Content Department's Core Values

1. Embrace an entrepreneurial spirit.Our company was built on the idea of filling an unmetmarket. In return, we have grown by leaps and bounds. It isour goal to continue capturing market share in our currentmarkets and gain footholds in new markets. In Content, thisis done by mastering the markets we break into and alwaysbeing on the lookout for other markets with great potential.

2. Possess a passion for excellence. We strive to provide an easy-to- read, informative, and accurate experience for all our customers. In everything we do, we balance the creation of exceptional written content with getting work done quickly.

3. Do the right thing. FIX THE PROBLEM We celebrate success and seeFIND / CREATE SOLUTIONS failure as an opportunity for growth. Mistakes will happen. OWN THE PROBLEM We own up to the errors we ACKOWLEDGE REALITY make and recognize that we are responsible for our own WAIT AND HOPE happiness and success. This could be with coworkers, our current processes, items and projects we are working on, or within company culture. We don’t stop at saying something; we come up with solutions as well.
