The aim of the competition is to design a modern, practical and functional mosque for the neighborhood of Baganbari, Malibagh. The main purpose of this competition is to get a more efficient and realistic design solution for the future mosque which will serve the expected population growth of the neighborhood in better way. This is the very first online based open architectural competition in Bangladesh.
The whole competition has been conducted through online where all the activities such as- competition announcement, registration, submission, jury sessions and prize giving ceremony were done virtually.
