When your glancing in my corner of eyes. Suddenly, spark of love cries. You are my present and future. That all died in my past desire. When you fears depart. I surrender my heart. O Peace! For your Realm to Sparkle O, peace! Where have you gone to? Steadfast to prevail and conquer, The ever virulent corona that exist. All lambs are bleating high, Some are already gone apart. We are holding up in trust For you to show up and guard. Tears are moving like the Nile, Maybe 'cause we lacked in dignity Or our disparity in actual live action, That ever made you to leave. No more peace to see anymore, It appears to be bleak all over, In your absence all got fagged. Come in fairness to embrace all, We implore you in veraciousness, Our spells are echt from the heart. Come to conquer the mortal corona And restore the peace that we had 170
international poetry antology Of euphoria and gaiety always close by. Our promise of regard to cultivate forever, To each other in quality and equality, In your realm to sparkle in haziness, Like the moon, so unadulterated and superb. Let the Devil be in Devil's Shape Satan has arrived, unique makeup, it owns, In every household and in every country. We are to melt our heart as fast as candles And to see our shelters floating like an ark, The revenge, so tactical and gradatory to take. The regard, high in simplicity to declare, By us being reliant, chartless to reality behind, Not in the flesh like to Cain, through Enoch, But had come in different sorts at once for all Pledged to fulfill the promise made to God. The devil, smart as a whip seemed in human To use them as a golem to wipe away forever And to make eviternal waste; a pliant nature, That don't crumble to dismantle it abruptly For its awaiting might to usurp God's earth. 171
midnight in the garden of peace Poles weep with rage owing to dim hopes, By an inch to climb down, too weak to stand And the warmth of mingy air harsh to rub it Under the fiery sun, an ark to float roughly Due to men in devil's mind to ruin and vanish. Let the devil be in devil's shape, always feeble, Ne'er to win, but God's plan to shine for all, With the united hands to create new Eden To relish the gifted nature and to let it glisten So that the snow persist, air to stay fresh. Syllabus of Ants In the colony, I see ants so integrated in lives, Sociable by nature, in communities underground. Like sheep, they're steered by their shepherd For mucho eggs to lay and to build the nation Like a train to march and to entrepot eatage Not for their kind alone, but for other livestock too For vitality to come and hold the ecosystem In the colony to subsist and to take in respect Through global mind to shine through equality Compassion, being their mission of unity. The syllabus uniquely patterned for livelihood, Free of ego, envy, jealousy, racism and hatred 172
international poetry antology For the communal desire hides in every brain, Peace being their common goal, free of conflicts. Alas! What I see loosely of my kind are unkind With the scattered syllabus; no more on clasp. We call ourselves human of superior ability, But our abilities, matchless to the tiny's home In any account to count filled with inequalities. I beg you, oh human, better pray to your idol, To solace you to get hold of their forms and visit, And to incur their education, not what we practiced Back again for a newer syllabus to design For a better world to build, more adept than theirs Or else, they shall spit on us for our deeds. The One and Only The one and only; those mentally vacillant; enervated in the verdict to chase their life, fancy impuissance in others no other things that are decent 'Cause when he sees others doing well. The rusty dust gets in his optics and shouts at the tip of the high hills. Withal, he persists the black sheep, 173
midnight in the garden of peace be distinguished in their eyes among those people who're wise and industrious. Have such people continue with their will to cut into the hole, deep enough until the hell with their typical mind that suits their deeds not to be fitted anywhere among anyone. Solidarity of Minds Peace isn't far if credence becomes alive, Like the bond that show up in the rainbow high slants. The world, so deplorable in its affection in contrasts, Of shades of various cultures to exhibit its worth. Ay man! Wake up, raise your brain before the nightfall, With the light confined by, to break all lacks, of concern, Of convictions and social orders that exist to parcel all, Away from God, for shrillness to welcome. Such flawed gauges, to benefit man, capacity to come, To immingle among all reasons, all living in the double, Away from uneducated traditions, so unrealistic real For heftier bonds to fix, yet for a better future. The cross in confidence, ties those dissimilar to mend, Wake up man, joyfully after, for better stroll towards ages. 174

midnight in the garden of peace A sudden storm She came unexpectedly, like a sudden storm and conquered the world with great speed. At first we thought she was made up, then she wouldn’t come to us. And she arrived like a tornado destroying everything in front of her. She doesn't care about name, nation, or religion. She doesn't choose who to mow. In this war, she is on one side and the whole world on the other. It isn’t easy to fight an invisible and unknown enemy. She kills in a row, forbids hugging and socializing. The world is united in this unequal struggle. There are many heroes, but also too many victims. Prayers are heard in all the languages of the world, 176
