Its purpose is to locate, as far as reasonably practicable, the presence and extent of any suspect ACMs in the building. 2 PRE-REFURBISHMENT ASBESTOS SURVEY Replacing the old Type 3 survey. Prior to refurbishment work being carried out, a refurbishment and demolition survey must be completed. 3 PRE-DEMOLITION ASBESTOS SURVEY 4 This has replaced the old Type 3 survey. This can be avoided by being consistently proactive with your Health and Safety training accreditations. We will also work closely with you at an agreed frequency to understand if there have been any changes in your work environment that may require recertification. If the First Aid assessment highlights the need for qualified First Aiders, then this Level 3 qualification (Level 6 in Scotland) will provide you with suitable and adequately trained personnel.
