THE BLESSING OF KINSHIP

THE BLESSING OF KINSHIP There is far more for the sons of God (on earth) than they have yet to dream. Begin Your Christianity Upgrade with 15 minutes of reading

INITIATE YOUR BLESSING of kinship by a simple change in how you perceive Jesus as Saviour, and a bold proactive pathway into the future will comes to life! . Son of Man . Jesus is most often known as the Son of God. He is indeed the only begotten son of the Creator of the world who was sent as a perfect sacrifice for our redemption. Yet, there is another title for Jesus that is recorded 100 times in the Gospels. . In Matthew16:13 Jesus claimed this title on himself when He asked, “Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?” The repetition of “Son of Man” thorough out the books of the Gospels clearly emphasizes its importance. . Dual Role of Savior . The Son of Man and the Son of God are the dual roles of the Saviour, and both are critically important to Jesus’ mission on earth. For two thousands years Believers have celebrated the Son of God as our redeemer from sin with an eternal reward in heaven (but not left here just to suffer). . Satan had obscured our vision of the “Son of Man” for his own self interest. Once our redemption is secured by faith, our enemy changes tactics and works to keep us from exploring our kinship with Jesus, as the Son of Man - to keep us ignorant of the awesome blessing therein. . The Son of Man, emptied of all divine power, carefully demon- strated to His followers what man aligned with the purpose of God could do. He taught first His Disciples, and later scribes were inspired by the Holy Spirit to make a record from which future generations would learn. Thus, emulating the Son of Man is second in importance only to securing salvation. .

John 14:12 . “...he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do…” is troublesome to the natural mind. We read the miracles of Jesus healing the sick, turning water into wine, and even raising the dead. When we think of ourselves doing such things, naturally doubt and unbelief are likely to overwhelm us. This is because we think of Jesus doing these miracles by divine status and power, while we are but mere mortals. Jesus’ works were examples of what is possible for Believers, demonstrating what we can do, if we align ourselves correctly as sons of God. . “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.” The Holy Spirit . Jesus’ operated with a source of truth and power, the Holy Spirit, and demonstrated how the sons of God could do the same. The simple explanation: Jesus saw/heard the Father’s will: “Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner” - John 5:19. Jesus emulated the Father as we are to model oneself after Him. . The transmission of knowledge of God’s will is revealed in the final teaching by Jesus before facing His death (14th - 17th Chapters John). Specifically: “However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak;

and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore, I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you.” John 16:13-15 Communion . We are challenged to go beyond our religious structure to share in the freedom and depth of Jesus’ communion. Whereby we too can have an intimate partnership with the Father and the Holy Spirit. We come alive to this potential by a lifestyle of spontaneous obedience (evidence of our friendship and affection for the mission of Christ). Wherein, we welcome, and participate with the outpouring the Holy Spirit for He is the source of power and truth and specific gifts of the Spirit. Notwithstanding, the miracle working capabilities, characteristic love and so on that were Jesus,’ are available to sons of God and are limited only by the extent of our kinship to Him. As noted in the 8th Chapter of Romans, as many as are led by the Spirit of God, are made sons of God by the Spirit of adoption. . Heritage of the sons of God . Obviously, there are extraordinary benefits to an embedded kinship with Jesus. It is somewhat like having a big brother looking after you but much more. In Hebrews the Scripture says that he will never leave or forsake us, and that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. . Unfortunately, many Christians are not aware of their heritages through kindship to Jesus, nor have knowledge of how we are kin. The 8th Chapter of Romans reveals the our path to sonship is through the Spirit. .

“For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “ Abba, Father.” The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs— heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together” Romans 8:15-17 In Biblical times, wise men thought it was evil to adopt children only to make them servants. So, it became law that an adopted child would be given written rights equal to the first born. Traditionally, the first born became the head of all that the father had. Here is the key insight to the kinship connection: As Jesus is God’s first born, we are His (adopted) brothers in Christ, therefore by the same Spirit with access to the Father, which opens limitless opportunities. . Benefits of Kinship . Therefore, by adoption the children of God are heirs. We are joint heirs with Christ’s mission. We may have the same access/ favor with the Father and Holy Spirit as Jesus, who is literally our spiritual Brother! Then, as we take our place in the destiny that God designed, the Holy Spirit make intercession for us according to the will of God. Now it is fulfilled, all things can work together to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose – thus, conforming to the image of Christ (the mission personified by Jesus). . After reading this essay for the first time, immediately read it again, but this time read it out loud, opening your spirit to the message - not just the conscious mind! In only 15 minutes one may experience the introductory impact, but continual study

can shape our destiny. The revelation of kinship whets the appetite to “emulate the Son of Man,” leading into deep repentance and onto our place in the Kingdom on earth. Where there is more for the sons of God. Scripture is full of mysteries and nuances that are to be discovered by the diligent. Distinctions between soul and spirit, kingdom of heaven or kingdom on earth, healing or miracle and so forth are some of the challenges that have their reward. Foremost, there is great difference in the reward of eternal life in heaven and the inheritance that’s available now on earth. Herein is the starting point for the latter in upgrading Christianity. For now in response to the desperate aggression of evil in the world and the prayers for overcoming, the Father sends a message from the Throne Room of Heaven to prepare for the Kingdom to come and His will to be done on earth: Discover the kinship and emulate the ways of the the Son of Man! (learn and model oneself) Why I shout GLORY! . The struggles of health, finance and relationships in our lives today are insignificant when compared with the GLORY that God has prepared for us in His Kingdom on earth. Let us rejoice and focus upon fulfilling the opportunity that He has placed in our time. For all the resources of the earth (creation) eagerly and earnestly wait in expectation for the sons of God to take their place in the field.\" .
