‫أخبار رئيسية‬ ‫بعد انقطاع لعامين بسبب كورونا‬ ‫مستشفى حمد يستقبل وف ًدا طب ًيا قطر ًيا لإجراء عمليات زراعة‬ ‫القوقعة لأطفال غزة‬ ‫وحسب البرتوكولات العالمية بما يضمن اعتماد‬ ‫استقبل مستشفى سمو الشيخ حمد للتأهيل‬ ‫الكادر الفلسطيني على نفسه كلًيا في إجراء هذه‬ ‫والأطراف الصناعية بغزة الممول من صندوق قطر‬ ‫للتنمية ‪ ،‬وفدًا طبيًا قطريًا تابعًا لمؤسسة حمد‬ ‫العمليات\"‪.‬‬ ‫الطبية ووزارة الصحة القطرية لإجراء عمليات زراعة‬ ‫وعن معايير اختيار الحالات التي ستخضع للعملية‪،‬‬ ‫القوقعة لـ ‪ 50‬طفًل ممن لديهم إعاقة سمعية‬ ‫وضح د‪ .‬خالد عبدالهادي \"يجب أن يكون الطفل‬ ‫بتمويل من الإدارة العامة للأوقاف بوزارة الأوقاف‬ ‫فاقدًا للسمع في كلتا الأذنين منذ الولادة أو بشكل‬ ‫مكتسب‪ ،‬وألا يتجاوز عمره ‪ 5‬سنوات‪ ،‬بالإضافة‬ ‫والشؤون الإسلامية في دولة قطر‪.‬‬ ‫لمعايير الذكاء والمعايير النفسية والتشريحية‪ ،‬كما‬ ‫ويضم الوفد فريقًا طبيًا شمل كلًا من الدكتور عبد‬ ‫يجب أن تكون أسرته قادرة على رعايته والاهتمام‬ ‫السلام القحطاني رئيس البرنامج القطري لزراعة‬ ‫القوقعة ورئيس قسم جراحة الأذن والانف والحنجرة‬ ‫به\"‪.‬‬ ‫بمؤسسة حمد الطبية ‪ ،‬والدكتور خالد عبد الهادي‬ ‫وأشار د‪ .‬خالد عبدالهادي إلى تكلفة العملية الواحدة‬ ‫رئيس قسم السمع والتوازن في مؤسسة حمد‬ ‫لنحو ‪ 32‬ألف دولار‪ ،‬ويتم استخدام أجهزة قوقعة‬ ‫الطبية‪ ،‬والدكتور علي السعدي‪ ،‬استشاري جراحة‬ ‫مصّنعة من قبل شركات كبرى ومعتمدة من منظمة‬ ‫‪2‬‬ ‫زراعة القوقعة‪.‬‬ ‫وصرح الدكتور خالد عبد الهادي‪ ،‬أن الزيارة تشمل‬ ‫إجراء عمليات زراعة قوقعة لـ ‪ 50‬طفلًا تم اختيارهم‬ ‫وتجهيزيهم خلال زيارة الوفد السابقة‪.،‬‬ ‫وبدأ الفريق الطبي إجراء عمليات زراعة القوقعة‬ ‫للأطفال المرشحين في مستشفى القدس التابع‬ ‫لجمعية الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني‪ ،‬وذلك بعد‬ ‫تلقي الأطفال المرشحين للزراعة التطعيم اللازم‬ ‫ضد فيروس كورونا‪.‬‬ ‫وقال د‪ .‬عبد الهادي \"أن الفريق الطبي القطري‬ ‫سيواصل خلال الزيارة تدريب الكادر الفلسطيني‬ ‫المحلي على اجراء عمليات الزراعة بشكل دقيق‬

