OPERATING HOURS 09.00–22.00 For your Comfort & Safety Valuables Do not keep loose valuables in your room. We suggest that you use the safe deposit that is available in your room. Do not leave valuables inside parked vehicles. The hotel accepts no responsibility for any items of value left in the bedrooms. Items locked in the safety box are insured to a maximum value up to 1.500 €. Any items exceeding this value should be placed in the hotel safe at the reception at no extra charge. Lifts In the event of elevator failure, please do not panic. Press the alarm button and inform the Reception Desk through the telephone within the lift. For safety reasons, we recommend that children under 12 years old are always accompanied by adults when using the elevators. In case of fire, please do not use the lift.

Safety We suggest you lock the door when in your room. If your magnetic room key is lost or stolen, report it to the front desk immediately. When leaving your room make sure door and windows are closed. Do not reveal the name of your hotel or room number to strangers. Never discuss plans for staying away from the hotel in front of strangers. Do not leave luggage unattended when checking out. Voltage 220 Volts throughout the hotel. There is a special electric shaver outlet in your bathroom, 110/120 Volts. Useful Information A – Z Air-Conditioning You are kindly asked to close your balcony door when air conditioning is in operation. Airport - Airlines The airport of Rhodes is 16 km from the hotel. The Reception will be happy to provide assistance with information about reservations, cancellations, or changes of airline tickets. Banks Banks are open from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 - 14:00 and on Friday from 08:00 –13:30. Beach / Pool Equipment Deck chairs and umbrellas are offered free of charge at the pool and on the beach. You are kindly requested not to leave clothing or other personal items on the sun beds and umbrellas. Sun bed reservations with towels or other personal items are forbidden. Beach Towels

You will find blue beach towels at the kiosk on the beach. Please do not use your bathroom towels at the pool or on the beach. Blue Flag Enjoy our beach with the “Blue Flag”, guarantee for proper organization and environmental care. Every year 33 strict criteria must be complied, which have to do with the cleanliness of the sea and beach, its organization and the safety of its visitors. You are kindly asked to help us preserve our beach in good condition. Car Rental Car rental may be arranged through the Rent a Car office located within the hotel area, which the hotel strongly recommends for quality and safety. Check-out Time Please note that on departure day, rooms must be vacated by 11.00 hrs. Please make sure you have not forgotten any personal item before leaving your room and that you have returned your key to the Reception Desk. Attention! Extended check-out is subject to space availability and at extra charge. Please inform the Reception Desk, 2 days before departure, if you want to extend your check-out. Children Grecoland, fun and games for the children and peace of mind for the parents. Activities and competitions for children aged 3-12 years, supervised in the morning and the afternoon hours. Kids services also include swings, water slides, highchairs, children’s menus, children’s pool and babysitting (at extra charge). Children’s Meals Restaurant staff will be happy to assist with any special meal requirements for children and infants. Emergency Exit Signs We ask our guests to carefully read the Emergency Procedures displayed on the back of their guestroom door. In case of fire emergency, please use the stairs. Flowers If you wish to order flowers, please contact the Reception Desk to arrange for delivery. Foreign currency Hotel guests may exchange foreign currency at the Reception Desk. Internet You have the possibility to free wireless internet access in all public areas. In case of any problem you are kindly asked to contact the Reception Desk. Laundry / Dry Cleaning / Pressing Laundry bags and price list can be found in your room. Please fill in the laundry list, place your clothes in the bag provided and hand it to your chambermaid or inform the Reception at once. Regular service takes 48 hours. Pressing: 24 hours. Same day service: +50% surcharge. In this case, please contact Reception Desk as soon as possible. We regret there is no service on weekends or public holidays. Except for Seeing Eye Dogs, for safety and health reason, pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. Photographer / Painter The hotel cooperates with an external professional photographer and a professional painter. For more information please contact the Reception Desk. Pools The hotel provides three outside pools and one inside pool. The water slide is located next to the pool. Please read the instructions and comply with the hygiene and safety rules posted within the hotel’s premises. Post office Next to the Mini Market you will find the mailbox for your letter and post cards. Stamps can be purchased at the hotel’s Mini Market. Public Buses The bus stop is located near the hotel’s entrance. Reception will be happy to provide information about bus schedules and fares. Reservations can be made at the water sports centre located on the beach. All sports are subject to weather conditions.
