The Source of Life Main Villa Entrance A calligraphy sculpture rich in symbolism that refers to the very roots of the family: mother and father The letters of the words ‫ أﺑﻲ و أﻣﻲ‬that form this sculpture have been informed by the spectacle of water streams as springing towards the sky from the water fountain pedestal supporting it, just like the family sprang from the union of the Mother and the Father. The Quest for Truth Main Villa Entrance A complex calligraphy artifact inspired by the quest for truth. The verse: ‫ﻟﯾس ﻣن ﯾﺻﻐﻲ ﻟﻠﺣق ﺑﺄﺻﻐر ﻣﻣن ﯾﻧطق ﺑﺎﻟﺣق‬ has been conceptualized in a semi-circular shape suggesting inward reflection, while leading to the center of the fountain, symbolically regarded as source of life and knowledge. Love Chairman’s Villa Entrance From the planning phase, the mansion has been meant to become the place where the family comes together, unwinds and reconnects, strengthening the bonds and passing the family spirit to the younger generations. The Arabic word for Love: ‫ اﻟﻣﺣﺑﺔ‬has been translated into a calligraphy sculpture that reaffirms the strength of the family bonds. Fortune Main Villa Entrance The Cube explores calligraphy art when applied to shapes and volume. The sizes of the pedestal have been considered when creating this sculpture achieved through a lace of three layers of layers of carved calligraphy on each side, bearing the verse: ‫ﯾﺎ ﻣﻘﻠب اﻟﻘﻠوب واﻷﺑﺻﺎر وﯾﺎ ﻣدﺑر اﻟﻠﯾل واﻟﻧﮭﺎر وﯾﺎ ﻣﺣ ِّول اﻟﺣول واﻷﺣوال ﺣ ِّول‬ ‫ﺣﺎﻟﻧﺎ اﻟﻰ أﺣﺳن ﺣﺎل‬ (O Transformer of hearts and eyes, O Controller of night and day, O Transformer of years and conditions, transform our condition to the best state.)