‫أخبار رئيسية‬ ‫الدواء والغذاء الأمريكية ويتم تمويل العمليات من‬ ‫قبل الإدارة العامة للأوقاف بوزارة الأوقاف والشؤون‬ ‫الإسلامية القطرية‪.‬‬ ‫وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن نفس هذه العمليات كانت تجرى‬ ‫منذ م‪ 2017‬من خلال الوفد القطري بـعدد ‪ 180‬عملية‬ ‫زراعة قوقعة تكللت جميعها بالنجاح‪ ،‬لكن العمليات‬ ‫توقفت لعامين متتاليين بسبب انتشار جائحة كورونا‬ ‫وصعوبة وصول الوفد الطبي لقطاع غزة‪.‬‬ ‫وأكد الدكتور خالد على أن عمليات زراعة القوقعة‬ ‫تعتبر رحلة متكاملة‪ ،‬حيث أنها لا تقتصر فقط على‬ ‫العملية الجراحية بل تشمل التأهيل القبلي والتدريب‬ ‫السمعي اللفظي بعد اجراء العملية بالشكل الذي‬ ‫يمنح الطفل الوعي الكافي بالأصوات المحيطة‬ ‫وبالتالي الاندماج في المجتمع‪ ،‬مؤك ًدا على دعم‬ ‫دولة قطر المستمر لأطفال غزة من ذوي الإعاقة‬ ‫السمعية‪.‬‬ ‫وتأتي عمليات زراعة القوقعة الإلكترونية بتمويل‬ ‫من وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية القطرية‬ ‫وتنفيذ وإشراف فريق برنامج زراعة القوقعة القطري‬ ‫التابع لمؤسسة حمد الطبية بقطر وقسم السمع‬ ‫بمستشفى حمد للتأهيل والأطراف الصناعية بغزة‪.‬‬ ‫الوفد الطبي القطري يختتم إجراء ‪ 50‬عملية زراعة قوقعة‬ ‫لأطفال غزة‬ ‫وحضر المؤتمر سعادة السفير م‪ .‬محمد العمادي‬ ‫أعلن مستشفى سمو الشيخ حمد للتأهيل والأطراف‬ ‫رئيس لجنة اللجنة القطرية لإعادة إعمار غزة ونائب‬ ‫الصناعية بغزة خلال مؤتمر صحفي عقد بالأمس‬ ‫السفير أ‪ .‬خالد الحردان بالإضافة إلى الوفد الطبي‬ ‫عن تمكن الوفد الطبي القطري من زراعة أجهزة‬ ‫القطري ممثًل بالدكتور خالد عبد الهادي نائب‬ ‫قوقعة الكترونية لـ ‪ 50‬طفلًا من ذوي الإعاقة‬ ‫رئيس مجلس إدارة مستشفى حمد ورئيس قسم‬ ‫السمع والتوازن في مؤسسة حمد الطبية‪ ،‬د‪ .‬عبد‬ ‫السمعية في قطاع غزة‪.‬‬ ‫السلام القحطاني استشاري جراحة زراعة القوقعة‬ ‫ويأتي المؤتمر في ختام زيارة الوفد الطبي القطري‬ ‫ورئيس قسم الأنف والأذن والحنجرة ورئيس البرنامج‬ ‫لقطاع غزة والتي جاءت بهدف استئناف برنامج‬ ‫القطري لزراعة القوقعة في مؤسسة حمد الطبية‪،‬‬ ‫زراعة القوقعة المتوقف لعامين متتاليين بسبب‬ ‫ود‪ .‬علي السعدي استشاري جراحة القوقعة ورئيس‬ ‫قسم جراحة الأذن في مؤسسة حمد الطبية وكذلك‬ ‫جائحة كورونا‪.‬‬ ‫وكيل وزارة الصحة بغزة الدكتور يوسف أبو الريش‪.‬‬ ‫وقال د‪ .‬خالد عبد الهادي رئيس الوفد الطبي‬ ‫القطري \" تمكن الوفد على مدار ‪ 6‬أيام ماضية من‬ ‫اجراء ‪ 50‬عملية زراعة قوقعة بتكلفة تزيد عن‬ ‫مليون ونصف المليون دولار بتبرع من وزارة الأوقاف‬ ‫والشؤون الإسلامية القطرية\"‪.‬‬ ‫وأضاف عبد الهادي \"منذ افتتاح قسم السمع‬ ‫والتوازن في مستشفى حمد وانطلاق برنامج زراعة‬ ‫القوقعة في عام ‪ 2017‬تم إجراء ‪ 230‬عملية زراعة‬ ‫‪3‬‬

