Welcome Accessing CQ4 CQ4 has 2 entrances – the front entrance on Tyndall Street and a rear entrance. To access the floors 2 security pass cards are required – one to gain access through the lobby and the second to enter Geldards offices. Please ensure you carry both security pass cards at all times to allow access throughout the floors. If you are not already in possession of both passes, please speak with First Impression. They will also be able to provide you with a lanyard. Please report lost or stolen cards immediately to First Impression. Lifts Geldards’ reception and client suite (meeting rooms) are on the 7th floor. Access to Geldards Offices Monday to Friday: The Geldards floors will be alarmed by our keyholders (Securitas) at 10pm each weekday evening. The keyholders will complete a sweep of the floors prior to setting the alarms. Please make every effort to leave the Geldards areas before 10pm so the alarm can be set. Ground floor security are on site 24/7 if you need security assistance in the evenings and normal building access controls remain in place. If you need access to the Geldards floors after 10pm please contact First Impression giving as much notice as possible so that alternative arrangements can be made. Weekend Access: The Geldards floors will be open from 7am to 7pm every Saturday and Sunday to allow for unplanned or emergency access to the office. The alarm will be set at 7pm. Please make every effort to leave the Geldards areas before 7pm. Ground floor security are on site 24/7 should you need security assistance over the weekend. Our normal building access controls remain in place. Please note you will need your ground floor access pass to open the front doors on the weekend.