international poetry antology for all the victims, for all the brave saviors. And now, after a year of pain and fear, we hope the end of the pandemic is near. When one day all this becomes a thing of the past, will the lesson be learned? Will we remember how important touch is, how important a hug is, how we are all equal in death and that we should be equal in life as well? Golden flok I swim on my back and sing an old song: \"Is it nice, is it nice, ... my seagull.\" Above me, a flock of tame pigeons flies over the lake in regular formations. I notice that not everyone is white. Pigeons of different colours fly together. The sun is in the west and is very hot, its rays illuminate the flock and the colours of the birds change as the angle changes. 177
midnight in the garden of peace At one point they become all golden. A beautiful sight. Their golden wings flicker and resemble fireflies on a summer night. The sky is crystal clear, golden dots flicker above us and thought is born, there is enough sky and sun for everyone, and, under them, we are all equal and, as such, golden. A little more to last Nights and days, joys and sorrows, birth and death, gray and purple… Everything spins in a circle, goes and comes. We are scared, excited, tired, happy sometimes. But, no matter how hard is the ride, we don't want to get off that carousel. We want to be a part of it, 178
international poetry antology a little more, a little more ... And no one knows how much time he has left. And no matter how uncertain it is, we are surprised by the stop and we are unprepared for the end. We are thirsty for another drop, another moment, before we are covered in dust, before we are enveloped in silence, A little more, a little more, to last. Let's go to the light Ladies, gentlemen, indecisive! What's the problem? There are no difficult decisions. Decisions are easy. Do you know why? Because every time we already know the solution. 179
midnight in the garden of peace In the dark, nothing moves forward. We can always disappear. Let’s try to live on planet Earth. We need to fight for goodness in ourselves because we have to pass it on to others. Let's stop competing in search of fun in someone's defeat. Let's head for the light! Peace Let peace flow as fast as a mountain river, let it warm like the warm rays of the sun! Let peace resound like a song, let it grow like ivy along the walls! Let peace spread like air, let it spill like rain! Let peace fly high like an eagle, let it go fast like a train! 180
international poetry antology Let it spread like good news, let it fall out of all hands! We all need peace like a song, like water, like the sun, like air ... We need it fast, very fast, and it should last, and it should last! Peace in the world, peace with God, peace in the soul, peace for all! You don't need a lot Do you know how small you are when you prove your greatness to someone smaller than you? Do you know how weak you are when you show your strength over someone who is weaker than you? Do you know how cowardly you are when you show your courage by overcoming those who are more powerless than you? When you respond to a gentle word with a curse, when you respond to caressing with rudeness, when you respond to the love given by ignoring it, what do you expect? You’ll get fear in view, humility and retreat, a false image of power and strength. You’ll get everything, but don’t expect respect. 181
midnight in the garden of peace You need so little to be great, and strong and brave! A kind word and a gentle touch are never too much. Hope is all we need Day after day, year after year, the door opens for new things. We cling to the old and the familiar, while waiting to see what life brings. It’s hard for those who live in fear, when they are afraid of future mornings, who are afraid of change and, to them, every day is similar. It’s important to enter the new tomorrow with a smile and embrace the future as an adventure. Life passes at such a speed. To continue the race, hope is all we need. It’s a difficult path We see neither a sunny day nor blossoming valleys when our head is full of problems and worries. And in vain the sun that smiles and the distances that call, in our minds it’s always night and always fall. We carry our head with us wherever we go and our thoughts go with us, and our sorrow. It’s a difficult path and the struggle is unceasing, 182
international poetry antology but such is life, eternal battle and struggling, striving to break the darkness, striving to overcome loneliness. And the desire to light our way on a bright day, that there are no obstacles in our way. It’s hard, but the goal pushes us forward. There in the end, only in the end, are success and reward. There is magic There is something miraculously beautiful in the poet's mind, in how he lowers words into colorful pearls, magical pearls that understand other souls, cling to other hearts and ennoble them. There is a magical way in which poetry manages to touch those who love it. It’s a magic that cannot be explained by science, that the poetic soul understands when it’s by itself, in silence. There is also a miracle above all miracles: with one push of a button, the beads of verse begin to fly and fly around the planet. The world of poets 183
