Dearest Colleagues,January 1st 2019, we are opening a new book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves.The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year's Day.One resolution we have to take and try always to keep is to rise above the little things. To accomplish great thingswe must first dream, then visualize, then plan... believe... act! It’s considered that, Vision without action is merelya dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world. Here we are facing aNew Year – Anno Domini 2019!!!I appreciate all of your efforts during the year 2018 to keep the motivational level of staffs high, with variousengagement activities.It is time for us to stand and cheer for the doer, the achiever, the one who recognized the challenge and achievedtheir targets. Branches who could not achieve the targets may find reasons for missing the target, but at the endof the year we missed it and now the challenge is to see that in the coming year how well we perform. Tosucceed in business it is necessary to make others see things as you see them. My great concern is not whetheryou have failed to achieve the targets, but whether you are content with the failure. Let’s remember that it’s howyou deal with failure that determines how you achieve success.2018 Kuwait successfully launched a new country office and came out of all the old baggage’s they carried, withnew set of branches and new set of people, now no looking back and being a high potential market hugeexpectations from the management to compensate on all the revenue dips made in the region.

My vision is to see Kuwait as a number one revenue contributor to our group by 2020. Dear Colleagues,Wish you all very Happy and Prosperous New year!!!2019As New Year is approached with new beginning of new ventures and projects, I want to take this as anopportunity to extend my heartfelt greetings for the season and appreciate you all for youraccomplishments and achievements for 2018.While there is much work to do and there may be further challenges ahead, we end 2018 stronger andbetter able to serve customers. During the year, we saw our hard work result in the achievement ofseveral important milestones to position Unimoni for the future.But first, a quick look back. Year 2018 can be summarized in a few words: In face of significantchallenges, we made significant growth in retail remittance business with 18%. I thank you all for yourcontinued commitment and all that you do to deliver on our purpose. As we started with 3 branches andBND under operations, we close 2018 with opening 6 new branches and end up with 9 branchesincluding one new Wholesale Hub. We are also happy to say that even we have increased our staffstrength from 18 – 60 in Retail Operations.In 2019 we have planned to open 5 more new branches and projecting a count of 632K in the field ofremittance in retail sector and revenue of 558K.Much of the credit for Unimoni Kuwait success is due to you, our dedicated employees. Based on the Segmentation, goal pan will be set for Targeting the customers with the adequate service/products which will result us more Revenue & market share. Promotions (Internal/External/Branch specific/corridor specific/product specific) will be based on the customer behavior considering usage, preference & attitude. Activities planned for product/brand communication will be given more importance based on each branch surrounding customer behavior. Ratio of Cost to income for each branch will be evaluated based on the amount spend for Activities/Media points with the new additions along with the retention rates. To be more productive & result oriented, competitive intensity will be evaluated to set the goal plan by understanding the constrains which we have, barriers to be cracked for our growth, bargaining power of the market through the competitor activities, relationship of the competitors in the market, no. of competitors, factors which differentiate each competitor in the market. Month wise & year wise achievements will be defined along with the product formulation request. The allocated budget will be utilized effectively & reviewed to ensure each fils spend is been converted to business. Bifurcation of the allocated budget will be submitted on QTR basis, mentioning each heads & will be utilized after the approval from the management.
