﻨَﻰ{]ﺍﻟﻀﺤﻰ ،[٨:ﻭﺛﺒﺖ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺤﲔ ﻭﻏﲑﳘﺎ ﺃﻧﻪ ﺩﻋﺎ ﳋﺎﺩﻣﻪ ﺃﻧﺲ ﺑﺎﻟﻐﲎ .ﻭﺛﺒﺖ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺤﲔ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻗﺎﻝ\" :ﺍﻟﻠﻬﻢ ﺇﱐ ﺃﻋﻮﺫ ﺑﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳉﻮﻉ ،ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﺑﺌﺲ ﺍﻟﻀﺠﻴﻊ\" ،ﻭﻗﺎﻝُ \" :ﺣِﺒ ﱠﺐ ﺇ ﱠﱄ ﺍﻟﻄﻴ ُﺐ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎ ُء ،ﻭﺟﻌﻠ ْﺖ ﻗﺮُﺓ ﻋﻴﲏ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ\" ،ﻭﻫﻮ ﺣﺪﻳﺚ ﺻﺤﻴﺢ .ﻭﺛﺒﺖ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺢ ﺃﻧﻪ ﷺ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻟﻌﻤﺮ -ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ\" :-ﻣﺎ ﺟﺎءﻙ ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﳌﺎﻝ ﻭﺃﻧﺖ ﻏﲑ ُﻣﺸ ِﺮ ٍﻑ ﻭﻻ ﺳﺎﺋﻞ َﻓ ُﺨﺬﻩ ،ﻭﻣﺎ ﻻ ﻓﻼ ﺗﺘﺒﻌﻪ ﻧﻔﺴﻚ\". ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................
دورة اﻹﻣﺎم ﻣﺎﻟﻚ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﺎﺳﻌﺔ 40 ﻭﺛﺒﺖ ﰲ ﺃﺣﺎﺩﻳﺚ ﺻﺤﻴﺤﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﻬﻲ ﻋﻦ ﺍﳌﺴﺄﻟﺔ ﺇﻻ ﻟﻠﺴﻠﻄﺎﻥ ،ﻭﻣﻦ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﺎ ﺣﻜﺎﻩ ﺍﷲ -ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻧﻪ ﻭﺗﻌﺎﱃ- ﻋﻦ ﻣﻮﺳﻰ -ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ -ﺃﻧﻪ ﻗﺎﻝ} :ﺭَﺏِّ ﺇِﻧِّﻲ ﻟِﻤَﺎ ﺃَﻧﺰﻟْﺖَ ﺇِﻟَﻲَّ ﻣِﻦْ ﺧَﻴْﺮٍ ﻓَﻘِﲑٌ{]ﺍﻟﻘﺼﺺ.[٢٤: ﻭﻣﺎ ﺣﻜﺎﻩ ﺍﷲ ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻧﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻮﺳﻒ -ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ -ﻗﺎﻝ ﻟﻌﺰﻳﺰ ﻣﺼﺮ}:ﺍﺟَْﻌْﻠِﻨﻲ َﻋَﻠﻰٰ ﺧَ َﺰﺍِﺋﻦِ ﺍْﻟَﺄ ْﺭﺽِ{ ]ﻳﻮﺳﻒ.[٥٥: ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺃﻳﻮﺏ -ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ -ﳌﺎ ﺭﺃﻯ ﺟﺮﺍ ًﺩﺍ ﻣﻦ ﺫﻫﺐ ﺗﺴﻘﻂ ﻋﻨﺪﻩ ،ﻓﺠﻌﻞ ﻳﻠﺘﻘﻄﻬﺎ ،ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﺍﷲ -ﻋﺰ ﻭﺟﻞ\" :-ﺃﱂ ﺃﻛﻦ ﺃﻏﻨﻴﺘﻚ ﻋﻤﺎ ﺗﺮﻯ؟ ﻓﻘﺎﻝ :ﺑﻠﻰ ﻳﺎ ﺭﺏ ،ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ﻻ ﻏﲎ ﱄ ﻋﻦ ﺑﺮﻛﺘﻚ\" ،ﻛﻤﺎ ﰲ ﺍﳊﺪﻳﺚ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﺑﺖ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺢ ،ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﻋﻴﺴﻰ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﺣﻜﺎﻩ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ} :ﻭَﺍﺭْﺯُﻗْﻨَﺎ ﻭَﺃَﻧﺖَ ﺧَﻴْﺮُ ﺍﻟﺮﱠﺍﺯِﻗِﲔَ{ ]ﺍﳌﺎﺋﺪﺓ ،[١١٤:ﻭﻣﻦ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺳﺆﺍﻝ ﺣﺴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻛﻤﺎ ﰲ ﻗﻮﻟﻪ ﻋﺰ ﻭﺟﻞ} :ﻭَﻣِﻨْﻬُﻢ ﻣﱠﻦ ﻳَﻘُﻮﻝُ ﺭَﺑﱠﻨَﺎ ﺁﺗِﻨَﺎ ﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟﺪﱡﻧْﻴَﺎ ﺣَﺴَﻨَﺔً ﻭَﻓِﻲ ﺍﻟْﺂﺧِﺮَﺓِ ﺣَﺴَﻨَﺔً ﻭَﻗِﻨَﺎ ﻋَﺬَﺍﺏَ ﺍﻟﻨﱠﺎﺭِ ) (٢٠١ﺃُﻭﻟَٰﺌِﻚَ ﻟَﻬُﻢْ ﻧَﺼِﻴﺐٌ ﻣﱢﻤﱠﺎ ﻛَﺴَﺒُﻮﺍ ۚ◌ َﻭﺍﻟﻠﱠﻪُ َﺳﺮِﻳ ُﻊ ﺍﻟْ ِﺤﺴَﺎ ِﺏ{]ﺍﻟﺒﻘﺮﺓ ،[٢٠٢-٢٠١ :ﻭﻗﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﻋﺰ ﻭﺟﻞ} :ﻭَﺃُﺧْﺮَﻯٰ ﺗُﺤِﺒﱡﻮﻧَﻬَﺎ ۖ◌ ﻧَ ْﺼﺮٌ ﻣﱢ َﻦ ﺍﻟﱠﻠ ِﻪ َﻭَﻓﺘْﺢٌ ﻗَﺮِﻳ ٌﺐ ۗ◌ ﻭَﺑَ ﱢﺸ ِﺮ ﺍْﻟ ُﻤ ْﺆﻣِﻨِ َﲔ{]ﺍﻟﺼﻒ ،[١٣:ﺇﱃ ﻗﻮﻟﻪَ } :ﻭﺍ ْﺭ ُﺯْﻗَﻨﺎ َﻭَﺃﻧ َﺖ َﺧْﻴ ُﺮ ﺍﻟ ﱠﺮﺍ ِﺯِﻗ َﲔ{]ﺍﳌﺎﺋﺪﺓ.[١١٤: ﻭﺍﳊﺎﺻﻞ ﺃﻥ ﻃﻠﺐ ﺍﻟﺮﺯﻕ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﻦ ﻏﺎﻟﺐ ﺍﻟﻌُﺒﱠﺎﺩ ﻭﺍﻷﻧﺒﻴﺎء ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﺎء ﻭﺍﻟﺰﺍﻫﺪﻳﻦ. ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................
