A Message from our Principal R alston Valley Baseball Fans, I am looking forward to another exciting baseball season at RV! The Mustangs are always a contender in the Jeffco League. This year’s team may miss some senior talent of years past, but is fully stocked with strong leaders and excellent ball players to carry on the Ralston Valley tradition of highly competitive baseball. With the addition of our new Head Coach Brad Madden in the dugout, this season should be action packed and extremely fun to watch. It is very important that the Mustang faithful cheer on our baseball team and make as much noise as they can at our games this season. As fans, I encourage you to be loud and proud, to be fair and respectful to the opponents, and to show the Ralston Valley way of sportsmanship. As I often say, the RV community is very special and the athletic programs provide us with an opportunity to come together and to have a common bond. I look forward to an exceptional season of exciting play. Go Mustangs! Play ball! A Message from our Athletics Director H ello Mustang Baseball Fans! Welcome to the 18 season of Ralston Valley Mustang Baseball. This year th marks the debut of Coach Brad Madden, and we are pleased to bring his brand of winning and exciting baseball to the Mustang diamond. Coach Madden welcomed over seventy boys to tryouts this season, and through a comprehensive tryout process, assessed where each player fits in the program. The staff that Coach Madden has put together is awesome, with assistant coaches who have been involved with championship programs at both the high school and college levels! A big shout-out and thanks to the Mustang Baseball Association. This parent booster group actively supports the entire high school program through fundraising, advocacy, field maintenance, and various promo- tional events. It is encouraging to see the positive attitude of the MBA as this group seeks to make RV baseball the best it can be on the field and off. Finally, thanks in advance to the Mustang baseball players for representing Ralston Valley the right way! We look forward to many examples this spring of leadership, character, and sportsmanship!
