Main St., Malone, NY 12986 NY 12953 Our Terms: Standard lettering is included in the cost of the memorial and consists of surname, first name, and date of birth. Date of death engraving is only included if it is selected before the memorial is delivered. All other engravings are subject to additional costs. Foundations (if required by cemetery) will be billed to the buyer directly or will be completed by our company at an additional charge. The typical order to delivery time is about 12 weeks if the memorial is in stock. Weather plays an extensive part in our process and could delay the order past 12 weeks. No work is done in winter months therefore orders placed from August To April could take until May to June for delivery, again, if the memorial is in stock. The order is subject to any delay caused by strike, fire, or other conditions beyond our control. The memorial is as described exactly above. Layout of the memorial including centering of fonts or any desires for placement of certain objects or names should be exactly as above. Due to associated costs with engraving memorials, NO PROGRESS on the memorial will be made until balance is paid in full upfront. ANY changes not related to errors in spelling or dates after the memorial is prepped will be subject to further delay and an additional charge or $150.00 and must be paid before memorial is cut. Additionally once the memorial is prepped a non-refundable fee of $300.00 will be taken out of the deposit for labor and materials (only applicable if monument is cancelled before being cut.) The memorial is guaranteed by the seller against any defect of workmanship. This guarantee does not include memorials that are placed without foundations, foundations that are insufficient, or acts beyond our control (lawnmowers, vandalism, trees, etc.)
