A Prelude To GratitudeDear Reader,I feel contented to pleasurably conclude one more academic year with ten issues of‘Pioneer’ that kept the members involved, additionally and devotedly busy. It has alwayssurprised me on how rapidly one more year passes by, of course with learning, unlearning,re-learning and all other emotions intact! In the issues of ‘Pioneer 2017-2018’ I have tried my best to cover all the reports received,on the events that we conducted or were a part of. To make this possible, we worked asa team, where every chosen member helped me meet the target to every possibleextent. As a very typical trait of a true ‘Bhavanite’, ‘Pioneer’ too has steadily grown over theyears and the growth, indisputably, is here to stay. I am sure it would get ‘fed’ with lotmore events and achievements in the years to come. In The Chapters Of Life, Years Will Pass And Days Would Fade But The memories That We Wish To Carry Would Never To Rest Be Laid No Matter What Highest Be Promised To Trade. No One Can Foresee What’s In Store For Me. With Some Good Hearts Around, What More Could I Ask Thee But To Give Me Stable Energy With Which I Always Pray To Be. I Await Yet Another Beautiful Year, Yet Another Set Of Responsibilities; Yet Another Year Of Learning, Yet Another Batch Of Lovely Children, Who Every Moment Convey The Message Silently That Our Life Becomes Complete By Their Presence Filled With Vibrant Luminance, Effervescence and Exuberance.23

I thank Dr. Mohideen Jeilani, for his sincere contribution to 'Parent Corner' in spiteof his busy schedule and priorities.I thank our Director, Principal and Vice Principal not only for their confidence inentrusting me with this responsibility but also for extending undisturbed liberty thatcontinued to help me explore the language and foster my passion for writing. I thank – - Mr. Shaiju for his time offered to ‘graphically’ and skillfully complete every issue of ‘Pioneer’, - Ms. Anisha and Mr. Amol (Dept. of ICT) for the prompt update of our website as and when an issue was approved for release - the team members of ‘Pioneer’ for helping me competently complete all the issues, this academic year too Team Pioneer takes this opportunity in wishing our students, and of course the strong team of teachers, of Grade X and XII the very best for their results. We wish you another eventful, colourful and fast-paced academic year! Thanking you once again, On behalf of Team Pioneer, Geetha Chandran Editor (2017-2018) 24
