3 MEET THE TEAM Alison Habermehl - Owner/Principal Designer Alison Habermehl is the founder of Habermehl Design Group, a multi-disciplinary design firm located in the heart of Canada’s Technology triangle, Waterloo. Mentored by industry icon Vicente Wolf, Alison has spent the last two decades cultivating a strong portfolio including principal residences in exclusive communities within the Golden Horseshoe and across the Globe. Alison’s aesthetic is an unmistakable fusion of modern & sensual, anchored by strong, architecture. Christiane Roy - Senior Designer Christiane is a talented Designer who brings to the team over 10 years of international Interior Design experience working as an Architect with her own firm in Brazil, before deciding to begin a new chapter in Canada. Caitlin Jacobs - Project Manager/Designer Caitlin has a Bachelor of Design degree from OCAD University, where she studied Interior Design and Architecture. Before joining the HDG team, she worked as an independent Designer, and has experience with residential design and custom furnishings. Sharon Jim - Studio Assistant Sharon joined HDG to provide administrative support for our team and bustling design studio. Drawing from her years working with executives, as both an administrative assistant and a corporate concierge, Sharon does whatever it takes to make the studio run smoothly.

Our goal is to design a custom living space that speaks to your lifestyle and values. We design and execute aspirational interiors from the space planning phase to the final styling.

17 PUBLICATIONS Alison Habermehl has had her work featured nationally in print, on TV, and online, and has had homes featured and published in several notable magazines, including Style at Home, Canadian Living and Grand Magazine, among others. In 2017 Alison was one of four Designers selected across Canada and the U.S. to design a bathroom for DXV inspired by their contemporary line of luxury bathroom fixtures, as part of their annual ad campaign. Alison’s DXV bathroom has been featured in many publications including Elle Decor, Architectural Digest, Vanity Fair, and House Beautiful.