‫بإمكانه إجراء العمليات دون وجودنا في قطاع غزة‬ ‫أخبار رئيسية‬ ‫والاكتفاء بالإشراف الطبي على العملية من خلال‬ ‫قوقعة على مدار ‪ 9‬أفواج وحققت في معظمها‬ ‫وسائل التواصل المرئي\"‪.‬‬ ‫نجا ًحا متميًزا\"‪.‬‬ ‫وقال د‪ .‬القحطاني أنه خلال الزيارة تم تقييم عينة‬ ‫عشوائية مكونة من ‪ 33‬طفًل من الأطفال زارعي‬ ‫مشيًرا إلى أن \"قسم السمع في مستشفى سمو‬ ‫القوقعة خلال الأفواج السابقة \"والحمد لله كانت‬ ‫الشيخ حمد وبالتعاون مع وزارة التربية والتعليم‬ ‫الحالات ممتازة على المستوى السمعي والنطقي‬ ‫في غزة‪ ،‬تمكن من دمج ‪ 126‬طفل في المدارس‬ ‫واللغوي\"‪.‬‬ ‫العادية ورياض الأطفال\"‪.‬‬ ‫بدوره‪ ،‬أعلن د‪ .‬يوسف أبو الريش وكيل وزارة الصحة‬ ‫بغزة في كلمته عن استكمال المراحل التحضيرية‬ ‫الخاصة بإطلاق البرنامج الوطني للكشف المبكر عن‬ ‫الإعاقات السمعية في غزة والذي سيبدأ تنفيذه مع‬ ‫بداية العام القادم بدعم من الهلال الأحمر القطري‪.‬‬ ‫ويعمل مستشفى سمو الشيخ حمد للتأهيل‬ ‫ونوه عبد الهادي في كلمته إلى أن \"مستشفى‬ ‫والأطراف الصناعية والممول من صندوق قطر‬ ‫حمد قام مؤخًرا بتشغيل وحدة التوازن وخدمة‬ ‫للتنمية منذ عام ‪ 2019‬على تقديم خدمات التأهيل‬ ‫المعايرة في الفحص السمعي‪ ،‬وهما خدمتان‬ ‫النوعية للمرضى وذوي الإعاقة في قطاع غزة من‬ ‫تقدمان لأول مرة على مستوى قطاع غزة\"‪\" ،‬كما تم‬ ‫خلال أقسامه الثلاثة الرئيسة (قسم السمع والتوازن‪،‬‬ ‫تشغيل خدمة العلاج المائي للمساعدة في تسريع‬ ‫قسم التأهيل الطبي‪ ،‬قسم الأطراف الصناعية)‪.‬‬ ‫العلاج التأهيلي لذوي البتر والإعاقات المختلفة\"‪.‬‬ ‫من جانبه قال د‪ .‬عبد السلام القحطاني‪ ،‬رئيس‬ ‫البرنامج الوطني القطري لزراعة القوقعة \"بالإضافة‬ ‫لإجراء عمليات زراعة القوقعة سعينا منذ البداية‬ ‫لتدريب الكوادر والطواقم الطبية المحلية بما‬ ‫يم ّكنهم من إجراء عمليات زراعة القوقعة والتعامل‬ ‫أيضا مع مضاعفات العملية\"‪.‬‬ ‫وتابع د‪ .‬عبد السلام \"نعلن أنه أصبح في قطاع‬ ‫غزة الآن طبيب جراح لزراعة القوقعة وهو استشاري‬ ‫الأنف والأذن والحنجرة الدكتور محمد مراد والذي صار‬ ‫‪4‬‬

