VISION Transcending Alliances for Graduate Sorors PRIMARY GOAL: Represent the interests of all graduate members (including Members At Large). Create various means of communication for graduate sorors (through email, group chats, snail mail, robocalls, etc.). Ensure that graduate sorors voices are heard. Provide updates of relevant information as appropriate. Approach my role as International Graduate Member - At-Large (IGMAL) as a member of the International Executive Board with the perspective of being a facilitator, liaison, conduit and pipeline between graduate sorors and the Board.

VISION CONT'D Transcending Alliances for Graduate Sorors Respond to the needs of the graduate sorors. Work to ensure adequate and effective communication with graduate sorors regarding a variety of events, programs, activities, etc. by utilizing the National Newsletter (ZNN) and other official national communication platforms approved by the IGB. Support and defend policies, procedures, positions, and programs adopted by the International Executive Board and the Boule body. During conferences and Executive Board meetings, I will be an avid listener and thoughtful contributor representing both the majority opinion of the graduate membership and my professional perspective. Connect Members At Large with states and regions so they are aware of activities, conferences, training, etc.

Organizational Awareness and Commitment: I have demonstrated this experience within Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated for 38 straight years. Strategic and Critical Thinking: I have demonstrated the ability to analyze complex concepts, develop creative solutions, and evaluate decisions to enable the organization to achieve long-term objectives. Leader of Change: I have demonstrated the ability to implement change. Diversity and Inclusion: I value diversity with a strong commitment to creating an inclusive environment within the organization. I am the right person to be the PIPELINE between the International Executive Board and ALL Graduate Sorors. I will transcend and rise above limitations, obstacles and will not tire in my efforts to ensure that your voices are heard, as I represent each of you on the International Executive Board.
