OUR SPRING SUGGESTIONS! Lime & White Chocolate Cheesecake With Raspberries Ingredients: 10 or 12 digestive biscuits 1 tbsp butter, softened 200 gr soft cheese 100 ml cream 80 gr icing sugar 2 limes For the frosting: 100 gr white chocolate chips 8 tbsp cream Fresh raspberries Grind the biscuits in a food processor. Pour them in a bowl remove the cake from oven and allow it to cool almost and add the butter, kneading and mixing everything very well, completely, before carefully remove it from the tin. until it has a wet sandy consistency.