ﺑﺮﻋﺎﯾﺔ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ رﯾﺎض اﻟﺼﺎﻟﺤﯿﻦ اﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﺑﺪﺑﻲ 41 ﺑﻞ ﻟﻮ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻗﺎﺋﻞ :ﺇ—ﻢ ﻛﻠﻬﻢ ﻃﺎﻟﺒﻮﻥ ﺭﺯﻕ ﺍﷲ -ﻋﺰ ﻭﺟﻞ -ﱂ ﻳﻜﻦ ﺑﻌﻴﺪًﺍ؛ ﻓﺈ—ﻢ ﺳﺎﺋﻠﻮﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺍﷲ -ﻋﺰ ﻭﺟﻞ -ﻧﺰﻭﻝ ﺍﻷﻣﻄﺎﺭ ،ﻭﺻﻼﺡ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺎﺭ ،ﻭﺍﻟﱪﻛﺔ ﰲ ﺍﻷﺭﺯﺍﻕ .ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﻫﻮ ﻣﻦ ﻃﻠﺐ ﺍﻟﺮﺯﻕ .ﻭﻫﻮ ﻛﺎﺋﻦ ﻣﻦ ﲨﻴﻊ ﺑﲏ ﺁﺩﻡ ،ﻭﺍﳌﺘﻮﺭﻉ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ﻳﻘﻴﺪ ﺳﺆﺍﻟﻪ ﺑﺄﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻭﺟﻪ ﺣﻼﻝ ،ﻭﺍﻟﺪﻋﺎء ﻫﻮ ﻣﻦ ﲨﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺴﻌﻲ ﰲ ﲢﺼﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﺮﺯﻕ ،ﻭﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﲨﻴﻊ ﺍﻷﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﳌﺤﺼﻠﺔ ﻟﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺧﺘﻼﻑ ﺃﻧﻮﺍﻋﻬﺎ ﻭﺗﺒﺎﻳﻦ ﻃﺮﻗﻬﺎ ،ﻭﻣﻦ ﺃﻧﻜﺮ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻓﻘﺪ ﺃﻧﻜﺮ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻡ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻓﺮﺩ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻓﺮﺍﺩ ﺑﲏ ﺁﺩﻡ .ﺍﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﺎﺑﺔ -ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻬﻢ- ﰲ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻮﺓ ،ﻛﺎﻥ ﻛﻞ ﻭﺍﺣﺪ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻘًﺎ ﺑﺴﺒﺐ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺳﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺮﺯﻕ ﻛﺎﺋﻨًﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ،ﻭﻣﻦ ﻋﺠﺰ ﻋﻦ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺼﻞ ﺇﱃ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﻟﺼﻔﺔ .ﻓﺈﻥ ﻭﻗﻮﻓﻬﻢ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻣﻦ ﻃﻠﺐ ﺍﻟﺮﺯﻕ. ﻭﻫﻜﺬﺍ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻮﺓ ،ﻓﺈﻥ ﺍﳋﻠﻔﺎء ﺍﻟﺮﺍﺷﺪﻳﻦ ﳚﻌﻠﻮﻥ ﻷﻧﻔﺴﻬﻢ ﻧﺼﻴﺒًﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻴﺖ ﺍﳌﺎﻝ ،ﻳﻘﻮﻡ ﲟﺎ ﳛﺘﺎﺟﻮﻥ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﻷﻧﻔﺴﻬﻢ ﻭﳌﻦ ﻳﻌﻮﻟﻮﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻭﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﻝ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﻃﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺰﻫﺪ ،ﻭﻫﻢ ﺃﺯﻫﺪ ﺍﻟﻌﺒﺎﺩ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻭﰲ ﺍﻻﺷﺘﻐﺎﻝ ’ﺎ. ﻭﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻧﻘﻀﺎء ﺧﻼﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻮﺓ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺩﻕ ﺍﳌﺼﺪﻭﻕ\" :ﺍﳋﻼﻓﺔ ﺑﻌﺪﻱ ﺛﻼﺛﻮﻥ ﻋﺎًﻣﺎ ،ﰒ ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻠ ًﻜﺎ ﻋﻀﻮ ًﺿﺎ\" ،ﻓﺈﻥ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﳌﺪﺓ ﺍﻧﻘﻀﺖ ﲞﻼﻓﺔ ﺍﳊﺴﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﺒﻂ -ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻪ- ﰒ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻌﺪﻩ ﻣﻠﻜًﺎ ﻋﻀﻮﺿًﺎ .ﻭﻓﻴﻬﺎ -ﺃﻋﲏ ﺍﳌﺪﺓ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻧﻘﻀﺎء ﻣﺪﺓ ﺍﳋﻼﻓﺔ -ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﻡ ﲝﻔﻆ ﺑﻴﻀﺔ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ،ﻭﺟﻬﺎﺩ ﺍﻟﻜﻔﺎﺭ ،ﻭﻓﺘﺢ ﻣﺎ ﱂ ﻳﻜﻦ ﻗﺪ ﻓﺘﺢ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻗﻄﺎﺭ ،ﻭﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﺎﺑﺔ -ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻨﻬﻢ- ﻳﻘﺼﺪﻭﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻴﺪِﻩ ﺃﻣﺮُ ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻤﲔ ،ﻭﻳﻄﻠﺒﻮﻥ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻣﺎ ﳍﻢ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺣﻖﱞ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻴﻮﺕ ﺍﻷﻣﻮﺍﻝ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺑﻴﺪﻩ ،ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻫﻮ ﻣﻦ ﻃﻠﺐ ﺍﻟﺮﺯﻕ ،ﻭﻳﻘﺒﻠﻮﻥ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻌﻄﻴﻬﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻏﲑ ﻛﺸﻒ ﻋﻦ ﺣﻘﻴﻘﺔ ﺍﳊﺎﻝ ،ﻭﻫﻜﺬﺍ ﻣَﻦ ﺑﻌﺪﻫﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﺑﻌﲔ. ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................
دورة اﻹﻣﺎم ﻣﺎﻟﻚ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﺎﺳﻌﺔ 42 ﻭﻛﺎﻥ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺧﲑ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﻭﻥ ،ﰒ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻳﻠﻮ—ﻢ ،ﻛﻤﺎ ﺛﺒﺖ ﺫﻟﻚ ﰲ ﺍﻷﺣﺎﺩﻳﺚ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺤﺔ. ﻭﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻫﻞ ﻫﺬﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﻧﲔ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻠﻲ ﻟﻠﻘﺎﺋﻤﲔ ﺑﺎﻷﻣﺮ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﻣﻦ ﻗﻀﺎءٍ ،ﻭﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓٍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﺒﻼﺩ، ﻭﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓٍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻴﺶ ،ﻭﻻ ﻳﻨﻜﺮ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻣﻨﻜﺮٌ ﻭﻻ ﳐﺎﻟﻒ ﻓﻴﻪ ،ﻭﻫﺬﺍ ﻫﻮ ﻧﻮﻉ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻧﻮﺍﻉ ﻃﻠﺐ ﺍﻟﺮﺯﻕ. ﻭﺇﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻗﺮﺑﺔ؛ ﻛﺎﻟﻘﺎﺿﻲ ﻭﺃﻣﲑ ﺟﻴﺶ ﺍﳉﻬﺎﺩ ،ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻻ ﻳﻨﺎﰲ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺑﺔ ﺃﺧﺬ ﻣﺎ ﳛﺘﺎﺝ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻴﺖ ﻣﺎﻝ ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻤﲔ ،ﻭﻣﺎ ﺯﺍﻝ ﻋﻤﻞ ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻤﲔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻣﻨﺬ ﻗﺎﻣﺖ ﺍﳌﻠﺔ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻴﺔ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻵﻥ ﻣﻊ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻠﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﻠﻮﻙ؛ ﻓﺠﻤﺎﻋﺔ ﻳﻠﻮﻥ ﳍﻢ ﺍﻟﻘﻀﺎء ،ﻭﲨﺎﻋﺔ ﻳﻠﻮﻥ ﳍﻢ ﺍﻹﻓﺘﺎء ،ﻭﲨﺎﻋﺔ ﻳﻠﻮﻥ ﳍﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺒﻼﺩ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺇﻟﻴﻬﻢ ،ﻭﲨﺎﻋﺔ ﻳﻠﻮﻥ ﳍﻢ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﳉﻴﺶ ،ﻭﲨﺎﻋﺔ ﻳُﺪﺭﱢﺳﻮﻥ ﰲ ﺍﳌﺪﺍﺭﺱ ﺍﳌﻮﺿﻮﻋﺔ ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ،ﻭﻏﺎﻟﺐ ﺟِﺮﺍﻳَﺎﺗِﻬﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺑﻴﺖ ﺍﳌﺎﻝ. ﻓﺈﻥ ﻗﻠﺖ :ﻗﺪ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﻠﻮﻙ ﻣﻦ ﻫﻮ ﻇﺎﱂ ﺟﺎﺋ ٌﺮ! ﻗﻠﺖ :ﻧﻌﻢ ،ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﳌﺘﺼﻞ ’ﻢ ﱂ ﻳﺘﺼﻞ ’ﻢ ﻟﻴﻌﻴﻨﻬﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻇﻠﻤﻬﻢ ﻭﺟﻮﺭﻫﻢ ،ﺑﻞ ﻟﻴﻘﻀﻲ ﺑﲔ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﲝﻜﻢ ﺍﷲ ،ﺃﻭ ﻳﻔﱵ ﲝﻜﻢ ﺍﷲ ،ﺃﻭ ﻳﻘﺒﺾ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺮﻋﺎﻳﺎ ﻣﺎ ﺃﻭﺟﺒﻪ ﺍﷲ ،ﺃﻭ ﳚﺎﻫﺪ ﻣﻦ ﳛﻖ ﺟﻬﺎﺩﻩ ،ﻭﻳﻌﺎﺩﻱ ﻣﻦ ﲢﻖ ﻋﺪﺍﻭﺗﻪ .ﻓﺈﻥ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﻫﻜﺬﺍ ﻓﻠﻮ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﳌﻠِﻚُ ﻗﺪ ﺑﻠﻎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻢ ﺇﱃ ﺃﻋﻠﻰ ﺩﺭﺟﺎﺗﻪ ﱂ ﻳﻜﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺆﻻء ﻣﻦ ﻇﻠﻤﻪ ﺷﻲء ،ﺑﻞ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻷﺣﺪﻫﻢ ﻣﺪﺧﻞ ﰲ ﲣﻔﻴﻒ ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻢ ،ﻭﻟﻮ ﺃﻗﻞ ﻗﻠﻴﻞ ﺃﻭ ﺃﺣﻘﺮ ﺣﻘﲑ ،ﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﻊ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﻨﺼﺐ ﻣﺄﺟﻮﺭًﺍ ﺃﺑﻠﻎ ﺍﻷﺟﺮ؛ ﻷﻧﻪ ﻗﺪ ﺻﺎﺭ ﻣﻊ ﻣﻨﺼﺒﻪ ﰲ ﺣﻜﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻄﻠﺐ ﺍﳊﻖ ﻭﻳﻜﺮﻩ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻃﻞ ،ﻭﻳﺴﻌﻰ ﲟﺎ ﺗﺒﻠﻎ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﻃﺎﻗﺘﻪ ﰲ ﺩﻓﻌﻪ ،ﻭﱂ ﻳﻌﻨﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻇﻠﻤﻪ ،ﻭﻻ ﺳﻌﻰ ﰲ ﺗﻘﺮﻳﺮ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺃﻭ ﲢﺴﻴﻨﻪ ﺃﻭ ﺇﻳﺮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﺸﺒﻪ ﰲ ﲡﻮﻳﺰﻩ ،ﻓﺈﻥ ﺃﺩﺧﻞ ﻧﻔﺴﻪ ﰲ ﺷﻲء ﻣﻦ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﻣﻮﺭ؛ ﻓﻬﻮ ﰲ ﻋﺪﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻤﺔ ،ﻭﻓﺮﻳﻖ ﺍﳉﻮﺭﺓ ،ﻭﻣﻦ ﲨﻠﺔ ﺍﳋﻮﻧﺔ. ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................
