The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go. A child's reading skills are important to their success in school as they allow them to ac- cess the breadth of the curriculum and im- prove their communication and language skills. In addition, reading can be a fun and imaginative time for children, which opens doors to all kinds of new worlds for them. Reading plays adverse roles in their life. The Dunites were totally engrossed in reading e-books. They used various tools and fea- tures of digital readers to develop vocabu- lary, support comprehension, respond to text, improve fluency. It helped them to understand the world in a better way as they come across different perspectives which will help them in breaking their prej- udice and will help them in future to make better decisions and enhance their analyti- cal thinking

“Patience is power. Patience is not an ab- sence of action; rather it is “timing; it waits on the right time to act, for the right principles and in the right way.” ― Fulton J. Sheen Patience is necessary for success. It is said that “all good things come to those who wait” If we wish to achieve anything of sig- nificance, we cannot expect to achieve it overnight. Patience teaches us to value the effort and not just the success. It is a mistake to think that happiness can only be attained through certain achievements. . With the motive of educating and entertaining, an enthralling skit depicting the importance and signifi- cance of being patient was presented by the students of grade 4 C . The skit concluded with the message Patience in life can make them reach out for the stars. With patience one can avoid making hasty decisions. Life is not about living in the future or in the past. Life is about accepting the present moment.

Parents can provide emotional support to their child by keeping a few simple things in mind:  Be affectionate but don't make the child uncomfortable with over-attention. A hug in private just works fine.  Spend some light moments with your child. It could be sitting at the dinner table and sharing some jokes with the family.  Forget about an exam as soon as your child has appeared for it, ruminating over it is not going to help you or your child. Inculcate the same in your child.  Do one thing that gives you joy or happiness every day. Encourage the same in your child.  Do not set down rules for your child; let the child follow his or her routine while studying. Nevertheless, you can always assist your child in coming up with a routine.  Focus on the child's and your own nutrition.  Help your child with positive thoughts.  Keep the atmosphere at home stable and congenial.  Encourage discipline in your child. Guide him or her in maintaining a time ta- ble.  Remember to reinforce your child's confidence . One of the most important facts to reinforce your child is that the exam is not the end to everything. There are many things the child has to look forward to.

Year Of Tolerance THE GHAF TREE -AS A SYMBOL OF TOLERANCE Simple yet symbolically strong, the leaves of the evergreen Ghaf form the official logo for the UAE Year of Tolerance. The Ghaf is the UAE’s national tree, a true survivor in the face of fiery temperatures, searing winds and harsh desert conditions. Even during long, dry periods, the Ghaf spreads out its lush green canopy, generously providing shelter and shade for all. For thousands of years, people have gath- ered under Ghaf branches to discuss their views and debate daily matters. The tree is a symbol of tolerance and coexistence, long associated with the heritage and community approach of the country. Class photograph 25/09/19
