QUALITY ASSURANCE UPDATE Registered Nurse, 1 audit observer. The decision to have a remote audit was found necessary due the COVID restrictions which were introduced two days before the audit was due to commence. Necessary docu- ments were uploaded to a Dropbox file sharing account to allow the auditors to do assess our evidence. Staff and participants (with consent) were interviewed via Zoom links about their experiences with Bethany. We would like to thanks all staff, participants and families who agreed to be interviewed in this process. Your help was WELL DONE — WE PASSED! in valuable. In the exit interview the auditors shared there findings which were mostly positive.