ﺑﺮﻋﺎﯾﺔ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ رﯾﺎض اﻟﺼﺎﻟﺤﯿﻦ اﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﺑﺪﺑﻲ 43 ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﻛﻼﻣﻨﺎ ﻓﻴﻤﻦ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻫﻜﺬﺍ ،ﺇﳕﺎ ﻛﻼﻣﻨﺎ ﻓﻴﻤﻦ ﻗﺎﻡ ﲟﺎ ُﻭ ِﻛﻞ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﲏ ،ﻏﲑ ﻣﺸﺘﻐﻞ ﲟﺎ ُﻫﻢ ﻓﻴﻪ ،ﺇﻻ ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻣﺮ ﲟﻌﺮﻭﻑ ،ﺃﻭ —ﻲ ﻋﻦ ﻣﻨﻜﺮ ،ﺃﻭ ﲣﻔﻴﻒ ﻇﻠﻢ ،ﺃﻭ ﲣﻮﻳﻒٍ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺎﻗﺒﺘﻪ ،ﺃﻭ ﻭﻋﻆ ﻓﺎﻋﻠﻪ ﲟﺎ ﻗﺪ ﻳﻨﺪﻓﻊ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺷﺮﻩ .ﻭﻛﻴﻒ ُﻳﻈﻦ ﲝﺎﻣﻞ ﻋﻠﻢ ﺃﻭ ﺑﺬﻱ ﺩﻳﻦ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺪﺍﺧﻞ ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻤﺔ ﻓﻴﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻇﻠﻢ ،ﻭﻗﺪ ﺗﱪﺃ ﺍﷲ ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻧﻪ ﺇﱃ ﻋﺒﺎﺩﻩ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻢ ﻓﻘﺎﻝ} :ﻭَﻣَﺎ ﻇَﻠَﻤْﻨَﺎﻫُﻢْ ﻭَﻟَٰﻜِﻦْ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ ﺃَﻧْﻔُﺴَﻬُﻢْ ﻳَ ْﻈِﻠﻤُﻮ َﻥ{]ﺍﻟﻨﺤﻞ ،[١١٨:ﻭﻗﺎﻝ} :ﻭﻣَﺎ ﺭَﺑﱡﻚَ ﺑِﻈَﻠﱠﺎﻡٍ ﻟِﻠﻌَﺒﻴﺪِ{]ﻓﺼﻠﺖ ،[٤٦:ﻭﻗﺎﻝ} :ﻭﻻَ ﻳَﻈْﻠِﻢُ ﺭَﺑُﻚَ ﺃَﺣَ ًﺪﺍ{]ﺍﻟﻜﻬﻒ ،[٤٩:ﻭﻗﺎﻝ} :ﺇِﻥﱠ ﺍﷲَ ﻻَ ﻳَﻈْﻠِﻢُ ﺍﻟﻨﱠﺎ َﺱ َﺷﻴْﺌًﺎ{]ﻳﻮﻧﺲ.[٤٤: ﻭﻗﺎﻝ} :ﺇﻥﱠ ﺍﷲَ ﻻَ ﻳَﻈﻠِﻢُ ﻣِﺜْﻘَﺎﻝَ ﺫَﺭﱠﺓٍ{]ﺍﻟﻨﺴﺎء ،[٤٠:ﻭﻗﺎﻝ} :ﻭﻣَﺎ ﺍﷲُ ﻳُﺮﻳِﺪُ ﻇُﻠْﻤًﺎ ﻟِﻠﻌِﺒَﺎﺩِ{]ﻏﺎﻓﺮ ،[٣١:ﻭﻗﺎﻝ: }ﻭﻣَﺎ ﻇَﻠَﻤﻨَﺎﻫُﻢْ ﻭَﻟَﻜِﻦ ﻛَﺎﻧُﻮﺍ ﻫُﻢُ ﺍﻟﻈﱠﺎﻟِﻤﻴِﻦَ{]ﺍﻟﺰﺧﺮﻑ ،[٧٦:ﻭﻏﲑ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻵﻳﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺁﻧﻴﺔ. ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﳊﺪﻳﺚ ﺍﻟﻘﺪﺳﻲ\" :ﻳﺎ ﻋﺒﺎﺩﻱ! ﺇﱐ ﺣﺮﻣﺖ ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻔﺴﻲ ،ﻭﺟﻌﻠﺘﻪ ﺑﻴﻨﻜﻢ ﳏﺮﻣًﺎ ،ﻓﻼ ﺗﻈﺎﳌﻮﺍ\"، ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﷺ ﻛﻤﺎ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺤﲔ ﻭﻏﲑﳘﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺣﺪﻳﺚ ﺃﰊ ﻣﻮﺳﻰ ،ﻗﺎﻝ :ﻗﺎﻝ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﷺ\" :ﺇﻥ ﺍﷲ ﳝﻬﻞ ﺍﻟﻈﺎﱂ ،ﻓﺈﻥ ﺃﺧﺬﻩ ﱂ ﻳﻔﻠﺘﻪ\" ،ﰒ ﻗﺮﺃَ } :ﻭ َﻛ َﺬﻟِﻚَ َﺃﺧْ ُﺬ َﺭِﺑّﻚَ ِﺇﺫَﺍ َﺃﺧَﺬَ ﺍﻟْﻘُ َﺮﻯ ﻭَﻫِ َﻲ ﻇَﺎِﻟﻤٌَﺔ ِﺇ َّﻥ َﺃ ْﺧ َﺬُﻩ َﺃِﻟﻴﻢٌ ﺷَﺪِﻳ ٌﺪ{]ﻫﻮﺩ.[١٠٢: ﻭﰲ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺤﲔ ﻭﻏﲑﳘﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺣﺪﻳﺚ ﺍﺑﻦ ﻋﻤﺮ ﻗﺎﻝ :ﻗﺎﻝ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﷺ\" :ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻢ ﻇﻠﻤﺎﺕ ﻳﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﻣﺔ\"، ﻭﺃﺧﺮﺝ ﳓﻮﻩ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ ] ،[٢٥٧٨ﻭﻏﲑﻩ ﻣﻦ ﺣﺪﻳﺚ ﺟﺎﺑﺮ .ﻭﰲ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺢ ﻣﻦ ﺣﺪﻳﺚ ﺃﰊ ﻫﺮﻳﺮﺓ\" :ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻢ ﺃﺧﻮ ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻢ ،ﻻ ﻳﻈﻠﻤﻪ ،ﻭﻻ ﻳﺴﻠﻤﻪ\" ،ﻭﰲ ﻟﻔﻆ\" :ﻭﻻ ﳜﺬﻟﻪ\". ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................
