VOLUME 7 BENVENEWS \"News from Benvenue\" Special Food & Beverage Issue A Message from the General Manager Michele Benton, CCM When engaging in conversation, at the Club or in the community, the most frequently asked question is, \"How is the Club doing?\" After the last year of managing through a pandemic, I could not imagine the positive achievements of the Club as I reflect on our fiscal year. Thanks again for the support of our membership and staff during this time. Here is the challenge, MEMBERSHIP, specifically in our aging demographics and decline in our membership rolls (see chart on page two). This chart, along with pertinent membership information, will focus our communications every month in the newsletter and weekly via email to place RECRUITMENT in the front of Members' minds. It is essential to the Club’s future to survive and toShpore,ivtrahete.iCoqunurseresisnti4tol0yn,0its.h,ehoCwludbohawse3g7e8t tdhueesre-pcaruyiitnmgemnetmofbneersw. Tmheemidbeearlsleinvethl efoFrRaOmNinTimOFumYOUR MIND? As I have said on many occasions, \"Membership renewal is the critical element to the Club's success, and only our MEMBERS can drive it.\" We need your help. The Club is establishing a Membership Growth Task Force, a volunteer effort to be Sales Leaders of our Club. Through short commitments of 30 minutes (in-person or virtual), we will establish a Think Tank of ideas to share with our membership. If you are interested in being a part of our Membership Growth Task Force, I would love to hear from you. Thank you for your continued support of Benvenue Country Club. We appreciate your membership, and it is a pleasure to serve you. All the best, MGeicnheerlaelBMeanntaogne, Cr/CCMOO