‫أخبار رئيسية‬ ‫مستشفى حمد وبلدية غزة يوقعان مذكرة تفاهم في مجال‬ ‫الأطراف الصناعية‬ ‫قطاع غزة‪ ،‬قائلا‪\" :‬نسعى من خلال التعاون مع‬ ‫وقع مستشفى سمو الشيخ حمد للتأهيل والأطراف‬ ‫مركز أطراف بلدية غزة على توفير أفضل الخدمات‬ ‫الصناعية بغزة الممول من صندوق قطر للتنمية‬ ‫لأهلنا في غزة وذلك من خلال توزيع الأدوار والمهام‬ ‫ممثلة بنائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب‬ ‫لضمان عدم وجود ازدواجية في الخدمة المقدمة‬ ‫د‪ .‬خالد عبد الهادي مذكرة تفاهم مع مركز الأطراف‬ ‫الصناعية التابع لبلدية غزة ممثل برئيس بلدية‬ ‫من خلال المستشفى أو المركز\"‪.‬‬ ‫وقد أشار د‪ .‬عبد الهادي إلى استعداد مؤسسة حمد‬ ‫غزة د‪ .‬يحيي السراج‪.‬‬ ‫الطبية ومستشفى حمد بغزة لإشراك كوادر مركز‬ ‫وتنص مذكرة التفاهم التي تم توقيعها على‬ ‫أطراف بلدية غزة في الدورات التخصصية والتدريبات‬ ‫تنظيم العمل في مجال تقديم الخدمات الطبية‬ ‫التي تعقدها لموظفيها في كافة مجالات التأهيل\"‪.‬‬ ‫الخاصة بالأطراف الصناعية والأجهزة الطبية‬ ‫من جانبه‪ ،‬أكد د‪ .‬يحيى السراج أن مركز الأطراف‬ ‫الصناعية التابع للبلدية يسعى جاه ًدا بالشراكة مع‬ ‫المساعدة والتأهيل الطبي في قطاع غزة‪.‬‬ ‫مختلف الأطراف لتطوير خدماته والارتقاء بمستوى‬ ‫وجرى توقيع الاتفاقية في مقر بلدية غزة بحضور‬ ‫الكادر الفني والطبي وتقديم خدمات التأهيل‬ ‫المدير الإداري والمالي في مستشفى أ‪ .‬أحمد نعيم‬ ‫اللازمة للمرضى‪ ،‬ومشد ًدا على أهمية الخدمات‬ ‫ورئيس قسم الأطراف الصناعية في المستشفى أ‪.‬‬ ‫المقدمة للمرضى والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة لدمجهم‬ ‫أحمد العبسي‪ ،‬ومدير مركز الأطراف الصناعية التابع‬ ‫في المجتمع‪ ،‬وتقديم خدمات الدعم النفسي‬ ‫لبلدية غزة وأعضاء المجلس البلدي‪ ،‬وبإشراف وزارة‬ ‫والتأهيل الجسدي اللازم لهم‪.‬‬ ‫الصحة الفلسطينية‪.‬‬ ‫واتفق الجانبان على استمرار عمل اللجنة المنظمة‬ ‫بهذه المناسبة صرح السيد سلطان العسيري‪،‬‬ ‫لهذه الخدمات في مجال الأطراف الصناعية بحيث‬ ‫رئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفى‪ ”:‬ان هذه الاتفاقية‬ ‫تكون وزارة الصحة هي المشرفة على تنفيذ‬ ‫استكمال لمهمة تطوير وتعزيز الخدمات الطبية‬ ‫والنوعية لمستشفى سمو الأمير الوالد الشيخ حمد‬ ‫المذكرة‪.‬‬ ‫بن خليفة آل ثاني للتأهيل والأطراف الصناعية‪،‬‬ ‫يذكر أن مستشفى سمو الشيخ حمد والممول من‬ ‫سعيدين بتوسيع قاعدة الخدمات المقدمة للأشقاء‬ ‫صندوق قطر للتنمية منذ بدء التشغيل في عام‬ ‫‪ 2019‬قدم خدماته لعشرات الآلاف من المرضى وذوي‬ ‫في قطاع غزة والذين هم بأشد الحاجة لها”‪.