دورة اﻹﻣﺎم ﻣﺎﻟﻚ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﺎﺳﻌﺔ 44 ﻭﺍﻷﺣﺎﺩﻳﺚ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺭﺩﺓ ﰲ ﲢﺮﱘ ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻢ ﻭﺫﻡ ﻓﺎﻋﻠﻪ ﻭﻣﺎ ﻳﺴﺘﺤﻘﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﻮﺑﺔ ﻛﺜﲑﺓ ﺟﺪًﺍ ،ﻭﻗﺪ ﺃﲨﻊ ﺍﳌﺴﻠﻤﻮﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﲢﺮﳝﻪ ،ﻭﱂ ﳜﺎﻟﻒ ﰲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﳐﺎﻟﻒ ،ﻭﺃﲨﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﻼء ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻋﻈﻢ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺴﺘﻘﺒﺤﻪ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﻮﻝ. ﰒ ﺑﻴﱠﻦ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﷺ ﻟﻨﺎ ﰲ ﻣﺪﺍﺧﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻤﺔ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﺼﻞ ﻭﺍﳊﻜﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﻝ ،ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﰲ ﺣﺪﻳﺚ ﺻﺤﻴﺢ ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﻣﺬﻱ ﰲ ﻣﻮﺿﻌﲔ ﻣﻦ ﺳﻨﻨﻪ ،ﻭﺃﻭﺿﺢ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺃﰎ ﺇﻳﻀﺎﺡ ،ﻭﺑﱠﻴﻨﻪ ﺃﻛﻤﻞ ﺑﻴﺎﻥ\" :ﺃﻋﺎﺫﻙ ﺍﷲ ﻳﺎ ﻛﻌﺐ ﻣﻦ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺴﻔﻬﺎء\" .ﻗﺎﻝ :ﻭﻣﺎ ﺇﻣﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺴﻔﻬﺎء ﻳﺎ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ؟ ﻗﺎﻝ\" :ﺃﻣﺮﺍء ﻳﻜﻮﻧﻮﻥ ﺑﻌﺪﻱ ،ﻭﻻ ﻳﻬﺘﺪﻭﻥ ’ﺪﻳﻲ ،ﻭﻻ ﻳﺴﺘﻨﻮﻥ ﺑﺴﻨﱵ ،ﻓﻤﻦ ﺻﺪﻗﻬﻢ ﺑﻜﺬ’ﻢ ،ﻭﺃﻋﺎ—ﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻇﻠﻤﻬﻢ ،ﻓﺄﻭﻟﺌﻚ ﻟﻴﺴﻮﺍ ﻣﲏ ،ﻭﻟﺴﺖ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ،ﻭﻻ ﻳَﺮِﺩُﻭﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﻮﺿﻲ ،ﻭﻣﻦ ﱂ ﻳﺼﺪﻗﻬﻢ ﺑﻜﺬ’ﻢ ،ﻭﱂ ﻳﻌﻨﻬﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻇﻠﻤﻬﻢ ،ﻓﺄﻭﻟﺌﻚ ﻣﲏ ،ﻭﺃﻧﺎ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ،ﻭﺳَﻴَﺮِﺩُﻭﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﻮﺿﻲ\". ﻭﻗﺪ ﺛﺒﺖ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺼﺤﻴﺢ ﺫﻛﺮ ﺃﺋﻤﺔ ﺍﳉﻮﺭ ﻭﻣﺪﺍﺧﻠﺘﻬﻢ ،ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﷺ\" :ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺭﺿﻲ ﻭﺗﺎﺑﻊ\". ﻓﺘﻘﺮﺭ ﻟﻚ ’ﺬﺍ ﺃﻥ ﺍﳌﺪﺍﺧﻞ ﳍﻢ ﺇﺫﺍ ﱂ ﻳﺼﺪﻗﻬﻢ ﰲ ﻛﺬ’ﻢ ،ﻭﻻ ﺃﻋﺎ—ﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻇﻠﻤﻬﻢ ،ﻭﻻ ﺭﺿﻲ ،ﻭﻻ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ؛ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻣﻦ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﷲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺁﻟﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ،ﻭﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﷲ ﻣﻨﻪ .ﻓﻜﺎﻧﺖ ﻫﺬﻩ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﺔ ﻋﺎﻟﻴﺔ ،ﻭﻓﻀﻴﻠﺔ ﺟﻠﻴﻠﺔ ،ﻓﻜﻴﻒ ﺇﺫﺍ ﲨﻊ ﺑﲔ ﻋﺪﻡ ﻭﻗﻮﻉ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻨﻪ ،ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻌﻲ ﰲ ﺍﻟﺘﺨﻔﻴﻒ ﺃﻭ ﺍﳌﻮﻋﻈﺔ ﺍﳊﺴﻨﺔ. ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................
