Cooreville Gardens Citizen's Association \"TOGETHER WE BUILD\" Annual Report 2019/21 PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE The new Executive team elected at the AGM in October was for a term of 2 years in keeping with amendments made to the Constitution at the said AGM. There were a number of accomplishments and disappointments over the period. One major achievement was the repair to roads in the community, funded by the NHT. COMMITTEE MEMBERS Second was the signing of an Addendum to the Memorandum of 2019/21 Agreement with the Housing Ministry for the Association to receive an annual amount to offset the shortfall in our annual Vincent Haldane President budget. This will enable the Executive to accomplish much more on an annual basis.
