QEHS Update TRAINING The COVID19 restrictions continue to have an impact on training. However, training providers are slowly returning to normal, albeit with reduced capacity. The extension of validity introduced by the government regarding Safe Pass cards has now ended. Therefore, we’re reminding all employees that they are personally responsible for booking their Safe Pass courses in a timely manner to ensure their cards don’t lapse. First Aid Responder training has not been afforded the same extension as Safe Pass training. We are addressing this by scheduling training in September. This will be provided at our premises in Premier. Priority will be given to existing cert holders whose qualifications have lapsed due to COVID19 restrictions. COVID19 We are still very much in the grip of the COVID19 Pandemic. The recent County- Specific lockdowns have demonstrated the importance of following control measures on an individual level at all times. The CIF recently updated their guidance for the construction sector. Version 4 is available for download HERE. All employees are reminded that non-compliance with COVID19 hazard control measures outlined in our RAMS and related training, may lead to site closures and adverse publicity for CJK. Please ensure that you adhere to COVID19 requirements at all times. We have invested in integrated PPE across all sites. This consists of a safety helmet with integrated visor, offering combined eye and head protection with the added advantage of providing a physical barrier to prevent the spread of aerosolised droplets. The integrated visors are mist proof, scratch proof and offer the same eye protection as safety glasses. Where social distancing cannot be maintained, a face covering should be worn in addition to the new integrated PPE. We would like to take the opportunity to thank all employees for their continued support of our daily COVID19 self-declaration health questionnaire. 5

QEHS Update SAFETY VIOLATIONS We continue to improve our compliance monitoring system as part of our real-time audit approach. The introduction of a Safety Violation Procedure has been introduced as a measure to improve safety across all sites. We use a ‘ladder up’ approach. Any individual in receipt of three violations will be removed from site and referred to HR. NEW POLICIES We have launched our new Quality Policy and have integrated our Health and Safety Policy with our Environmental Policy as part of our overall QEHS strategy. These new policies will be communicated across all sites by site management. PAPERLESS 21 Our Health & Safety Paperless 21 strategy is well underway. We appreciate your feedback and cooperation as paperless forms; training and documentation are being introduced. We aim to be 80% + paperless by January 2021. This will lead to a more streamlined approach to safety documentation compliance. It will also facilitate remote auditing of documentation. EVERYDAY SAFETY Managing Director Vincent Bruen has been accompanying QEHS Manager Fergus Foran on Site Safety Walks. This will continue on a weekly basis and you can expect to see all board members supporting safety walks as we continue to implement our Everyday Safety Strategy. Our Everyday Safety approach is simple. Before you start any work task, ask yourself: 1. Am I trained to do the job safely? 2. Is my work area safe? 3. Is my equipment safe? If the answer to any of these questions is NO, STOP and speak to your supervisor before you proceed. 6