ﺑﺮﻋﺎﯾﺔ ﻣﺮﻛﺰ رﯾﺎض اﻟﺼﺎﻟﺤﯿﻦ اﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﺑﺪﺑﻲ 45 ﻭﻻ ﳜﻔﻰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺫﻱ ﻋﻘﻞ ﺃﻧﻪ ﻟﻮ ﺍﻣﺘﻨﻊ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ ﻭﺍﻟﻔﻀﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻋﻦ ﻣﺪﺍﺧﻠﺔ ﺍﳌﻠﻮﻙ ،ﻟﺘﻌﻄﻠﺖ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻳﻌﺔ ﺍﳌﻄﻬﺮﺓ؛ ﻟﻌﺪﻡ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻘﺮﻡ ’ﺎ ،ﻭﺗﺒﺪﻟﺖ ﺗﻠﻚ ﺍﳌﻤﻠﻜﺔ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻣﻴﺔ ﺑﺎﳌﻤﻠﻜﺔ ﺍﳉﺎﻫﻠﻴﺔ ﰲ ﺍﻷﺣﻜﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺩﻳﺎﻧﺔ ﻭﻣﻌﺎﻣﻠﺔ ،ﻭﻋﻢ ﺍﳉﻬﻞ ﻭﻃﻢ ،ﻭﺧﻮﻟﻔﺖ ﺃﺣﻜﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ ِﺟﻬﺎ ًﺭﺍ. ﻭﻻ ﺳﻴﻤﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳌﻠﻚ ﻭﺧﺎﺻﺘﻪ ﻭﺃﺗﺒﺎﻋﻪ ،ﻭﺣﺼﻞ ﳍﻢ ﺍﻟﻐﺮﺽ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﻓﻖ ﳍﻢ ،ﻭﺧﺒﻄﻮﺍ ﰲ ﺩﻳﻦ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺷﺎءﻭﺍ ،ﻭﺧﺎﻟﻔﻮﻩ ﳐﺎﻟﻔﺔ ﻇﺎﻫﺮﺓ ،ﻭﺍﺳﺘﺒﻴﺤﺖ ﺍﻷﻣﻮﺍﻝ ،ﻭﺍﺳﺘﺤﻠﺖ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻭﺝ ،ﻭ ُﻋ ﱢﻄﻠﺖ ﺍﳌﺴﺎﺟﺪ ﻭﺍﳌﺪﺍﺭﺱ ،ﻭﺍﻧﺘﻬﻜﺖ ﺍﳊﺮﻡ ،ﻭﺫﻫﺒﺖ ﺷﻌﺎﺋﺮ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ،ﻭﻻ ﺳﻴﻤﺎ ﺍﳌﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻻ ﻳﻔﻌﻠﻮﻥ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺇﻻ ﳐﺎﻓﺔ ﻋﻞ ﻣﻠﻜﻬﻢ ﺃﻥ ُﻳﺴﻠﺐ ،ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺩﻭﻟﺘﻬﻢ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺬﻫﺐ ،ﻭﻋﻞ ﺃﻣﻮﺍﳍﻢ ﺃﻥ ُﺗﻨﻬﺐ ،ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺣﺮﻣﺘﻬﻢ ﺃﻥ ُﺗﻨﺘﻬﻚ، ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺰﻫﻢ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺬﻝ ،ﻭﻭﺟﺪﻭﺍ ﺃﻋﻈﻢ ﺍﻟﺴﺒﻞ ﺇﱃ ﺍﻟﺘﺨﻠﺺ ﻋﻦ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﺃﺣﻜﺎﻡ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ،ﻗﺎﺋﻠﲔ :ﺟﻬﻠﻨﺎ ،ﱂ ﳒﺪ ﻣﻦ ﻳُﻌﻠﻤﻨﺎ ،ﱂ ﻧﻠﻖ ﻣﻦ ﻳُﺒﺼﱢﺮﻧﺎ ،ﻓ ﱠﺮ ﻋﻨﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﺭﻓﻮﻥ ﺑﺎﻟﺪﻳﻦ ،ﻭﻫﺮﺏ ﻣﻨﱠﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﺎء ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﻮﻥ. ﻭﰲ ﺍﳊﻘﻴﻘﺔ ﺃ—ﻢ َﻳُﻌ ّﺪﻭﻥ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻓﺮﺻﺔ ﺍﻧﺘﻬﺰﻭﻫﺎ ،ﻭﺷﺪﺓ ﺃُﻃﻠﻘَﺖ ﻋﻦ ﺃﻋﻨﺎﻗﻬﻢ ،ﻭﻋﺰﳝﺔ ﺇﺳﻼﻣﻪ ﺫﻫﺒﺖ ﻋﻨﻬﻢ، ﻭﻣﻊ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻓﻠﻢ ﳜﺘﺼﻮﺍ ’ﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻮﺳﻴﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻓﺮﺣﻮﺍ ’ﺎ ،ﻭﺍﻟﺬﺭﻳﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﺍﻧﻘﻄﻌﺖ ﻋﻨﻬﻢ ،ﺑﻞ ﺍﻟﺸﻴﻄﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺮﺟﻴﻢ ﺃﺷﺪ ﻓﺮ ًﺣﺎ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ،ﻭﺃﻋﻈﻢ ﺳﺮﻭﺭًﺍ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ،ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻗﺪ ﺧَﱠﻠﻰ ﺑﻴﻨﻪ ﻭﺑﲔ ﺍﻟﺴﻮﺍﺩ ﺍﻷﻋﻈﻢ ،ﻳﺘﻼﻋﺐ ’ﻢ ﻛﻴﻒ ﻳﺸﺎء ،ﻭﻳﺴﺘﻌﺒﺪﻫﻢ ﻛﻴﻒ ﺃﺭﺍﺩ .ﻭﻫﺬﻩ ﻓﺮﺻﺔ ﻣﺎ َﻇﻔِ َﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﲟﺜﻠﻬﺎ ،ﻭﻻ ﻛﺎﻥ ﰲ ﺣﺴﺎﺑﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺴﻌﻔﻪ ﺩﻫﺮﻩ ﺑﺄﻗﻞ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ. ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................
