MANAGER PERFORMANCE AGREEMENTStep 1:Open the Peformax Roadmap Link:http://peformax5.pmaxonline.com/PerformanceRoadmap.htmlLog in with the manager’s unique username and password. Step 3:Select the Filter criteria:Step 4:Select “My Team KRAs” Select “Complete Here” to review and sign off the new Business Objectives set by theemployee Rev 1.0 July 2018___________________________________________________________© Braxton 2018

Step 5:After selecting the Individual for whom you would like to sign the Performance Agreement,Select “Next”.Step 6:Employee Performance Agreement to be signed off by Manager. To approve the new Objectives click on “Confirm” below.Performance Agreement completed by both parties will yield the following results: Rev 1.0 July 2018___________________________________________________________© Braxton 2018

Step 4:Select “Complete Here” for the Manager to complete reviews of the selected Employee.Step 5:Follow below instructions:To complete the Employee’s Review, provide narrative on the employee’s actualachievement and a score for each of their Objectives. Attach any relevant evidence andprovide comments per Objective.To approve the Objectives and actual achievements of Employee click on “Confirm” below.Performance Review completed by both parties will yield the following results: Rev 1.0 July 2018___________________________________________________________© Braxton 2018