‬‬ ‫الاعاقة من خلال أقسامه الثلاثة الرئيسة (قسم‬ ‫وفي ذات السياق‪ ،‬أكد د‪ .‬خالد عبد الهادي على‬ ‫الأطراف الصناعية‪ ،‬قسم التأهيل‪ ،‬قسم السمع‬ ‫أهمية الشراكة مع مركز أطراف بلدية غزة‪ ،‬مشيًرا‬ ‫إلى ضرورة تعزيز التعاون بين الجانبين على‬ ‫والتوازن)‪.‬‬ ‫مبدأ التكامل وليس التنافس وبما يضمن مصلحة‬ ‫‪5‬‬ ‫المستفيدين من خدمات الأطراف الصناعية في‬

‫أققخصبصتاترييرئمميععااللسننيججااةحح‬ ‫كيف أعاد مستشفى حمد‬ ‫الأمل لحياة قاسم!‬ ‫لــم أكــن أعــرف أن وحشــية الاحتــال لــم تكــن مناســبة وقمــت بالتخلــص‬ ‫سـتودي بـي إلى هـذا الحال‪ ،‬كنـت أجلس منهــا بعــد ‪ 10‬أيــام واضطــررت حينهــا‬ ‫مــع أصدقائــي نراقــب حركــة الشــبان لإجــراء عــدة عمليــات جراحيــة لتصبــح‬ ‫على الحــدود خــال مســيرات العــودة‪ ،‬الأجــزاء المتبقيــة مــن ســاق َّي جاهــزًة‬ ‫حيـن باغتنـا طلـق متفجـر أصـاب سـاق َّي لتركيــب أطــراف صناعيــة جديــدة\"‪.‬‬ ‫الاثنتيـن‪ُ ،‬نقلـت إلـى مستشـفى الشـفاء‪\" ،‬تجـدد لـدى الأمـل وتوجهت لمستشـفى‬ ‫وهنـاك حـاول الأطبـاء لــ ‪ 18‬يو ًمـا إنقـاذ حمد بغزة بعد تشـغيله في ‪ ،2019‬حجزت‬ ‫قدمــاي‪ ،‬إلا أنهــم قــرروا نهايــ ًة بترهمــا موعــ ًدا مــع الطبيــب لتقييــم حالتــي‬ ‫وتحديـد المطلـوب وفـوًرا بـدأ ُت جلسـات‬ ‫ـال عمليـة واحـدة\"‪.‬‬ ‫\"بفــيدأيـتو أُمدرواكحـمـدـراورخة‬ ‫التأهيــل وأخــذ القياســات‪ ،‬وبمســاعدة‬ ‫الأمــر فــور خروجــي‬ ‫مــن المستشــفى‪ ،‬كانــت تنتظرنــي فريــق التأهيــل الطبــي بــدأ ُت التــدُرب‬ ‫حيــاة مختلفــة‪ُ ،‬ســلبت حريتــي التــي على اســتخدام الأطــراف الصناعيــة\"‪.‬‬ ‫أعتـدت عليهـا وأصبحـت أسـيَر الكرسـي \"حصلـت على طرفيـن سـفليين‪ ،‬أقـل مـا‬ ‫المد ْولــب‪ ،‬كنــت طفــ ًا في السادســة يمكـن أن أقولـه أنهمـا ممتـازان وملائمـان‬ ‫عشــر مــن عمــري عندمــا بتــرت ســاقي تما ًمـا لـي‪ ،‬كمـا أن طاقـم المستشـفى لم‬ ‫الاثنتيــن‪ ،‬اليســرى مــن فــوق الركبــة‪ ،‬يدخـر جهـ ًدا في مسـاعدتي وحتـى الآن‬ ‫واليمنــى مــن أســفل الركبــة‪ ،‬وهــذه مــا زال أخصائيــو المستشــفى يتابعــون‬ ‫لحــل أي مشــكلات‬ ‫أمواعـجـهيهـبـاشـأـوك ٍتلودفيوـرـري‬ ‫الحقيقـة تكفـي لوصـف هـول الحادثـة\"‪.‬‬ ‫الصيانــة اللازمــة\"‪.‬‬ ‫\"حصلــت على أطــراف صناعيــة‪ ،‬لكنهــا‬ ‫‪6‬‬
