That’s why life at The Atrium is all about choice—from the floor plan you select, to how you personalize your new apartmenthome, to how you choose to spend your days and evenings when free of the time-consumingresponsibilities of maintaining a house. As a resident, you’ll have priority access to assisted living onsite at The Atrium Bay Pointeand to rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and memory care at our sister community, Becker Shoop, withregular transportation provided between the two campuses. Residents of The Atrium pay a 90% refundable entrance fee and a monthly fee for theirchoice of apartment homes which provides for these included services: Interior/exterior maintenance of apartment and community Lawn and landscape care, leaf and snow removal A heated underground parking space and storage unit Entrance security and emergency response Utilities except phone, Internet and cable TV Lifestyle activities and programs (see Amenities & Activities insert for details) Scheduled transportationHousekeeping is available for a nominal fee.DINING OPTIONSDelicious chef-prepared meals are available in The Dining Room, with restaurant-style tableservices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Bistro offers more casual fare from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.every day. Dining is a la carte for residents and guests. You can pay as you go or chargemeals to your account.ADDITIONAL SERVICESA number of concierge services are available, such as fax, copy and outgoing postal. Onsitebanking is available from area banks. WiFi Internet access is available in all common areas.For your convenience, we also offer a beauty salon/barber shop and a guest apartmentthat can be reserved for visiting family or friends.

Who manages the community?The Atrium is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit, faith-based organization, managed by a dedicatedand accomplished board of directors experienced in developing and managing Wisconsinretirement communities.Is residency contingent upon religious affiliation?No. All faiths and beliefs are welcome and respected. Non-denominational and Catholic services,along with Bible study and communion, are offered at The Atrium.What types of independent living residences are available?The Atrium offers one, two and three bedroom apartment homes, from 700 to 1,700 sq. ft.Each has an equipped kitchen, roomy closets, a patio or balcony, washer and dryer.What is the community’s financial model?A one-time entrance fee and monthly service fee vary by apartment size and 90% of the entrancefee is refundable to you or your estate. We ask that you purchase renter’s insurance.What are the community’s security features?Reception at our main entrance is staffed from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every day. During eveningand weekend hours, a building services staff member is onsite 24/7 and available to respondto any concerns. A registered nurse is also onsite or on call at all times.What input do residents have into what happens in their community?We value the input of everyone who calls The Atrium home. Residents are encouraged to respondto surveys about decisions that affect them. The Atrium Resident Association (ARA) also sharesideas and recommendations on behalf of all residents with our leadership team. You might like torun for office or join a committee. Bi-monthly ARA meetings are open to all to share their thoughtsand learn what’s new.What happens if I need more care?Our RN and Campus Director will determine if we can offer care in your apartment. You’ll alsohave priority access to The Atrium Bay Pointe for onsite assisted living and to Becker Shoop fora short or long term stay for rehabilitation, skilled nursing or memory care. Convenient scheduledtransportation is available between our two campuses.Is there a smoking policy?Yes, The Atrium is a smoke-free community.Be Our Guest.