دورة اﻹﻣﺎم ﻣﺎﻟﻚ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﺎﺳﻌﺔ 46 ﻭﺳﺒﺐ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﻼء ﺍﻟﻌﻈﻴﻢ ،ﻭﺍﳋﻄﺐ ﺍﻟﻮﺧﻴﻢ ،ﻭﺍﻟﻮﺯﺭ ﻟﻺﺳﻼﻡ ﻭﺃﻫﻠﻪ ،ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻻ ﻳﻘﺎﺩﺭ ﻗﺪﺭﻩ ،ﻭﻻ ﻳﺘﻬﻴﺄ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻟﺪﻫﺮ ﻣﺜﻠﻪ -ﺻﻨﻔﺎﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ: ﺍﻟﺼﻨﻒ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ :ﲨﺎﻋﺔ ﺯﻫﺪﻭﺍ ﺑﻐﲑ ﻋﻠﻢ ،ﻭﻋﺒﺪﻭﺍ ﺑﻐﲑ ﻓﻬﻢ ،ﻭﺗﻮﺭﻋﻮﺍ ﺑﻐﲑ ﺇﺩﺭﺍﻙ ﻟﻠﻤﺼﺎﱀ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻋﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺸﻌﺎﺋﺮ ﺍﻹﳝﺎﻧﻴﺔ ،ﻭﻣﺎ ﻳﻔﻀﻲ ﺇﱃ ﺗﻌﻄﻞ ﺍﻷﺣﻜﺎﻡ ﻭﺫﻫﺎﺏ ﻏﺎﻟﺐ ﺩﻳﻦ ﺍﻹﺳﻼﻡ ،ﻓﺘﺼﺪﻭﺍ ﻟﻠﻤﻮﺍﻋﻆ ﻭﺍﻹﺭﺷﺎﺩ ﻟﻠﻌﺒﺎﺩ ،ﻭﺑﺎﻳﻌﻮﺍ ﰲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻭﻣﻘﺼﺪﻫﻢ ﺣﺴﻦ ،ﻭﺻﻮﺭﺓ ﻓﻌﻠﻬﻢ ﲨﻴﻠﺔ ،ﻭﻟﻜﻨﻬﻢ ﱂ ﻳﻜﻦ ﳍﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ ﻣﺎ ﻳﻮﺭﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﻷﺷﻴﺎء ﻣﻮﺍﺭﺩﻫﺎ ،ﻭﻳﺼﺪﺭﻭ—ﺎ ﻣﺼﺎﺩﺭﻫﺎ ﺟﻌﻠﻮﺍ ﻟﻘﺼﻮﺭﻫﻢ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﳌﻨﺎﺻﺐ ﺍﻟﺪﻳﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﱵ ﻻ ﻳﺘﻢ ﺃﻣﺮﻫﺎ ،ﻭﻻ ﻳﻨﻔﺬ ﺣﻜﻤﻬﺎ ﺇﻻ ﺳﻠﻄﺎﻥ ﺍﻷﺭﺽ ﻭﻣَِﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﺒﻼﺩ ﻣﻦ ﲨﻠﺔ ﺃﻧﻮﺍﻉ ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻢ. ﻭﺟﻌﻠﻮﺍ ﺻﺎﺣﺒﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﲨﻠﺔ ﺃﻋﻮﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﻈﻠﻤﺔ ،ﻭﲰﻊ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ ﻋﺎﻣﺔٌ ﺭﻋﺎﻉ ،ﻳﻐﺸﻮﻥ ﳎﺎﻟﺲ ﻣﺜﻠﻬﻢ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻘُ ﱠﺼﺎﺹ ،ﻣﻊ ﺧﻠﻮ ﻫﺆﻻء ﺍﻟﺴﺎﻣﻌﲔ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻮﺭﻉ ،ﻭﺗﻌﻄﻠﻬﻢ ﻋﻦ ﻋﻠﻢ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻉ ،ﻓﺄﺧﺬﻭﺍ ﺗﻠﻚ ﺍﳌﻮﺍﻋﻆَ ﻋﻞ ﻇﺎﻫﺮﻫﺎ ،ﻭﻗﺒﻠﻮﻫﺎ ﺣﻖ ﻗﺒﻮﳍﺎ ،ﳋﻠﻮ ﺃﺫﻫﺎ—ﻢ ﻋﻦ ﻭﺍﺯﻉ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻉ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻘﻞ ﻭﺍﻟﻮﺭﻉ ،ﻓﺼﺎﺭ ﺑﲔ ﻫﺬﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﻮﻋﲔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳉﻬﻞ ﻣﺎ ﳝﻸ ﺍﳋﺎﻓﻘﲔ. ﻭﻷﻣ ٍﺮ ﻣﺎ؛ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻛﺜﲑ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻒ ﳝﻨﻌﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ ﻳﻘﺼﻮﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ،ﻭﻳﺘﺼﺪﺭﻭﻥ ﻟﻮﻋﻈﻬﻢ ﻭﺗﺬﻛﲑﻫﻢ ﲟﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺟﻬﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﺸﺮﻳﻌﺔ ،ﻭﲟﺎ ﻳﺮﺗﻜﺒﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺇﻳﺮﺍﺩ ﺍﻷﺣﺎﺩﻳﺚ ﺍﳌﻜﺬﻭﺑﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻘَﺼ ِﺺ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻃﻠﺔ .ﻭﻛﺎﻥ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻢ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻘﺼﺮﻭﺍ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺫﻟﻚ ،ﻭﻳﻜﻠﻮﺍ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺇﱃ ﻋﻠﻤﺎء ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻨﺔ ،ﺍﻟﺬﻳﻦ َﻳ ْﺪ ُﻋﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺇﱃ ﺣﻖ ﻫﻮ ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻡ ﻟﺪﻳﻨﻬﻢ ،ﻭﺷﺮﻉ ﻫﻮ ﺻﺤﻴﺢ ﻋﻨﺪﻫﻢ. ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ........................................................................................................................... ...........................................................................................................................
