A family owned business since 1994, Churchill Specialist Contracting has grown from its humble beginnings in the Steeplejack industry to a multi skilled organisation able to offer a professional service for a wide range of clients in numerous disciplines. LRQA accreditation is held for ISO 9001, 45001 (OHSAS 18001) and 14001, together with an extensive SSIP portfolio including Construction Line Gold status. In addition, our workforce is directly employed and long serving. Huge investment year on year in training ensures formal health, safety, trade and technical qualifications are always current and are well represented throughout both the workforce and management team. Further investment in the Hilti On Track electronic platform for all plant maintenance, certification and calibration together with the whole of our workforce’s qualification certificates, means that any documentation needed on site at any time can be displayed on any smart phone. Our commitment to industry is demonstrated by continuous membership of our federation ATLAS, and our training group SLPTG, throughout Churchill’s lifetime. Representation on both Councils has seen us heavily involved in many industry initiatives including industry guidelines and training requirements. Welcome to Churchill. www.churchillsc.co.uk

Working at height creates its own risks which are managed with meticulous planning, training and supervision. Often exposed to high risk challenging working environments within the petro-chemical, nuclear and steelworks industries the need for thorough planning becomes a fundamental requirement to ensure projects are safely delivered in accordance with the Construction Design and Management Regulations. Our in-house team of NEBOSH and IOSH professionals become the focal point at pre-construction stage, assessing the risks and implementing control measures associated with a multitude of tasks often undertaken by our workforce which include: • Mobile cranes/lifting • Ground positioned and top mounted winches/lifting • Scaffolding • Welding CELEBRATING CELEBRATING 1994 2019 1994 2019 www.churchillsc.co.uk | 0844 5049998 YEARS YEARS

Churchill’s ongoing commitment to safety training and culture are second to none and have a proven track record providing the full range of services required for the inspection, testing and remedial repair of all types of concrete structures. Our expertise ensures the correct solution and specification are delivered every time. Our services and skills are often called upon by independent structural engineers in order to accurately assess concrete structures. Our skills in working at height enable us to provide access solutions from rope access through to the design and installation of bespoke temporary working platforms and suspended cradles. Our in-house expertise in working at height and rope access enables us to carry out structural surveys and repairs avoiding costly and time consuming traditional scaffolding solutions. In every instance all loose and dangerous material is removed from the structure. All defects are then quantified and qualified in the form of a detailed report highlighting the structures condition at the time of survey. Following the initial assessment stage, a bespoke remedial repair solution is provided based on the desired design life of the structure and client specification.
