      Web Development Proposal for Fort Langley Wellness Clinic Attn: Ellie Bolgar September 17, 2015  Hi Ellie,  Thanks for taking the time to meet other day. I appreciate the opportunity to quote on your new website. The following provides an overview of what was discuused. If we have left anything out, let me know, and we can revise it.  The Goal  Based on our recent conversation, we understand the initial goals to be to..  ● start with a simple one pages site  ● as you bring on more services, we will add mores pages    The Project    Here is how our process works     ● Review & prepare content (images, text, etc.)  ● Gather and organize all assets  ● Discuss design requirements (colors, imagery)  ● Get final approval on site design  ● Integrate c​lient supplied​ content (text & images) into pages   ● Installation, Setup & Integration of Design into Wordpress  ● Insure site displays well on recent mobile device (Android and IOS)   ● Full testing of new site on all “relevant” browsers  ● WordPress Training (1 hour) additional training available  ● Testing & Troubleshooting  Important Note:​ All copy will be provided by client unless you have hired Fuze to write it.  Fuze  provides formatting & styling. All copy needs to be provided in a digital format with proper grammar and spelling. We  

 will do our best to spot errors, but it is not our responsibility to edit or fix copy provided by client. If copy comes unprepared, we may need to charge for our time to fix.  All copy should be provided in a finished form for each page. We will allow two revisions to copy, afterwords we may need to charge for further edits.  ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­    Client wants… need to decide on what level  BASIC hosting: $20/month   ● includes occasional support / consultation (change phone number, add email, etc)  ● Includes site monitoring, ftp accounts and server level email support  ● Wordpress & plugin updates are not included  MANAGED hosting $30/month   ● Includes same features as Basic, plus...  ● We will keep site updated and  backed up.(​minimizes risk of site breaking or being  hacked)  ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­   Fees & Billing Prices are quoted in Canadian funds and are valid for a period of 60 days. Applicable taxes are extra. Fees for Fuze Media are due and payable on the following schedule:  50% ​deposit  to start, an additional 3​0%​ after 30 days and the f​inal 20% i​s due upon ​s​ite going live.​ ​ In the event of project cancellation, fees incurred to date will be billed and due for payment. Overdue accounts will be subject to interest charges.  Client Deliverables All client­supplied website content will be provided to Fuze. Services in web­compatible digital format unless otherwise agreed upon.  Ownership All intellectual property used and creating the website including, without limitation, all design, trademarks, trade names, logos, copyright material and content (excluding any such material identifying Fuze) will remain the property of C​lient    

 Content Disclaimer Fuze is not responsible for any legal issues regarding the trademarks, trade names, copyright material or liability of the website content.   SEO Disclaimer Fuze provides basic on page search engine optimization for all the websites we work on. Although we follow best practices for site optimization, we make no guarantees on how high your site will rank. If this is a priority for your business further discussion is required..  Warranty Fuze will warranty all work and programmed code for a period of 60 days after project completion/site launch.   Hosting  Once your new hosting takes effect please be aware that while future site updates and security breaches will be minimized as we follow best practices, there may be occasions when your site breaks. These breaks usually occur as a result of hacker activity, client error or the inevitability of Wordpress plugin compatibility issues. In these cases we will need to charge hourly to bring your site back to full health.  We offer managed hosting services. This means we do our best to choose a hosting company that is secure and stable. But, if a site goes down because of the hosting company having technical difficulties, this is beyond our control. We will do our best to get your site back up and running as soon as possible.   Delivery of Project The estimated time to complete this project is​ 3­4 weeks.​ Any delay in the completion of the project due to actions or negligence of client, unforeseen illness, or external forces beyond the control of the designer, shall entitle the designer to extend the completion/delivery date, upon notifying the client, by the time equivalent to the period of such delay.  Project Cost and Working Agreement The costs and expenses cited in the proposal are our best estimate given the information provided.If additional information is forthcoming, and/or the project specifications or scope changes, cost and expense estimates may require adjustment.  Revisions & Alterations
