Self Service Portal ● Students & staff who have not enrolled in the self-service password system MUST be able to access a district computer to change their password. ● To reset a password on a district computer, the user should login using current login and password. The user will be prompted to change their password. ● YOU can also use this from anywhere to reset your password!! ● Students & staff who have enrolled can change their password from any device (personal or district) by using the self-service password system.

clever.com/in/csisd In August, Clever will be the new go.csisd.org! Clever icons are already on your desktop. Clever_CSISD You will use Clever to login and then use the links within clever to get to other applications with the same sign on.

End of Year Technology Reminders Shannon Long send out information about how to shut down technology for the summer - PLEASE read and follow it! Passwords Passwords will reset over the summer on the normal schedule. It is advised that you change your password BEFORE you leave for the summer. Write it down so you’re not locked out in the Fall! Checked Out Technology ALL iPads must be turned in. Other items check out from the library can be locked up/stored and renewed when you check out with the library. If you do not have a place to secure these items, please turn them in to the library.

Have you heard? Eduhero is being replaced with Hoonuit in the 2019-2020 school year! They have TONS of individualized trainings you can do on your own time! Click the graphic to go to hoonuit.com and check it out!

Summer Training Hoonuit courses can be easily embedded into Schoology. Check out the “CSISD Professional Learning: All Staff” Course in Schoology for online required summer trainings.

Schoology Reminders JUNE 15th Current courses will be archived/will disappear! Save things to resources NOW so they will be easily accessible in the future. Building In Schoology Over the Summer Courses will not be active in TAC until late in the summer, which means they will not be active in Schoology. If you are working on your course materials over the summer, be sure to save them in resources so you can easily add them to your courses when they become active!

During the 2019-2020 School Year Continual updating and providing resources in courses for students (and parents) Maintaining a regular schedule to add updates and course materials to support students and parents.
