You can use one pair while playing matches and one during your training sessions. There's no harm in using a single pair for both of the occasions but such regular use will make them wear out quickly as they'll also lose their efficiency. If you are tight on budget, you can use a slightly low-standard pair of gloves for training. 2. AVOID WASHING THE GLOVES QUITE OFTEN To make your gloves long-lasting, it is suggested that you must not wash them after every use. Frequent washing of the gloves will affect their material. The best time to wash your gloves is when the palm is stained to an extent that you're not able to use them effectively. You must wash your gloves by rubbing gently and always use lukewarm water to clean the dirt. Also, to wash them thoroughly, you can use specific glove soap. 3. NEVER PUT THEM IN WASHING MACHINES There's no doubt that your gloves need to be washed after every time they've been used. Regular washing of the gloves is very important as the dirt and sweat attached to them must be cleaned thoroughly. Hence, when your gloves get very wet due to a lot of sweating or after wash, make sure you let them dry completely. It is suggested that you must not leave them in direct sunlight or use a hairdryer to make them dry.