midnight in the garden of peace becomes a world without borders, and such a path is light for others. What a wonderful feeling! A poet sends away his precious pearls, knowing that hundreds of hearts, all over the world, will open to embrace them. Then loneliness is no longer loneliness, then sadness is no longer sadness, wounds don’t hurt so much, because the touch of poetry is the healing touch. The flow of words I keep the words in my bosom to ripen, to each be crystal clear, clear as a clear sky, then, when their time comes, to be ready and come out of me in perfect order. I choose words like you choose roses for a bouquet of love, to be fresh and fragrant, so that when they flow, 184
international poetry antology they flow like fresh spring water that you drink. You drink and you never have enough. I look for words to lower them into pearls. Sometimes it's easy and sometimes they run away from me, and I have to catch them. Words are like a fertile garden full of flowers and fruits. Sometimes there are weeds in that garden. They should be carefully picked and placed in a heart basket, cleansed of thorns and toxins. When it's so pure, the word heals and the wounded hearts drink it thirstily. When the right hour comes, my words will flow, harmonious as a rainbow, gentle as the whisper of leaves. Life takes and life gives, Love life but love lives in all of us. 185
midnight in the garden of peace And just when we think it disappears, in a new form it appears. It’s there in the spring day, in the scent of flowers, in the sunset and on the clear night sky when the stars wink at us. Love is in children's smiles and their games. We fall in love and want to burn in that flame. And when we are separated, love lives in our heart, in our memories. It’s in the smell of food, in the sound of the waves, in the yellowed photos, in old melodies. No one can kill love or replace its trace. Love is what we all need to embrace. 186

midnight in the garden of peace As everything will come to pass Even our engraved personas wouldn't last This situation is temporary and a solution will come When we least expect it, optimum results we welcome No matter how bad the situation is There is just one who will never miss as His omnipotence ends all anguish For inside the pit of lamentations we needn't languish God's mercy and grace is all we need To be totally emancipated from man's greed To trust Him with all our life As from His palm we reap our blessings so rife. Genuine kindness Life is never easy As it's a painful process Every day is a struggle Every moment is a step towards our graves. Every happening should be charged to experience Yet it's beyond our comprehension To know why some lay on a bed of roses While others lay on the mud We all live in a human society 192
international poetry antology Where the ideal existence is to be humane Worried lest I'd be starving, I'd give I'm guided by a conscience that breathes And feels the misery of my fellows It goes beyond material aid Having a listening ear, A tight embrace, A warm smile, A nice pat on the shoulder or my mere presence Can do wonders Can move mountains Simple gestures for my heart's simple treasures. Small acts of humanity Humanity is more than just being a philanthropist It is that trait of being humane in an inhuman society. As nomads of the modern world, We fail to realize that we live in excesses We have so much of everything we wanted At any moment Having a heart that shares to the needy, is humanity Being selfless in the midst of our personal predicaments, is humanity Feeding the hungry on the palm of your hand, is humanity Being a person for others, is humanity. 193
midnight in the garden of peace Selfless love The Living Saint As we regarded her Her heart and soul She relentlessly offered She served the poor, The sick and the dying. She opened the door For the blind, the aged, The disabled and lepers. She extended unconditional love To every being in the slums. Mother Theresa, truly you are A Goddess in disguise Your altruistic nature will never be forgotten. Measure of true success Adding titles to your name You thought would bring you fame Attaining degrees in school Wouldn't make you less of a fool The essence of true success Is purely on humanitarian causes A man is revered for good deeds Lauded for feeling every heart that bleeds 194
international poetry antology Humans are we as God made us To pity the hapless without a fuss A little act of compassion Is always a humane reaction We have a lifetime to amass wealth A heart to sustain anyone's health Lest we'd be hungry, let's give For we never know 'til when they'd live Cultivate in our core, the zest to share As what the word needs is our care Help wholeheartedly whenever, wherever Ditch selfish interest whatever the weather. 195

midnight in the garden of peace The ocean The rivers Where ever I am looking through my eyes I am looking nectar. We people are to receive the nectar from the beautiful earth to enjoy it. Nothing is in the world which is unsuitable for you. If you see in the good eyes everything you will look good for you and If you see in the bad eyes everything you will look bad. Nothing in the world is bad rather Everything is good and full of nectar Since the world is a paradise and We are it's inhabitants, We are so fortunate that you have born in the Womb of the heavenly mother and we will sing the song for the greatness of it 198
