This Year, International Service Avenue Has Performed Beyond Measure. 18 Outgoing IDYE's, 15 Incoming IDYE's, Is A Record In Itself. We Had Pledged At The Beginning Of The Year Itself That We Will Take IDYE's To Every Nook And Corner Of The District And We Have Delivered The Exact Same. Zones That Had Never Hosted Or Gone Out For An Idye Got An Opportunity This Year And They Excelled At It Like No Other. Though Every Idye Is Worth A Mention But I Would Like To Mention One By RAC Bhatkal And Other By RAC Haveri. These 2 Clubs Hosted Idye For The 1st Time And Toped Their Game By Hosting Multiple Districts At A Single Time. A District That Is So Vibrant And Rich In History And Heritage Deserved To Be Showcased In The Best Way Possible And I Believe We Have Done Justice In Giving International Avenue Exposure To Even The Remotest Parts Of The District. Apart From That 3 Twin Club Agreements, Magazines Like Mapping 3170, Gateway To International Service, Project Epistle 3170 Have Ensured That Our Network And Bonds Grow And International Avenue Thrives In The District. Another Landmark For The Year Was A Multi District Isa Conference 'RAJASUYA' Hosted By RAC Vasco-Da-Gama. 2 Days Filled Of Friendship, Fellowship, Networking, Bonding And Learning Which Turned Out To Be A Cherry On The Cake For The Year. All These Achievements Would Not Have Been Possible Without The Hard And Tireless Efforts Of District ISD Rtr. ABOUT DESTINATION INTER DISTRICT YOUTH EXCHANGE (IDYE) PROGRAM The Destination Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program Is A New Initiative Introduced In Our Rotary International District 3170 To Enhance And Diversify The Inter District Youth DEInYiPxstocrte(horuIriDagtchrntYagEme) Exchange (IDYE) Experience. For Several Years, We Have Been Participating In Inter District Youth Exchange Programs By Receiving Invitations From Other Rotary International District And Reciprocating The Visits. However, Due To The Limited Number Of Exchanges, The Opportunities For Such Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Programs Were Somewhat Restricted. To Address This, We Have Decided To Implement The Destination Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program This Rotary International Year. Under This Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program, The Clubs Of District Have The Freedom To Choose Their Desired Destination And Schedule For The Program. This Unique Approach Allows Our Members To Explore Their Personal Bucket Lists And Experience New Places While Engaging In Meaningful Youth Exchange Activities. For Instance, One Of Our Clubs Expressed Their Interest In Celebrating India's Independence Day On The 15th Of August In Delhi. We Reached Out To The Rotary International District Hosting The Program And They Graciously Hosted Us During That Time. The Members Of Both Districts Had A Joyous And Fulfilling Experience, Contributing To A Successful Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program. 42

ABOUT DESTINATION INTER DISTRICT YOUTH EXCHANGE (IDYE) PROGRAM Similarly, Another Club From Our Rotary International District 3170 Approached Us With A Specific Request To Host An Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program In Their Town During The Dates Of The Kokani Fair, A Significant Local Event. They Wanted To Showcase This Cultural Fair To Members From Another Rotary International District. We Extended Invitations To A Rotary International District And They Eagerly Attended The Fair, Immersing Themselves In The Vibrant Traditions And Festivities. The Hosting Club Ensured A Seamless And Enjoyable Experience For The Visiting Members. The Introduction Of The Destination Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program Has Significantly Increased The Number Of Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Programs, Both Incoming And Outgoing. We Have Witnessed A Surge In Participation, Fostering Stronger Bonds And Cultural Exchanges Between Rotary International Districts. This Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program Has Opened Up International Service Avenues For Diverse Experiences, Such As The Nepal Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program And Numerous Others. By Empowering Clubs To Decide Their Destinations And Facilitating Meaningful Exchanges, The Destination Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program Has Proven To Be A Game-Changer. It Has Brought About A Positive Transformation In The Inter District Youth Exchange Landscape, Allowing Members To Broaden Their Horizons, Forge Lasting Connections, And Create Cherished Memories. 43

SOCAIL MEDIA PROMOTION OF DISTRICT INTERNATIONAL SERVICE AVENUE In Recent RI Years, We Have Been Promoting Our Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program Through A Single Poster On Social Media Platforms. This Poster Provided Basic Information About The Participants And The Destination Of The Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program. However, Starting This Year, We Have Taken Our Promotional Efforts To The Next Level By Incorporating Instagram Reel Videos And YouTube Shorts Into Our Promoting Strategy. Upon The Completion Of Each Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program, We Now Collect Short Videos Showcasing The Various Activities And Experiences Of The Participants. These Videos Are Then Compiled Into A Single Video That Serves As A Summary Or Overview Of The Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program. By Presenting The Program Through This Dynamic Visual Medium, We Aim To Capture The Attention And Interest Of Potential Participants. The Introduction Of Reel Videos In Our Promotional Efforts Has Proven To Be Highly Effective. We Have Observed That New Members Joining Rotaract Are Better Able To Grasp The Concept Of The Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program And Become Eager And Motivated To Participate In The Program. The Videos Provide A Tangible And Engaging Representation Of The Inter District Youth Exchange (IDYE) Program, Showcasing The Exciting Experiences And Opportunities That Await Them. For The First Time In Its History, The Rotary International District 3170 Successfully Completed 18 Outgoing Inter District Youth Exchange Program (IDYE) Programs, Providing 80 Rotaractors With The Extraordinary Opportunity To Immerse Themselves In New Cities, Cultures, Traditions, Foods, Friendships, And Knowledge. Additionally, The Rotary International District 3170 Welcomed 15 Incoming Inter District Youth Exchange Program (IDYE) Program, Allowing Members From Various Rotary International Districts To Explore The Unique Specialties Of Rotary International District 3170 Across Its Diverse Zones. 2) EXPANDING HORIZONS Furthermore, The District's International Service Avenue Experienced An Exceptional Year, Accomplishing A Multitude Of Projects That Showcased A Wide Variety Of Initiatives.
